In this paper,the Kirchhoffs transformation is popularized to the nonlinear heat conduction problem which the heat conductivity can be expressd as a multinomial of temperature firstly,the boundary condition of heat conduction problem is determined by analytics.Secondly,the incubation peroid superposition and the linear combination law is employed to simulate the transient phasses transformation in the process of heat treatment of materials.That the begin time of phase transformation,the type of phase transformation and the amount of phase constitution is determined simply.Finally,the three-dimension Dual Reciprocity Boundary Element Method is usedto analysis the total process of various heat treatment of component,the results of numerical calculation of examples show that the method provided in this paper is effectivce.  相似文献

本文首先将 Kirchhoff变换推广到导热系数为温度的多项式的非定常非线性热传导问题.并用分析方法确定热传导问题的边界条件.其次提出以孕育期叠加法并引用线性混合法则来模拟金属热处理过程的多相瞬态相变,较为简便地确定相变的开始时间、相变的种类及相变组织的数量.最后利用三维双重边界元法分析工件多种形式的热处理全过程.算例的数值计算结果表明本文方法行之有效.  相似文献

本文以有限元法的思想为基础,引用Diracδ函数和Heaviside step函数,将梁的弯曲问题的初参数法推广应用到杆系结构,并据此改进超静定结构分析中的混合法,提出空间杆系结构内力与变位分析的一种新方法.采用本文提供的新方法分析杆系结构的内力与变位的问题,可使整个推导过程与所得解答更加简洁精确.  相似文献

In this paper.based on the idea of finite element method the initial parametric methodin bending problem of a beam is extended to analyse the bar-system structure by employingDiracδfunction and Heaviside step function.Then a new method for analysing the internalforces and deformations of bar-system structure in space is suggested by improving themixed method in statically indeterminate structure.The inferred process and obtained answer will be more succinct and accurate when theproblem of internal forces and deformations of bar-system structure is analysed by usingthe new method providea in this paper.  相似文献

本文根据焊接热传导及热弹塑性的研究现状,对如下两个问题进行了探讨.首先,采用非线性问题线性化的方法对非线性非定常温度场问题的边界元法做了改进,并将其用于焊接热传导分析:其次,提出“等放线膨胀系数法”考虑相变对于应力场的影响,并将其用于焊接热弹塑性分析.实例的数值计算结果与实测数据的对比分析表明本文方法行之有效.  相似文献

Based on the situation of welding thermal conduction and thermo-elasto-plasticityresearch,Ms paper explores some problems in this field.First,the boundary elementmethod for nonlinear problems is improved by linearization of nonlinear problems and usedin welding thermal conduction analysis.Second,the thermo-elasto-plastic finite elementmethod is used for the welding stress calculation,in which the phase transformation isconsidered by the"equivalent linear expansion coefficient method".The comparison of the calculated results with experimental data shows that themethods provided in this paper are available.  相似文献
