采用共沉淀法制备了CuGa_2O_4粉体,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对CuGa_2O_4粉体进行了表征。研究了热处理温度和pH对CuGa_2O_4粉体气敏性能的影响,实验结果表明热处理温度为800℃,pH=6.00(热处理4h)条件下制备出的CuGa_2O_4粉体,在室温下(18±2)℃对三甲胺(TMA)具有较好的气敏选择性和较高灵敏度,对1 000μL·L~(-1)的TMA的灵敏度达到310.1,响应和恢复时间分别约为590和80 s,对1μL·L~(-1)的TMA的灵敏度可达到1.3。 相似文献

The effect of the nature of substituents at sp2-hybridized silicon atom in the R2Si=CH2 (R = SiH3, H, Me, OH, Cl, F) molecules on the structure and energy characteristics of complexes of these molecules with ammonia, trimethylamine,
and tetrahydrofuran was studied by the ab initio (MP4/6-311G(d)//MP2/6-31G(d)+ZPE) method. As the electronegativity, χ, of the substituent R increases, the coordination bond
energies, D(Si← N(O)), increase from 4.7 to 25.9 kcal mol−1 for the complexes of R2Si=CH2 with NH3, from 10.6 to 37.1 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with Me3N, and from 5.0 to 22.2 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with THF. The n-donor ability changes as follows: THF ≤ NH3 < Me3N. The calculated barrier to hindered internal rotation about the silicon—carbon double bond was used as a measure of the
Si=C π-bond energy. As χ increases, the rotational barriers decrease from 18.9 to 5.2 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with NH3 and from 16.9 to 5.7 kcal mol−1 for the complexes with Me3N. The lowering of rotational barriers occurs in parallel to the decrease in D
π(Si=C) we have established earlier for free silenes. On the average, the D
π(Si=C) energy decreases by ∼25 kcal mol−1 for NH3· R2Si=CH2 and Me3N·R2Si=CH2. The D(Si←N) values for the R2Si=CH2· 2Me3N complexes are 11.4 (R = H) and 24.3 kcal mol−1 (R = F). sp2-Hybridized silicon atom can form transannular coordination bonds in 1,1-bis[N-(dimethylamino)acetimidato]silene (6). The open form (I) of molecule 6 is 35.1 and 43.5 kcal mol−1 less stable than the cyclic (II, one transannular Si←N bond) and bicyclic (III, two transannular Si←N bonds) forms of this molecule, respectively. The D(Si←N) energy for structure III was estimated at 21.8 kcal mol−1.

通过静电纺丝法制备了一维Ga2O3/SnO2纳米纤维,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等方法对材料进行了表征,测试了不同Ga2O3质量分数(0、40%、50%、60%、70%、100%)的Ga2O3/SnO2纳米纤维(650℃,5 h)对应元件对三甲胺、丙酮、乙醛、乙酸、氨气、乙醇、甲醛7种气体的气敏性能。结果表明:在室温(25℃)时,60%(w/w)Ga2O3-40%(w/w)SnO2纳米纤维对三甲胺气体具有较高的灵敏度和较短的响应/恢复时间。对1000μL·L^-1三甲胺的灵敏度达到51;检出限达到0.8μL·L^-1,其灵敏度为1.3。 相似文献

用泵式沸点仪测定了常压下一甲胺-三甲胺一水三元系在不同液相组成时的沸点,并用间接法TPx推算了一甲胺-水、三甲胺-水的汽相平衡组成y。用最小二乘法求出了此二元体系的液相活度系数模型参数,在一甲胺-水、三甲胺-水两个二元系基础上计算三元系,并回归出一甲胺-三甲胺二元系的Wilson参数。用Wilson模型对所测的数据进行关联,建立该系统汽液平衡的热力学模型并计算平衡时的汽相组成。 相似文献

The optimized geometry of isolated trimethylamine (TMA), its hydrogen bond complexes with phenol derivatives and protonated TMA is calculated at the B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) level. A natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis on these systems is carried out at the same level of theory. In isolated TMA, one of the C-H bond in each of the three CH(3) groups is more elongated than the two other ones. As revealed by the NBO data, this results from a hyperconjugative interaction from the N lone pair to the sigma*(C-H) orbitals of the C-H bonds being in a transoid position with respect to the N lone pair. The formation of an intermolecular OH...N hydrogen bond with phenols results in a decrease of the lone pair effect. A linear correlation is found between the decrease in occupation of the sigma*(C-H) orbitals and the decrease in the hyperconjugative interaction energy in the complexes and isolated TMA. Complex formation with phenols results in a blue shift of 55-74 cm(-1) of the C-H stretching vibrations involved in the lone pair effect. Smaller blue shifts between 14 and 23 cm(-1) are predicted for the other C-H bonds. In these complexes, a linear correlation is found between the frequency shifts and the elongation of the C-H bonds. Protonation of TMA results in a nearly equalization of all the C-H distances and a blue shift of 180 cm(-1) of the C-H bonds involved in hyperconjugation with the N lone pair. 相似文献

The nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique was used as analytical tool to determine the complete metabolic profiling of sea bass extracts: water-soluble metabolites belonging to different classes such as sugars, amino acids, dipeptides and organic acids as well as metabolites soluble in organic solvent such as lipids, sterols and fatty acids were identified. The metabolite profiling together with a suitable statistical analysis were used to discriminate between wild and cultured sea bass samples. Preliminary results show that discrimination between wild and cultured sea bass was obtained not only using fatty acid composition but also cholesterol and phosphatidylethanolamine and some water-soluble metabolites such as choline, trimethylamine oxide, glutamine, fumaric and malic acids. 相似文献
