Formal methods are becoming favorable for control and verification of safety-critical systems because of the rigorous model-based computation. Relying on an over-approximated model of the original system behaviors, formal control synthesis algorithms are not often complete, which means that a controller cannot necessarily be synthesized even if there exists one. The main result of this paper shows that, for continuous-time nonlinear systems, a sample-and-hold control strategy for a reach-and-stay specification can be synthesized whenever such a strategy exists for the same system with its dynamics perturbed by small disturbances. Control synthesis is carried out by a fixed-point algorithm that adaptively partitions the system state space into a finite number of cells. In each iteration, the reachable set from each cell after one sampling time is over-approximated within a precision determined by the bound of the disturbances. To meet such a requirement, we integrate validated high-order Taylor expansion of the system solution over one sampling period into every fixed-point iteration and provide a criterion for choosing the Taylor order and the partition precision. Phase transitions are common in inanimate systems and have been studied extensively in natural sciences. Less explored are the rich transitions that take place at the micro- and nano-scales in biological systems. In conventional phase transitions, large-scale properties of the media change discontinuously in response to continuous changes in external conditions. Such changes play a significant role in the dynamic behaviours of organisms. In this review, we focus on some transitions in both free-living and biofilms of bacteria. Particular attention is paid to the transitions in the flagellar motors and filaments of free-living bacteria, in cellular gene expression during the biofilm growth, in the biofilm morphology transitions during biofilm expansion, and in the cell motion pattern transitions during the biofilm formation. We analyse the dynamic characteristics and biophysical mechanisms of these phase transition phenomena and point out the parallels between these transitions and conventional phase transitions. We also discuss the applications of some theoretical and numerical methods, established for conventional phase transitions in inanimate systems, in bacterial biofilms. 相似文献

Three-dimensional(3D)vertical architecture transistors represent an important technological pursuit,which have distinct advantages in device integration density,operation speed,and power consumption.However,the fabrication processes of such 3D devices are complex,especially in the interconnection of electrodes.In this paper,we present a novel method which combines suspended electrodes and focused ion beam(FIB)technology to greatly simplify the electrodes interconnection in 3D devices.Based on this method,we fabricate 3D vertical core-double shell structure transistors with ZnO channel and Al2O3 gate-oxide both grown by atomic layer deposition.Suspended top electrodes of vertical architecture could be directly connected to planar electrodes by FIB deposited Pt nanowires,which avoid cumbersome steps in the traditional 3D structure fabrication technology.Both single pillar and arrays devices show well behaved transfer characteristics with an Ion/Ioff current ratio greater than 106 and a low threshold voltage around 0 V.The ON-current of the 2×2 pillars vertical channel transistor was 1.2μA at the gate voltage of 3 V and drain voltage of 2 V,which can be also improved by increasing the number of pillars.Our method for fabricating vertical architecture transistors can be promising for device applications with high integration density and low power consumption. 相似文献

重金属污染一直影响着人们的健康生活,如镉,铅和铜等的污染,故而土壤重金属的快速检测和如何预防,一直受各国学者关注和研究。传统土壤重金属检测方法(如原子吸收光谱法、X荧光光谱法等)样品预处理复杂,分析成本较高,易形成样品的二次污染,不能满足快速分析的要求。激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)是一种典型的原子发射光谱,它是基于分析物质中原子和离子受激发而发射的特征谱线信息,进而研究物质成分的分析方法。LIBS技术能够快速检测任何状态(固、液和气态)物质元素的成分和含量,被看作是未来化学检测和快速绿色分析领域的新兴技术。LIBS技术具有对样本简单预处理(或不需要处理)、多元素同步分析、远距离测量、适用性广等优势,被广泛用于生活生产的各个领域,已成为近年来国内外学者广泛关注和研究的热点之一。在农业信息快速感知的大背景下,以激光诱导击穿光谱技术为技术手段,以土壤重金属铅元素为研究对象,运用理论分析和数学建模相结合,建立了多种基于单变量定标曲线的土壤重金属铅检测模型,并进行了模型验证。自制15个已知的铅元素浓度梯度的谱线土壤样本,在获取了土壤LIBS数据之后,对其进行预处理对比,建立了基于谱峰强度、谱峰积分、洛伦兹拟合强度三种定标曲线模型,对土壤中铅元素含量进行定量分析,得出基于三种定标曲线模型对土壤中铅元素含量的预测决定系数R2分别为0.918 0,0.910 1和0.914 3,三种定标曲线分析方法的预测结果都较好,说明了LIBS结合单变量定标曲线法对土壤中铅含量的检测可靠性高。最后选取部分样本数据进行验证,结果较好。研究结果为研发便携式农田土壤污染物检测技术与装备提供技术支撑,也为农田精准管理和科学施肥奠定基础。 相似文献

卷积神经网络的语义分割模型未有效利用特征权重信息,导致在医学图像复杂场景中分割边界出现欠分割现象。针对该问题,基于融合自适应加权聚合策略提出一种改进的U-Net++网络,并将其应用于电子计算机断层扫描影像肺结节分割。该模型首先在卷积神经网络中提取出不同深度特征语义级别的信息,再结合权重聚合模块,自适应地学习各层特征的权重,然后将学习得到的权重加载到各个特征层上采样得到的分割图以得到最终的分割结果。在LIDC数据集和重庆大学附属肿瘤医院肺部电子计算机断层扫描数据集上进行了分割实验,所提方法的交叉比在两个数据集上分别可达到80.59%和87.40%、骰子系数分别可达到88.23%和90.83%。相比U-Net和U-Net++方法,该算法有效提升了图像分割性能。本文方法能在肿瘤微小细节上实现精确分割,较好地解决了肺结节向周围浸润性生长时出现欠分割的问题。 相似文献

Advanced synchrotron radiation light is a powerful tool for archaeometry research. However, its applications to precious cultural relics, especially for color painting, have been hindered to some degree due to potential X-ray radiation damage. Compared to inorganic mineral pigments, organic binders in the painting are easier to be damaged by synchrotron radiation X-ray beam. The radiation damage effect of two typical painting samples, pure rabbit skin glue and the mixed sample of rabbit skin glue and zinc white, has been investigated by in situ time-resolved ED-XAS and IR combined techniques. The results show that the radiation damage effect of pure rabbit skin glue is more serious at low X-ray energy (7775 eV). The radiation damage effect of the mixed sample increases significantly due to more X-ray absorption by inorganic pigments. Furthermore, the radiation damage is more serious at the energy near Zn K-edge and is somewhat slight at higher energy (13,054 eV). These damages are more obvious from the point of view of protein secondary structures. The irradiation damage effects increase more rapidly at the beginning and are not linear with the irradiating time. The results indicate that synchrotron radiation damage can be reduced effectively by using X-ray energy far away from the X-ray absorption edge of the major element in the pigments during XRF, XRD and CT experiments, or by using time-resolved techniques such as QXAFS and ED-XAS during XAFS experiments. 相似文献

由于正交相五氧化二铌(T-Nb2O5)为ReO3型层状结构,锂、钠离子可以在其(001)平面快速脱嵌,而在[001]方向的传输一般较难。本研究通过原位透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscope,TEM)方法研究钠在T-Nb2O5纳米片(001)面内及[001]方向的钠离子电化学嵌入行为,发现由于纳米片晶体存在大量的位错和畴界,钠离子可通过这些缺陷穿越(001)面扩散,并进而在深层的(001)面内快速扩散。同时,本研究还发现刚合成的T-Nb2O5纳米片在[001]方向上存在调制结构,存在交替分布的压应变和张应变区域,而钠离子的嵌入可以调节这些应变分布。 相似文献
