高碱煤含钠矿物沉积层的高温熔融及多相反应过程分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用纯矿物试剂模拟燃用高碱煤时炉内受热面典型的灰沉积层化学组成,利用热机械分析(TMA)、TG-DSC分析、高温煅烧实验结合XRD、SEM-EDS表征方法研究了不同Na2SO4含量灰沉积层的高温熔融过程及矿物间的多相反应机理。结果表明,掺混Na2SO4后沉积层熔化特征温度显著降低,Na2SO4的主要反应途径与掺混比例有关,当掺混比低于20%时,Na2SO4与SiO2、CaO、Al2O3反应主要转变为CaSO4和钠的硅铝酸盐;掺混比大于40%时则主要与CaSO4生成低熔点的钠钙复合硫酸盐。富Na2SO4沉积层颗粒在800℃时开始黏结;900-950℃时,霞石、钠长石等钠的硅铝酸盐发生低温共熔,同时Na2SO4和CaSO4生成的复合硫酸盐开始熔融,逐渐形成液相;1200-1250℃时,镁黄长石与含钙矿物发生强烈共熔,温度超过1300℃后矿物完全熔融成为自由液相。  相似文献

The tetramer destabilization of transthyretin into monomers and its fibrillation are phenomena leading to amyloid deposition. Heparan sulfate proteoglycan (HSPG) has been found in all amyloid deposits. A chromatographic approach was developed to compare binding parameters between wild‐type transthyretin (wtTTR) and an amyloidogenic transthyretin (sTTR). Results showed a greater affinity of sTTR for HSPG at pH 7.4 compared with wtTTR owing to the monomeric form of sTTR. Analysis of the thermodynamic parameters showed that van der Waals interactions were involved at the complex interface for both transthyretin forms. For sTTR, results from the plot representing the number of protons exchanged vs pH showed that the binding mechanism was pH‐dependent with a critical value at a pH 6.5. This observation was due to the protonation of a histidine residue as an imidazolium cation, which was not accessible when TTR was in its tetrameric structure. At pH >6.5, dehydration at the binding interface and several contacts between nonpolar groups of sTTR and HSPG were also coupled to binding for an optimal hydrogen‐bond network. At pH <6.5, the protonation of the His residue from sTTR monomer when pH decreased broke the hydrogen‐bond network, leading to its destabilization and thus producing slight conformational changes in the sTTR monomer structure. A series of Ce-Fe-Ox catalysts prepared by the different calcination temperatures (marked as CF-X, where X represented calcination temperature) were used to the selectivity catalytic reduction of NOx by NH3. The results explained the relationship between calcination temperature and the sulfate species over Ce-Fe-Ox, and then investigated the surface acidity and catalytic performance. The large amounts of sulfate species were formed over CF-450 and CF-550 while it was decomposed with further the increasing of calcination temperature, which resulted in the loss of surface acidity, causing a decrease in the catalytic activity over Ce-Fe-Ox. Thereby, the CF-450 catalyst showed the best catalytic activity and over 90% NOx conversion was obtained at 244–450 °C. Besides, the favored pore structure, more Fe3+ active species, higher Ce3+ concentration and the abundance of chemical adsorbed oxygen species, as well as the surface acid sites, would together contribute to the excellent catalytic activity of CF-450 catalyst.  相似文献

在DMF/H2O/CH3OH的混合体系中,反应温度为170℃,Mn SO4·4H2O盐溶液在p H=5和7的条件下,加热72小时,最终得到了结构不同的硫酸锰骨架[Mn2(SO4)3]·(H3O)2(1)和[Mn3(SO4)2(OH)2(H2O)2](2)。化合物结构通过单晶X-射线和红外光谱所表征,相应的晶胞参数:化合物1,立方晶系,空间群:P213,a=10.2009(12),V=1061.49(37)3,Goo F=1.158,Flack parameter 0.02(2),R1=0.0186(I2sigma);化合物2,四方晶系,空间群:Pbcm,a=7.3214(15),b=9.984(2),c=13.291(3),V=971.5(4)3,Goo F=1.063,R1=0.0227(I2sigma);单晶X射线分析显示化合物1是一个三维单手性硫酸锰骨架,化合物2是一个非手性羟基硫酸锰骨架。实验结果说明,p H值对硫酸锰骨架的改变起重要作用。  相似文献

D4020 resin offered the best dynamic adsorption and desorption capacity for total flavonoids based on the research results from ten kinds of macroporous resin. A column packed with D4020 resin was used to optimize the separation of total flavonoids from Flaveria bidentis (L.) Kuntze extracts. The content of flavonoids in the product was increased from 4.3 to 30.1% with a recovery yield of 90%. After the treatment with gradient elution on D4020 resin, the contents of isorhamnetin 3‐sulfate and astragalin were increased from 0.49 to 8.70% with a recovery yield of 74.1% and 1.16 to 30.8%, with a recovery yield of 92.2%, respectively. Further purification was carried out by one‐run high‐speed countercurrent chromatography yielding 4.5 mg of isorhamnetin 3‐sulfate at a high purity of 96.48% and yielding 24.4 mg of astragalin at a high purity of over 98.46%.  相似文献

The stacking of a cationic analyte (i.e., rhodamine B) at the interface between a sample reservoir and channel in a microchip electrophoresis device is described for the first time. Stacking at negative polarity was by micelle to solvent stacking where the dye was prepared in a micellar solution (5 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate in 25 mM phosphoric acid, pH 2.5) and the channel was filled with high methanol content background solution (70% methanol in 50 mM phosphoric acid, pH 2.5). The injection of the stacked dye into the channel was by simple reversal of the voltage polarity with the sample solution and background solution at the anodic and cathodic reservoirs of the straight channel, respectively. The enrichment of rhodamine B at the interface and injection of the stacked dye into the channel was clearly visualized using an inverted fluorescence microscope. A notable sensitivity enhancement factor of up to 150 was achieved after 2 min at 1 kV of micelle to solvent stacking. The proposed technique will be useful as a concentration step for analyte mixtures in simple and classical cross‐channel microchip electrophoresis devices or for the controlled delivery of enriched reagents or analytes as narrow plugs in advanced microchip electrophoresis devices.  相似文献

African swine fever virus (ASFV) is one of the most dangerous viruses for pigs and is endemic in Africa but recently also spread into the Russian Federation and the Eastern border of the EU. So far there is no vaccine or antiviral drug available to curtail the infection. Thus, control strategies based on novel inhibitors are urgently needed. Another highly relevant virus infection in pigs is Aujeszky's disease caused by the alphaherpesvirus pseudorabies virus (PrV). This article reports the synthesis and biological evaluation of novel extracellular matrix‐inspired entry inhibitors based on polyglycerol sulfate‐functionalized graphene sheets. The developed 2D architectures bind enveloped viruses during the adhesion process and thereby exhibit strong inhibitory effects, which are equal or better than the common standards enrofloxacin and heparin as demonstrated for ASFV and PrV. Overall, the developed polyvalent 2D entry inhibitors are nontoxic and efficient nanoarchitectures, which interact with various types of enveloped viruses. Therefore they prevent viral adhesion to the host cell and especially target viruses that rely on a heparan sulfate‐dependent cell entry mechanism.

Dodecyl sulfate anion (DS) was successfully intercalated into the gallery space of Cu-Al layered double hydroxides (LDH) by a non-heating mechanochemical route, in which basic cupric carbonate (Cu2(OH)2CO3) and aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3) were first dry ground and then agitated in SDS solution under ambient environment. The organics modified Cu-Al LDH showed good adsorption ability toward 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2, 4-D). The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), CHS elemental analysis and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The LDH precursor prepared by ball-milling could directly react with SDS molecules forming a pure phase of DS pillared Cu-Al LDH, which was not observed with the LDH product through the ion-exchange of DS at room temperature. The process introduced here may be applied to manufacture other types of organic modified composites for pollutants removal and other applications.  相似文献

Infection of host cells by SARS-CoV-2 begins with recognition by the virus S (spike) protein of cell surface heparan sulfate (HS), tethering the virus to the extracellular matrix environment, and causing the subunit S1-RBD to undergo a conformational change into the ‘open’ conformation. These two events promote the binding of S1-RBD to the angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor, a preliminary step toward viral-cell membrane fusion. Combining ligand-based NMR spectroscopy with molecular dynamics, oligosaccharide analogues were used to explore the interactions between S1-RBD of SARS CoV-2 and HS, revealing several low-specificity binding modes and previously unidentified potential sites for the binding of extended HS polysaccharide chains. The evidence for multiple binding modes also suggest that highly specific inhibitors will not be optimal against protein S but, rather, diverse HS-based structures, characterized by high affinity and including multi-valent compounds, may be required.  相似文献

Heparan sulfate (HS) interacts with a broad spectrum of inflammatory cytokines, thereby modulating their biological activities. It is believed that there is a structural-functional correlation between each protein and sugar sequences in the HS polysaccharides, however, the information in this regard is limited. In this study, we compared the binding of four inflammatory cytokines (CCL8, IL-1beta, IL-2 and IL-6) to immobilized heparin by an SPR analysis. To define the molecular base of the binding, we used a heparin pentasaccharide as representative structure to dock into the 3D-molecular structure of the cytokines. The results show a discrepancy in KD values obtained by SPR analysis and theoretical calculation, pointing to the importance to apply more than one method when describing affinity between proteins and HS. By cluster analysis of the complex formed between the pentasaccharide and cytokines, we have identified several groups in heparin forming strong hydrogen bonds with all four cytokines, which is a significant finding. This molecular and conformational information should be valuable for rational design of HS/heparin-mimetics to interfere cytokine-HS interactions.  相似文献
