拓扑替康中三个有关物质的合成

采用易得的原料、简单的化学方法和方便的操作,设计了新的合成路线,制备了拓扑替康药物报批中的三种相关杂质。分别由拓扑替康盐酸盐(1)经游离、酯水解开环反应制备得到了拓扑替康羧酸钠盐(2),由拓扑替康(11)经正丙醇取代反应制备得到9-丙氧甲基-10-羟基喜树碱(4),以及由10-羟基喜树碱(5)经羟甲基化反应制备得到9-羟甲基-10-羟基喜树碱(3)。

1．引言在每个子区间上，通过插入至多一个内结点，Brodlie和Butt［1］给出了分段三次多项式保形插值算法，Randal［2］等讨论了分段五次多项式插值，作者［31讨论了一般分段奇次多项式的保形插值，并且给1了内结点的位置范围公式．这种插值方法完全解决了一般的分段奇次多项式的保形插值问题．关于分段偶次多项式的保形插值，大多数文献只讨论分段二次保形插值，这里要特别指出的是Shumake［4j导出了二次样条保凸的充要条件，并且给出了一个二次样条保形插值的方法．在每一个子区间上至多插入一个内结点，则一个二次插值样条就可得到．作…

A New Generalized System on the Two-Dimensional Toda Lattice and Its Reduction

In this paper, we apply the source generation procedure to the coupled 2D Toda lattice equation (also called Pfaffianized 2D Toda lattice), then we get a more generalized system which is the coupled 2D Toda lattice with self-consistent sources (p-2D TodaESCS), and a pfaffian type solution of the new system is given. Consequently, by using the reduction of the pfaffian solution to the determinant form, this new system can not only be reduced to the 2D TodaESCS, but be reduced to the coupled 2D Toda lattice equation. This result indicates that the p-2D TodaESCS is also a pfaffian version of the 2D TodaESCS, which implies the commutativity between the source generation procedure and Pfaffianization is valid to the semi-discrete soliton equation.     

稀土上转换多功能复合材料的构建及生物应用进展

镧系离子(Ln³⁺)掺杂的稀土上转换纳米材料在低能近红外光激发下可发射高能量的紫外、可见甚至近红外光，由于其独特的光学和化学性质，包括自荧光弱、对生物体光损伤小及组织穿透深度高等，稀土上转换纳米材料在生物医学领域的应用备受关注.在该综述中，主要介绍了本课题组在稀土上转换纳米发光材料的自组装、复合材料的构建及在肿瘤诊疗领域的相关工作，重点强调设计、合成多种刺激-响应型的多功能纳米诊疗平台，利用肿瘤微环境的特点（乏氧、偏酸性、富含H₂O₂和谷胱甘肽）和近红外光的独特优势，实现纳米材料在肿瘤部位的靶向蓄积、药物的选择性控制释放和协同肿瘤治疗（化疗、光动力治疗、光热治疗及免疫治疗等）.     

Extended Determinant Solution of a （3 ＋ 1）-Dimensional KP Equation

In this paper, new extended Grammian determinant solutions to a （3 ＋ 1）-dimensional KP equation are presented by using Hirora＇s bilinear method, and a broad set of suftlcient conditions of systems of linear partial differential equations is given. Moreover, some special solutions of the representative systems are obtained through a systematic analysis.

Superconvergence analysis of lower order anisotropic finite element

The convergence analysis of the lower order nonconforming element pro- posed by Park and Sheen is applied to the second-order elliptic problem under anisotropic meshes.The corresponding error estimation is obtained.Moreover,by using the interpo- lation postprocessing technique,a global superconvergence property for the discretization error of the postprocessed discrete solution to the solution itself is derived.Numerical results are also given to verify the theoretical analysis.     

一个低阶各向异性有限元的超收敛分析

针对二阶椭圆问题,在各向异性网格上得到了由Park和Sheen提出的一个低阶非协调单元的收敛性分析,并给出了相应的误差估计．进一步利用插值后处理技巧,得到了后处理后的离散解与真解本身的整体超收敛性质．最后的数值试验验证了理论的可靠性．     

一个新非协调单元对扩散对流反应方程的应用

利用最近提出的一个新型非协调双参数单元,将流线扩散有限元方法成功地应用于对流占优的扩散对流反应方程,并且得到流线扩散模意义下的误差估计结果.
