An ionic‐liquid‐based polymer monolithic column was synthesized by free radical polymerization within the confines of a stainless‐steel column (50 mm × 4.6 mm id). In the processes, ionic liquid and stearyl methacrylate were used as dual monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross‐linking agent, and polyethylene glycol 200 and isopropanol as co‐porogens. Effects of the prepolymerization solution components on the properties of the resulting monoliths were studied in detail. Scanning electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements, and mercury intrusion porosimetry were used to investigate the morphology and pore size distribution of the prepared monoliths, which showed that the homemade ionic‐liquid‐based monolith column possessed a relatively uniform macropore structure with a total macropore specific surface area of 44.72 m2/g. Compared to a non‐ionic‐liquid‐based monolith prepared under the same conditions, the ionic‐liquid‐based monolith exhibited excellent selectivity and high performance for separating proteins from complex biosamples, such as egg white, snailase, bovine serum albumin digest solution, human plasma, etc., indicating promising applications in the fractionation and analysis of proteins from the complex biosamples in proteomics research.  相似文献

A new cetyl‐alcohol‐reinforced hollow fiber solid/liquid‐phase microextraction (CA–HF–SLPME) followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography–diode array detection (HPLC–DAD) method was developed for simultaneous determination of ezetimibe and simvastatin in human plasma and urine samples. To prepare the CA–HF–SLPME device, the cetyl‐alcohol was immobilized into the pores of a 2.5 cm hollow fiber micro‐tube and the lumen of the micro‐tube was filled with 1‐octanol with the two ends sealed. Afterwards, the prepared device was introduced into 10 mL of the sample solution containing the analytes with agitation. Under optimized conditions, calibration curves plotted in spiked plasma and urine samples were linear in the ranges of 0.363–25/0.49–25 μg L?1 for ezetimibe/simvastatin and 0.193–25/0.312–25 μg L?1 for ezetimibe/simvastatin in plasma and urine samples, respectively. The limit of detection was 0.109/0.174 μg L?1 for ezetimibe/simvastatin in plasma and 0.058/0.093 μg L?1 for ezetimibe/simvastatin in urine. As a potential application, the proposed method was applied to determine the concentration of selected analytes in patient plasma and urine samples after medication and satisfactory results were achieved. In comparison with reference methods, the CA–HF–SLPME–HPLC–DAD method demonstrates considerable potential in the biopharmaceutical analysis of selected drugs.  相似文献

The study of γ‐neutrons attenuation and mechanical characteristics of modified concrete are vital and crucial parameters for the construction of civilian radiological, nuclear shielding, and/or shelters. In this work, fifteen samples of ordinary concretes with five different additives; steel fibers, polypropylene, silica fume, and fly ash, with variation of cement percentages, were prepared and used for performing the mechanical and radiation attenuation investigations. The compressive strength, tensile strength, slump test, bulk density, and water permeability were also carried out for the prepared concrete mixes. Collimated coherent beams from 60Co and Pu‐Be fast neutron sources were used to check the radiation penetrability through the syntheized mixed concrete‐additives. Very sensitive and well calibrated gamma‐neutron pulse shape discriminating spectrometer with its electronic componenets and stilbene organic detector and 3′′ × 3′′ NaI scintillation crystal was used to measure the radiation before and after attenuation and transmission. The integrated fast neutron removal macroscopic cross section (Σr) and linear attenuation coefficient of total gamma rays (μ) were calculated for all the analysed concrete mixes. The results of measurements, tests, analyses and calculations are given and explained. The investigated modified concrete mixes show good workability and properties from the view point of mechanical loads and γ‐fast neutrons penetrability and resistance. These results can be used for shielding and sheltering design.  相似文献

近年来碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)由于性能优异,受到工业领域广泛关注。采用激光清洗技术预处理碳纤维复合材料表面的污染物和环氧树脂等杂质,有利于改善碳纤维复合材料表面性能,提高碳纤维复合材料胶接界面的结合强度。在线检测激光清洗过程,实时判断碳纤维复合材料的表面清洗质量,是保证激光清洗效果的关键环节,也是激光清洗装置自动化、集成化的核心技术。激光诱导等离子体光谱技术可以快速分析材料表面元素变化,实现在线检测激光清洗表面状态,在激光清洗领域有很广的应用前景。采用Nd∶YAG高能量脉冲激光器产生的1 064 nm激光在空气环境中诱导产生等离子体,利用改进型光栅光谱仪(ME5000)获取等离子体光谱,在线检测激光清洗碳纤维复合材料。研究外界空气环境对等离子体光谱检测结果的影响,发现350~700 nm波段的元素谱线可用于碳纤维复合材料表面物质成分分析;采用电子扫描显微镜观测的激光清洗表面形貌和X射线电子能谱仪测得的元素变化共同表征等离子体光谱检测的有效性,通过采集不同激光能量以及不同作用次数的等离子体光谱图,获得碳纤维复合材料表层树脂物质通过激光单次清洗干净的阈值,研究激光清洗质量与激光诱导等离子体谱线成分及其强度变化的关系。结果表明:在获取的激光诱导等离子体光谱中,光谱图中谱线波长在393.3 nm的S(Ⅱ)和589.5 nm的S(Ⅱ)谱线可有效在线表征碳纤维复合材料表面清洗质量;激光单次去除干净表面环氧树脂的阈值为10.68 mJ;低激光能量时需要清洗多次可以去除干净表面树脂;高激光能量时清洗单次可使表面树脂去除干净,多次清洗易造成基体损伤。实验结果为激光清洗碳纤维复合材料的智能集成化应用提供工艺依据和技术支持。  相似文献

利用LS-DYNA非线性有限元程序,基于Eulerian和Lagrangian耦合的方法,研究了RHT本构模型模拟的混凝土板在爆炸荷载下的动力反应,并且将数值结果与现场实验结果进行比较,由此说明了RHT本构模型模拟爆炸荷载下混凝土动力反应的有效性。研究了2 t TNT炸药在距离坝体上游面10 m不同起爆深度的情况下,有泡沫混凝土保护层和无泡沫混凝土保护层的坝体动力响应及其损伤状况。计算结果表明,无泡沫混凝土保护层时,坝体上游面主要损伤区域位置总是随起爆深度的增加向坝体底部移动;当上游表面有泡沫混凝土保护层时,坝体上游表面的损伤明显变小,下游面的损伤较无保护层情况也明显减小。表明泡沫混凝土能够有效减小混凝土大坝在爆炸荷载下的损伤,在提高混凝土大坝的抗爆性能方面起到很好的保护作用。  相似文献

设计了一种由槽钢和方形钢管拼焊形成的组合式十字形钢管混凝土柱,将其灵活地布置在框架结构的中节点,可使柱肢与填充墙等厚,有效地提高建筑使用面积。共制作了6根组合式十字形钢管混凝土柱试件,考虑了偏心距和长细比两种变化参数。通过对其进行偏心受压试验研究,考察了试件的破坏形态和荷载-挠度曲线,并分析了其在不同偏心距和长细比下的荷载-应变曲线发展规律。结果表明:组合式十字形钢管混凝土柱中钢管和槽钢对混凝土的约束作用强,表现为较高的延性系数;偏心距或长细比越大,试件的极限承载力及弹性刚度越小,且偏心距越大延性越好,长细比对延性影响不显著;在受拉侧纵向应变基本上符合平截面假定,在受压侧纵向应变不符合平截面假定。  相似文献

In the last decade,the functionally graded carbon nanotube reinforced composites(FG-CNTRCs)have attracted considerable interest due to their excellent mechanical properties,and the structures made of FG-CNTRCs have found broad potential applications in aerospace,civil and ocean engineering,automotive industry,and smart structures.Here we review the literature regarding the mechanical analysis of bulk CNTR nanocomposites and FG-CNTRC structures,aiming to provide a clear picture of the mechanical modeling and properties of FG-CNTRCs as well as their composite structures.The review is organized as follows:(1)a brief introduction to the functionally graded materials(FGM),CNTRCs and FG-CNTRCs;(2)a literature review of the mechanical modeling methodologies and properties of bulk CNTRCs;(3)a detailed discussion on the mechanical behaviors of FG-CNTRCs;and(4)conclusions together with a suggestion of future research trends.  相似文献

When an isotropic material is subject to a uniaxial tension, the principal strain transverse to the direction of applied load is always negative. However, in fiber reinforced materials the transverse principal strain can change its sign as the load increases, passing through the zero-points, known as perversions. We investigate how the number of perversions in a material reinforced by two symmetrically aligned families of distributed fibers depends both on the degree of fiber dispersion and the model used for fiber dispersion. Angular integration and three variants of the generalized structure tensor approach are considered and discussed. The study of perversions clearly demonstrates the qualitative difference between these approaches in the case of high dispersion of fibers. The results suggest that this difference is primarily due to the way compressive fibers are modeled.  相似文献

在混凝土层析成像中,为了提高反演的准确性和计算效率,针对共轭梯度算法提出一种加权算法——概率加权共轭梯度算法.新算法不同于常规的加权算法,权重是加在成像单元上而不是方程上.为取得较好的权重因子和较好的迭代初始值,采用IART算法的权重和迭代初始值的选取方法.模拟算例和混凝土试验均表明这种加权算法的可行性.  相似文献

混凝土是一种由粗骨料与水泥砂浆组成的非均质复合材料。本研究利用APDL语言程序编写三维水泥混凝土骨料随机投放程序并导入ABAQUS中,同时赋予各相材料塑性损伤本构关系来研究混凝土动态加载下的破坏规律,运用超声波在混凝土破碎中的作用机理对混凝土动态损伤破坏过程进行模拟研究。结果表明:随着超声动态载荷的增大,粗骨料体积分数为40%的混凝土始终能够承受最大应力载荷;随着超声应力波幅值增大,混凝土在动载荷下的损伤值逐渐增大,且粗骨料体积分数为40%时,其抗损伤能力最优;当粗骨料最大粒径逐渐增大,或者当粗骨料最小粒径增大,混凝土级配不合理导致性能不稳定,更易损伤破坏。  相似文献
