玩具材料和玩具部件按《玩具安全》(GB6675—2014)规定的程序制样和用盐酸提取后,加入硫脲-抗坏血酸将提取溶液中砷预还原为适合氢化物发生的价态As(Ⅲ),再加入硼氢化钾使其还原成砷氢化物,建立了原子荧光光谱法测定玩具材料中可迁移砷含量的方法。方法的检出限为0.017mg/kg,多种代表性玩具材料的砷元素加标回收率在94.4%~104%。方法适用于各种玩具材料中可迁移砷的分析。  相似文献

In this work, some new results are presented on the dynamics of a class of multibody mechanical systems, involving contact and friction. The main contribution refers to the development of a systematic, accurate and efficient method for detecting contact among the components of a system of solid bodies. For some simple geometries, this task is achieved by employing analytical means. For systems possessing components with complex geometric shapes a more involved numerical methodology is developed. In both cases, once a potential contact point is detected, the common tangent plane and normal vector are located and the penetration depth is calculated, leading to determination of the force arising between the contacting bodies. This information is then passed to a solver, providing the full dynamic response of the system. The validity and numerical efficiency of the methodology developed is first demonstrated by considering a number of examples with relatively small geometric complexity but large traditional value and interesting dynamic response. Some new results are obtained and presented on the dynamics of these systems. Finally, the same methodology is also tested in a more complicated and demanding mechanical application.  相似文献

The International Measurement Evaluation Program (IMEP) organised the IMEP-24 interlaboratory comparison after reports in the media about high levels of lead in toys. The aim of this comparison was to verify the laboratories’ capacity to evaluate trace-element levels in a possible toy-like material according to the European Standard EN 71-3:1994. As test material, it used a former certified reference material containing levels of antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, mercury, lead and selenium around the limits set in the standard.Four expert laboratories confirmed the reference values (Xref) for all elements but Hg, and established a reference value for Hg. The scatter of the results reported by the participants was large, as expected, but showed a close to normal distribution around the reference values for five of the eight trace elements. The spread of results was mainly attributed to sampling and sample preparation.One major issue observed in this exercise was the lack of legislative rules about how to report the result, or, more specifically, the use of the analytical correction, which was introduced in EN 71-3:1994 to achieve consistent interpretation of results and which is to be applied when values are equal to or above the maximum limits set in the standard. Its application by the participants was very inconsistent and led to problems in their evaluation. There is clearly a need for clarification and for more formal regulations with regard to result reporting in order to minimise the risk of confusion.Participants were also asked to give their opinion with regard to the acceptability of the test material for the market. The majority correctly considered the material as non-compliant. However, almost one-third incorrectly assessed the material as compliant.  相似文献

建立了一种简单、快速、准确测定玩具中香豆素、7-甲氧基香豆素、二氢香豆素、7-甲基香豆素、7-乙氧基-4-甲基香豆素5种香豆素类致敏性香味剂的检测方法。样品经四氢呋喃超声提取,提取液浓缩至近干,以25 mL甲醇 溶解残渣定容后进行高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析。色谱流动相为乙腈和0.1%乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,多反应监 测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量分析。5种目标物的工作曲线线性范围均为10~1 000 μg/L;除了二氢香豆素的定 量限(信噪比(S/N)>10)为5.0 μg/L外,其他化合物均为2.0 μg/L;在3种不同类型的样品中添加高、中、低水平的5种目标物标准品,其加标回收率为93.2%~105.8%,相对标准偏差为3.65%~8.27%。应用本方法对12种玩具和儿童用品样品进行了测试,其中9个样品中检出了香豆素类致敏性香味剂,有两个样品中香豆素和7-甲氧基香豆素的含量超过了欧盟玩具新指令的限量要求。  相似文献

建立了检测玩具中10种挥发性有机物(VOC)残留量的顶空气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC-MS)方法。样品经140 ℃、45 min静态顶空后,通过DB-624色谱柱分离和质谱检测,外标法定量。该方法对于不同VOC的定量限(LOQ)均在0.66 mg/kg以下,线性范围为0.001~2.0 μg,平均回收率在79%~106%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.4%~5.6%之间。该方法具有准确灵敏、简单快速等特点,将其应用于实际玩具样品的检测取得了良好效果。  相似文献

以双酚A为模板分子,4-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体合成了双酚A分子印迹聚合物(BPAMIP),作为基质固相分散吸附剂,用于提取儿童玩具中双酚A。样品溶液均匀地分散在BPA-MIP中,风干后用二氯甲烷淋洗,然后用甲醇(35+65)溶液作洗脱剂将双酚A洗下,收集洗出液供高效液相色谱测定。结果表明:聚合物对印迹分子具有很好的亲和性和特异选择性。方法的线性范围为1.5~100.0mg·L~(-1),检出限(3S/N)为0.12mg·L~(-1)。在5个浓度水平下做加标回收试验,回收率在94.9%~99.1%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.2%~3.4%之间。  相似文献

采用常压敞开式离子化结合离子迁移谱技术,研究建立了蜡笔、水贴纸、橡皮泥等玩具样品中14种致癌致敏染料的快速筛查方法。无需繁琐的样品前处理过程,玩具样品经纸喷雾或萃取纳升喷雾,将上样、萃取、电离等步骤集成为一步实现,并在16 ms内完成了离子迁移谱分析检测。同时还对疑似阳性样品建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱的确证方法。14种致癌致敏染料的检出限为0.5~2 mg/kg。该方法流程便捷、快速高效,适用于玩具样品的现场快速筛查。  相似文献

采用0.07 mol/L盐酸萃取样品,取一部分萃取液用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定可迁移总铬含量,另一部分萃取液通过Al(NO3)3共沉淀法去除高含量干扰阳离子后用离子色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用法(IC-ICP-MS)测定六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))含量,用可迁移总铬量减去Cr(Ⅵ)含量求得Cr(Ⅲ)含量,可迁移总铭及Cr(Ⅵ)的方法定量下限分别达0.01 mg/kg和0.003 mg/kg。选取2009/48/EC玩具新指令涉及的玩具材料进行加标及阳性样品验证,可迁移总铭及Cr(Ⅵ)的加标回收率分别为90.2%~101.5%和96.7%~106.7%,实验室间相对标准偏差分别不高于7.4%和7.9%。方法准确可靠,可实现玩具新指令所涉及的3类玩具材料中Cr(Ⅲ)及Cr(Ⅵ)的检测。  相似文献

建立了液相色谱-串联质谱快速测定玩具中异噻唑啉酮类防腐剂(2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮)的分析方法。样品经去离子水超声提取后进行液相色谱-串联质谱分析。色谱流动相为甲醇-水(15:85, v/v),等度洗脱,在选择反应监测(SRM)模式下定性和定量分析。3种被分析物的工作曲线线性范围均为2.0~1 000 μg/L,方法的定量限(信噪比大于10)为0.04 mg/kg,灵敏度优于欧盟玩具协调标准EN71-11-2005中推荐的方法。两种类型玩具样品中的加标回收率分别为95.9%~105.2%和94.7%~102.8%,精密度分别为3.04%~4.96%和2.36%~4.79%。应用本方法对10种玩具样品进行了测试,结果完全能满足欧盟玩具协调标准EN71-9-2005对玩具中异噻唑啉酮类防腐剂的检测要求。  相似文献
