Regulation of oxygen on properties of moderately boron-doped diamond films is fully investigated. Results show that, with adding a small amount of oxygen (oxygen-to-carbon ratio < 5.0%), the crystal quality of diamond is improved, and a suppression effect of residual nitrogen is observed. With increasing ratio of O/C from 2.5% to 20.0%, the hole concentration is firstly increased then reduced. This change of hole concentration is also explained. Moreover, the results of Hall effect measurement with temperatures from 300 K to 825 K show that, with adding a small amount of oxygen, boron and oxygen complex structures (especially B3O and B4O) are formed and exhibit as shallow donor in diamond, which results in increase of donor concentration. With further increase of ratio of O/C, the inhibitory behaviors of oxygen on boron leads to decrease of acceptor concentration (the optical emission spectroscopy has shown that it is decreased with ratio of O/C more than 10.0%). This work demonstrates that oxygen-doping induced increasement of the crystalline and surface quality could be restored by the co-doping with oxygen. The technique could achieve boron-doped diamond films with both high quality and acceptable hole concentration, which is applicable to electronic level of usage.  相似文献

Endocytosis plays important roles in many cellular physiological processes, such as metabolism and immune. Many theoretical models have been proposed to study the endocytic process, but little has considered the tensile deformation of the membrane and the actin forces. In this paper, a new endocytic model is proposed based on the co-rotational grid method. Our model gives a direct estimation of the in-plane strain of the plasma membrane and provides a basis for the calculation of further scission process of the vesicle. The results fit well with experimental data in the literature. Moreover, it is suggested that the active forces of actin at the endocytic site is the main mechanism driving the invagination of the plasma membrane.  相似文献

Oligonucleic acids (ONAs), such as DNA and RNA, are used in various biotechnology and nanotechnology applications due to their ability to form a double helix that is stable at low temperature and melts at high temperatures. The melting temperature (Tm) of ONA duplexes can be tuned by the ONA composition, sequence, length and concentration, solvent quality, and salt concentration and by conjugation to other macromolecules. In this article, we use coarse‐grained (CG) molecular simulations to study ONAs conjugated with linear homopolymers that are relatively more solvophobic than the ONA. We study charged and stiff 8‐mer ONAs (e.g., DNA) and neutral and flexible 8‐mer ONAs (e.g., peptide nucleic acids or PNA), and vary the composition (or G‐C content) and sequence of ONA, conjugated homopolymer lengths and solvent quality for the polymer. For neutral and flexible ONAs, as the solvent quality worsens for the polymer, the ONA melting temperature increases from that of unconjugated ONA. The melting curves broaden with polymer length and worsening solvent quality, especially for ONAs with higher G‐C content. For charged and stiff ONAs, as the solvent quality worsens, the ONA melting temperature decreases compared to unconjugated ONA while the width of the melting curve remains the same. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Experiments were carried out to observe the effect of a magnetic field and grid biasing voltage in presence of a plasma bubble in a magnetized, filamentary discharge plasma system. A spherical mesh grid of 80% optical transparency was negatively biased and introduced into the plasma for creating a plasma bubble. Diagnostics via an electrical Langmuir probe and a hot emissive probe were extensively used for scanning the plasma bubble. Plasma floating potential fluctuations were measured at three different positions of the plasma bubble. The instability in the pattern showed the dynamic transition from periodic to chaotic for increasing magnetic fields. Time scale analysis using continuous wavelet transform was carried out to identify the presence of non‐linearity from the contour plots. The mechanisms of the low‐frequency instabilities along with the transition to chaos could be qualitatively explained. Non‐linear techniques such as fast Fourier transform, phase space plot, and recurrence plot were used to explore the dynamics of the system appearing during plasma fluctuations. In order to demonstrate the observed chaotic phenomena in this study, characteristics of chaos such as the Lyapunov exponent were obtained from experimental time series data. The experimentally observed potential structure is confirmed with numerical analysis based on fluid hydrodynamics.  相似文献

Blossoms of Inula nervosa Wall. (BINW) are traditionally used as an analgesic and antitussive in China. In this study, in vitro anticomplementary activities of crude extract from BINW in 21 batches and of extracts of four monomeric compounds were evaluated by the classical pathway. The effect of the region of origin on the quality of BINW was evaluated by fingerprint analysis for the first time. Furthermore, chemometric methods including similarity analysis and principal component analysis were employed to evaluate the quality of BINW. The nine major monomeric compounds were quantitated by ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography. All nine analytes demonstrated excellent linearity with recoveries ranging from 97.25% to 102.76%. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.07–12.20 μg/mL and 0.22–40.27 μg/mL, respectively. Results indicate that different regions of origin have a significant effect on the quality of BINW. Fingerprint analysis in combination with chemometrics and multi‐ingredient determination is an efficient and reliable approach for quality evaluation. The BINW samples from Yunnan had the highest ratio of 1,5‐dicaffeoylquinic acid and thymol; they also exhibited significantly higher anticomplementary activity than those from three other areas. This study successfully established a rapid and efficient method to evaluate the quality and biological activity of BINW.  相似文献

为弥补茶叶品质感官审评存在的缺陷,利用计算机视觉技术对茶叶品质进行快速无损评价研究。以碧螺春绿茶为对象,依据专家感官审评结果,将茶样分成4个等级;采用中值滤波及拉普拉斯算子对茶样图像进行预处理,并提取预处理后的茶样图像的颜色特征和纹理特征以表征茶叶图像的外形特征,利用随机森林算法对茶叶外形特征属性进行重要性排序;筛选出重要性较大的特征及随机森林算法中最优的决策树棵数建立感官评价模型,并与建立的支持向量机(SVM)模型性能相比较。结果表明:色调均值、色调标准差、绿体均值、平均灰度级、饱和度均值、红体均值、饱和度标准差、亮度均值、一致性等9个特征属性的重要性较大,且与感官审评特征描述结果相一致;当采用优选出的9个重要性较大的特征及决策数棵数为500时,建立的模型性能最优,模型总体判别率为95.75%,Kappa系数为0.933,OOB误差为5%,较SVM模型分别提高了3.5%,0.066,优选的9个重要性较大的图像特征与感官审评特征描述相一致。研究表明:利用随机森林方法筛选出对茶叶外形特征属性贡献最大的少数几个特征建立模型,模型性能就能达到很好的识别效果,模型得到简化,同时模型精度和稳定性都高于其他方法。  相似文献

Aircraft holding around busy airports may be requested to sustain as much as 45 min of icing before landing or being diverted to another airport. In this paper, a three‐dimensional mesh deformation scheme, based on a structural frame analogy, is proposed for the numerical simulation of ice accretion during extended exposure to adverse weather conditions. The goal is to provide an approach that is robust and efficient enough to delay or altogether avoid re‐meshing while preserving (enforcing) nearly orthogonal elements at the highly distorted ice surface. Robustness is achieved by suitably modifying the axial and torsional stiffness components of the frame elements in order to handle large and irregular grid displacements typical of in‐flight icing. Computational efficiency is obtained by applying the mesh displacement to an automatically selected small subset of the entire computational domain. The methodology is validated first in the case of deformations typical of fluid‐structure interaction problems, including wing bending, a helicopter rotor in forward flight, and the twisting of a high‐lift wing configuration. The application of electrochemical sensors for measurement of concentration of pollutant gases in air in the part-per-billion (109) range is reviewed. Performance-limiting factors, particularly the effects of extremes and of relatively rapid changes in ambient temperature and humidity, are noted. Variations in composition of the electrolyte in the meniscus at the electrode–gas interface and instability of the solid–liquid–gas contact line, causing important variations in current due to background electrode reactions, are deduced and suggested as the reason for the performance limitations. 为消除传统单元中心型Godunov方法在求解稀疏波问题时的非物理过热现象,发展一种适用于等熵流动的交错拉氏Godunov方法.主要的特征是采用速度与热力学变量交错分布的形式,避免在单元内进行速度平均,从而消除由于动量平均过程导致的动能耗散.与传统的von Neumann型交错网格方法相比,网格的边界通量由节点处的多维黎曼求解器提供,克服了多维人工粘性选取带来的困难.为减少多维黎曼求解器在求解稀疏波问题时的非物理熵增,给出稀疏波出现的合理判据,从而保证了热力学关系式的满足.数值实验表明:该方法能很好地消除稀疏波的过热现象,同时在求解激波问题时又能保持与传统单元中心型拉氏方法相同的激波捕捉能力.  相似文献
