求解非线性方程组的混合遗传算法   总被引:27,自引:2,他引:25  
非线性方程组的求解是数值计算领域中最困难的问题。大多数的数值求解算法例如牛顿法的收敛性和性能特征在很大程度上依赖于初始点。但是对于很多非线性方程组,选择好的初始点是一件非常困难的事情。本文结合遗传算法和经典算法的优点,提出了一种用于求解非线性方程组的混合遗传算法。该混合算法充分发挥了遗传算法的群体搜索和全局收敛性,有效地克服了经典算法的初始点敏感问题;同时在遗传算法中引入经典算法(Powell法、拟牛顿迭代法)作局部搜索,克服了遗传算法收敛速度慢和精度差的缺点。选择了几个典型非线性方程组,从收敛可靠性、计算成本和适用性等指标分析对比了不同算法。计算结果表明所设计的混合遗传算法有着可靠的收敛性和较高的收敛速度和精度,是求解非线性方程组的一种成功算法。  相似文献

叙述了微分求积法(differential quadrature method)的一般方法,研究用微分求积法求解在均布轴向载荷下细长杆的稳定问题.通过Newton-Raphson法求解非线性方程组,以及对问题进行线性假设后求解广义特征值方程,得到了精度很高的后屈曲挠度数值和临界载荷数值.与解析解和其他近似解相比,微分求积法具有较高的精度和简便性.  相似文献

针对非线性方程组的求解在工程上具有广泛的实际意义,经典的数值算法如牛顿法存在其收敛性依赖于初值而实际计算中初值难确定的问题,提出以混沌粒子群算法求解非线性方程。它通过将混沌搜索机制有机地引入粒子群算法,使每个粒子从混沌搜索机制与粒子群算法搜索机制中获得适当的搜索方向,以混沌变量的遍历性增强粒子的搜索性能与更全面地应用目标函数的信息,并反映到逐代更新的个体极值和群体极值中,可更有效地调整粒子的移向并最终获得最优解。测试结果表明这一尝试的有效性。最后将所提的方法用于建立复合材料结构的疲劳寿命与应力、温度、湿度的关系模型。  相似文献

将求解三维弹性摩擦接触问题的非光滑非线性方程组方法推广到弹塑性(Mises材料)情形,提出了两种应用方法:一种是将非光滑非线性方程组方法和求解弹塑性问题常用的Newton—Raphson迭代方法结合起来;另一种是将问题写成统一的非光滑非线性方程组,直接求解。数值算例验证了两种方法的有效性,并进行了结果比较。  相似文献

A numerical study is carried out for the axisymmetric steady laminar incompressible flow of an electrically conducting micropolar fluid between two infinite parallel porous disks with the constant uniform injection through the surface of the disks. The fluid is subjected to an external transverse magnetic field. The governing nonlinear equations of motion are transformed into a dimensionless form through von Karman’s similarity transformation. An algorithm based on a finite difference scheme is used to solve the reduced coupled ordinary differential equations under associated boundary conditions. The effects of the Reynolds number, the magnetic parameter, the micropolar parameter, and the Prandtl number on the flow velocity and temperature distributions are discussed. The results agree well with those of the previously published work for special cases. The investigation predicts that the heat transfer rate at the surfaces of the disks increases with the increases in the Reynolds number, the magnetic parameter, and the Prandtl number. The shear stresses decrease with the increase in the injection while increase with the increase in the applied magnetic field. The shear stress factor is lower for micropolar fluids than for Newtonian fluids, which may be beneficial in the flow and thermal control in the polymeric processing.  相似文献

The weakly forced vibration of an axially moving viscoelastic beam is investigated.The viscoelastic material of the beam is constituted by the standard linear solid model with the material time derivative involved.The nonlinear equations governing the transverse vibration are derived from the dynamical,constitutive,and geometrical relations.The method of multiple scales is used to determine the steady-state response.The modulation equation is derived from the solvability condition of eliminating secular terms.Closed-form expressions of the amplitude and existence condition of nontrivial steady-state response are derived from the modulation equation.The stability of nontrivial steady-state response is examined via the Routh-Hurwitz criterion.  相似文献

The nonlinear equations of an elastic tank-liquid coupling system subjected to the external excitation are established. By means of the multi-scale method and the singularity theory, the bifurcation behaviors of the system are investigated and analyzed. The various nonlinear dynamical behaviors of the coupling system are obtained, which can further explain the relationship between the physical parameters and the bifurcation solutions. The results provide a theoretical basis to the realization of the parameter optimal control.  相似文献

By converting an optimal control problem for nonlinear systems to a Hamiltonian system,a symplecitc-preserving method is proposed.The state and costate variables are approximated by the Lagrange polynomial.The state variables at two ends of the time interval are taken as independent variables.Based on the dual variable principle,nonlinear optimal control problems are replaced with nonlinear equations.Furthermore,in the implementation of the symplectic algorithm,based on the 2N algorithm,a multilevel method is proposed.When the time grid is refined from low level to high level,the initial state and costate variables of the nonlinear equations can be obtained from the Lagrange interpolation at the low level grid to improve efficiency.Numerical simulations show the precision and the efficiency of the proposed algorithm in this paper.  相似文献
