We examine the profile of second harmonic generation (SHG) for GaAs/GaAlAs spherical quantum dots (QDs) of Woods-Saxon (WS) plus attractive inversely quadratic (AIQ) potential under the joint influence of additional factors (pressure and temperature) and structural parameters (strengths and radius). The energies and wave functions in GaAs/GaAlAs spherical QDs under WS-AIQ limiting potential are calculated using the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method. Depending on the calculated energies and corresponding wave functions, the SHG coefficient is examined by the iterative procedure in the density matrix method for this system. Finally, the calculated results display that a strong SHG coefficient response, and red shift or blue shift energy can be acquired by adjusting parameters. 相似文献

针对理想长杆侵彻,通过对长杆侵彻Alekseevskii-Tate模型近似解进行分析,指出单一的无量纲速度衰减系数α(deceleration index)不足以完全表征长杆高速侵彻的准定常阶段。在此基础上,重新定义了2个无量纲特征参量:Johnson破坏数ΦJp和特征时间系数β,2个参量之间的关系为α=β/ΦJp。分析表明,ΦJp和β(或α和β)可实现对长杆高速侵彻准定常阶段的弹尾速度的完全表征;若再引入长杆弹相对临界速度vc*,则可完全表征长杆侵彻的准定常阶段。此外,还证明了α能够判定侵彻过程偏离定常状态的程度,并指出通过确定ΦJp和β(或α和β),可针对攻防需求对长杆弹侵彻设计进行指导。 相似文献

The fission fragment mass-yields are evaluated for pre-actinide and actinide isotopes using a systematic statistical scission point model. The total potential energy of the fissioning systems at the scission point is presented in approximate relations as functions of mass numbers,deformation parameters and the temperature of complementary fission fragments. The collective temperature, Tcoll, and the temperature of fission fragments, Ti, are separated and the effect of collective temperature on mass yields results is investigated. The fragment temperature has been calculated with the generalized superfluid model. The sum of deformation parameters of complementary fission fragments has been obtained by fitting the calculated results with the experimental data. To investigate the transitions between symmetric and asymmetric modes mass yields for pre-actinide and heavy actinides are calculated with this model. The transition from asymmetric to symmetric fission is well reproduced using this systematic statistical scission point model. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data with Tcoll= 2 Me V at intermediate excitation energy and with T_(coll)= 1MeV for spontaneous fission.Despite the Langevin model, in the scission point model, a constraint on the deformation parameters of fission fragments has little effect on the results of the mass yield. 相似文献

Structural health monitoring (SHM) is recognized as an efficient tool to interpret the reliability of a wide variety of infrastructures. To identify the structural abnormality by utilizing the electromechanical coupling property of piezoelectric transducers, the electromechanical impedance (EMI) approach is preferred. However, in real-time SHM applications, the monitored structure is exposed to several varying environmental and operating conditions (EOCs). The previous study has recognized the temperature variations as one of the serious EOCs that affect the optimal performance of the damage inspection process. In this framework, an experimental setup is developed in current research to identify the presence of fatigue crack in stainless steel (304) beam using EMI approach and estimate the effect of temperature variations on the electrical impedance of the piezoelectric sensors. A regular series of experiments are executed in a controlled temperature environment (25°C–160°C) using 202 V1 Constant Temperature Drying Oven Chamber (Q/TBXR20-2005). It has been observed that the dielectric constant ε33T which is recognized as the temperature-dependent constant of PZT sensor has sufficiently influenced the electrical impedance signature. Moreover, the effective frequency shift (EFS) approach is optimized in term of significant temperature compensation for the current impedance signature of PZT sensor relative to the reference signature at the extended frequency bandwidth of the developed measurement system with better outcomes as compared to the previous literature work. Hence, the current study also deals efficiently with the critical issue of the width of the frequency band for temperature compensation based on the frequency shift in SHM. The results of the experimental study demonstrate that the proposed methodology is qualified for the damage inspection in real-time monitoring applications under the temperature variations. It is capable to exclude one of the major reasons of false fault diagnosis by compensating the consequence of elevated temperature at extended frequency bandwidth in SHM. 相似文献

Thermal expansion control is always an obstructive factor and challenging in high precision engineering field. Here,the negative thermal expansion of Nb F_3 and Nb OF_2 was predicted by first-principles calculation with density functional theory and the quasi-harmonic approximation(QHA). We studied the total charge density, thermal vibration, and lattice dynamic to investigate the thermal expansion mechanism. We found that the presence of O induced the relatively strong covalent bond in Nb OF_2, thus weakening the transverse vibration of F and O in Nb OF_2, compared with the case of Nb F_3.In this study, we proposed a way to tailor negative thermal expansion of metal fluorides by introducing the oxygen atoms.The present work not only predicts two NTE compounds, but also provides an insight on thermal expansion control by designing chemical bond type. 相似文献

为提高K9光学玻璃在一些特殊应用领域(如高压、温度变化剧烈等)的力学性能,并保证其光学性能符合精密光学仪器要求,对K9光学玻璃进行了化学钢化技术研究。以脆性材料断裂过程微裂纹扩展理论为基础,导出化学钢化玻璃强度应力因子计算模型,分析化学钢化表面应力与表面微裂纹深度、韧性之间的关系,指出化学钢化工艺应注意的事项。通过实验研究,分析化学钢化温度和钢化时间对K9光学玻璃抗弯强度、表面应力及应力层厚度的影响,优化得出K9光学玻璃化学钢化温度为400 ℃、钢化时间为40 h。采用优化工艺,获得了表面应力为500 MPa、应力层厚度为50 μm量级及规格为220 mm×110 mm×22 mm的化学钢化K9光学玻璃样件。钢化后,样件抗弯强度提高了3.5倍以上,且表面疵病、光学鉴别率、透过率等光学性能指标未见明显变化。 相似文献

浮游植物初级生产作为海洋生态系统的重要起点,是海洋食物网的基础,是衡量海水质量的重要指标。为了准确测量、监测和预测浮游植物初级生产力的时空变化及其对外部环境条件的动力学响应,研究了一种基于叶绿素荧光动力学的测量技术,研制出响应时间为1.6 min、精度为4.86%的快速测量仪器。仪器测得的浮游植物初级生产力与液相氧电极法测得的光合放氧速率的相关系数为0.991。该仪器装备在中国海监101号实验船上,用于黄渤海浮游植物初级生产力在线测量和垂直剖面测量。测量结果表明,渤海湾内的浮游植物初级生产力是湾外的1.1~1.4倍,垂直剖面测量结果显示黄海区域各点位的浮游植物初级生产力的均与深度相关。与传统方法相比,所研制的仪器具有快速、稳定、无需样品培养等优点,可为海洋生态环境评价提供先进的技术方法。 相似文献

沥青分子结构和沥青热转化行为的调控是制备高品质沥青基炭材料的关键。为进一步明晰沥青热解行为与沥青分子结构间的关联性,选用8种有机溶剂对中温沥青(AGMP)在常温下进行超声萃取处理得到8 种萃取物。利用 PeakFit v4.12 软件对各种萃取物的红外光谱吸收峰700~900,1 000~1 800,2 800~3 000和3 000~3 100 cm-1四个区域进行了分峰拟合处理,从而获得了萃取物所含各种官能团的精细结构信息,并引入6种分子结构参数(I1~I6),表征萃取物分子结构与热解活化能的关系。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)谱图分析表明8种萃取物主要是以含氧、含氮等杂原子的脂肪烃侧链为主的缩合芳香环结构组成的复杂化合物。由于萃取剂结构差异,萃取物中的分子结构参数也略有差异。线性结构萃取剂所得萃取物链烃(I5)含量较高,环结构萃取剂所得萃取物芳环(I6)取代结构较多。利用热重分析法(TGA)在不同升温速率(3,6,10,15 K·min-1)下对8种萃取物的热失重行为进行了研究,在等转化率不考虑反应机理的情况下,依据Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Kissingr-Akahira-Sunose 法解析得出8 种萃取物的热解活化能(Ea)。结果表明8种萃取物热解活化能在78~116 kJ·mol-1之间,其值大小与官能团结构及含量密切相关。将红外光谱定量分析获得的萃取物红外结构参数与热解活化能进行关联,通过详细分析探讨不同萃取物结构参数与热解活化能的一元线性回归Ea=f(Ii)的分析结果发现,芳香性指数(I3)和支链化程度(I5)是决定萃取物热解活化能大小的主要指标,热解活化能与各单一指标(Ii)拟合结果的正负相关性,表示这一结构从体系中被热解破坏的难易程度。综合考虑各红外结构参数的共同作用,AGMP萃取物热解活化能与红外光谱结构指标之间的拟合关系模型为Ea=-4 294.53I1+73 812.16I2+207 673.32I3-20 324.20I4-168.56I5+857.86I6。结合红外分析得到的这一结果,揭示了更多关于煤沥青的热解特性和动力学的细节信息,有助于理解煤沥青的热解过程和热转化行为。 相似文献
