基于金属-光敏硅组合圆环提出了一种光可调太赫兹超表面,可用于实现多功能的波前操控。该超表面单元由正反两面的结构层和中间介质层组成,其中结构层是开口方向相反的金属环,开口处由光敏硅进行填充。在光照强度较低时,超表面可以将入射的圆极化波转换为交叉极化的透射波;随着光照强度升高,透射波将逐渐被完全抑制。根据几何相位原理,通过旋转金属-光敏硅组合圆环,透射的交叉极化波会携带额外的相位因子,并可实现完全的2π范围相位覆盖。通过合理排列超表面单元结构,可以对透射波的波前实现任意操控。利用提出的光可调超表面,在较低光照条件下实现了高效的异常折射、透镜以及轨道角动量产生器;在较高光照条件下,抑制了其透射效率,可有条件地选择应用功能,表现出较好的灵活性。提出的光可调超表面在太赫兹成像、通信、雷达等方面具有较大的潜在应用价值。  相似文献

A catalyst based on MoO3 was synthesized by a simple and fast pilot-scale combustion reaction method and applied to the conversion of soybean oil to biodiesel via transesterification. For that, the statistical analysis of the catalyst amount and temperature, factors that influence the process, was evaluated by means of central composite design 22. MoO3 was characterized in terms of structure by X-ray diffraction (XRD), textural characterization Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), density by helium pycnometry (DE), particle size analysis (DG) and acidity tests by temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia (NH3-TPD), chemical analysis by X-ray fluorescence (EDX), morphology by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and catalytic properties. The transesterification products were characterized by gas chromatography (GC), acidity index (AI) and kinematic viscosity (KV). The results indicate the catalyst formation with a surface area of 1.36 m2g?1, and density of 4.5 g/cm3 which consists of a single crystalline phase of orthorhombic configuration, with total NH3 acidity of 33.61 μ.mol/g. Morphological characterization revealed that the catalyst is formed by irregular plates of various sizes and shapes, with a wide sizes range of agglomerated particles. In the soybean oil transesterification reactions, the catalyst was active showing 96.9% conversion to ethyl esters. The experimental design was meaningful and predictive, with a reliability level of 95%. The statistical analysis identified temperature as a significant variable for the adopted planning. To conclude, a new single-phase catalyst (α-MoO3) has been developed and successfully applied to the biodiesel Synthesis from soybean oil. These results have a positive and promising impact for biodiesel production by transesterification of soybean oil against ethanol.  相似文献

BackgroundNasopharyngeal cancer is a tumor that occurs in the mucous epithelium of the nasopharynx. Due to its rapid growth and early metastatic nature, the successful treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer is highly challenging.ObjectiveHere, we intended to assess the in vitro anticancer property of brassinin against the nasopharyngeal cancer C666-1 cells.MethodologyThe in vitro free radical scavenging property of the brassinin was assessed by various free radical scavenging activities such as FRAP, DPPH, chemiluminescence (CL), and ORAC assays. The cytotoxic level of the brassinin (1–50 µM) against the nasopharyngeal cancer C666-1 cells and normal Vero cells were assessed by the MTT cytotoxicity assay. The levels of TBARS, GSH, and the SOD activity was assessed using kits. The level of ROS generation, MMP, and apoptosis were investigated by the respective fluorescent staining techniques. The flow cytometry analysis was done to scrutinize the cell cycle arrest. The Bax/Bcl-2 level and caspase activities were examined using respective kits.ResultsThe brassinin treatment effectively scavenged the free radicals, which are assessed by the FRAP, DPPH, chemiluminescence (CL), and ORAC assays. The proliferation of brassinin treated C666-1 cells were decreased remarkably, while the same concentration of brassinin did not disturbed the Vero cell viability. The 30 µM of brassinin effectively increased the ROS production, depleted the MMP, and stimulated the apoptosis in the C666-1 cells. The brassinin increased the TBARS and depleted the GSH and SOD in the C666-1 cells. The flow cytometry analysis revealed that the brassinin administration improved the G0/G1 ratio and decreased the proportion of cells with ‘S’ and ‘G2/M’ phase. The Bax, caspase-3 and ?9 were elevated and Bcl-2 level was decreased in the brassinin administered C666-1 cells.ConclusionOur findings discovered that the brassinin has the capacity to prevent the proliferation and stimulate the apoptotic cell death C666‐1 cells via blocking cell cycle and increasing oxidative stress and apoptotic markers. Hence, it can be a talented therapeutic agent to treat the nasopharyngeal cancer in the future.  相似文献

Ruppeiner geometry has been successfully applied in the study of the black hole microstructure by combining with the small–large black hole phase transition, and the potential interactions among the molecular-like constituent degrees of freedom are uncovered. In this paper, we will extend the study to the triple point, where three black hole phases coexist acting as a typical feature of black hole systems quite different from the small–large black hole phase transition. For the six-dimensional charged Gauss–Bonnet anti-de Sitter black hole, we thoroughly investigate the swallow tail behaviors of the Gibbs free energy and the equal area laws. After obtaining the black hole triple point in a complete parameter space, we exhibit its phase structures both in the pressure–temperature and temperature–horizon radius diagrams. Quite different from the liquid–vapor phase transition, a double peak behavior is present in the temperature–horizon radius phase diagram. Then we construct the Ruppeiner geometry and calculate the corresponding normalized curvature scalar. Near the triple point, we observe multiple negatively divergent behaviors. Positive curvature scalar is observed for the small black hole with high temperature, which indicates that the repulsive interaction dominates among the microstructure. Furthermore, we consider the variation of the curvature scalar along the coexisting intermediate and large black hole curves. Combining with the observation for different fluids, the result suggests that this black hole system behaves more like the argon or methane. Our study provides a first and preliminary step towards understanding black hole microstructure near the triple point, as well as uncovering the particular properties of the Gauss–Bonnet gravity.  相似文献

Demodulation of data transmitted over time-varying channels with a free running hidden Markov state, like the phase noise channel or the fading channel, requires that the receiver tracks the hidden channel state. The tracking technique adopted in the paper is based on non-data-aided sequential importance sampling, also known as particle filtering.The paper proposes a new particle filtering framework for data communication receivers based on an importance distribution such that each individual particle becomes a decision-directed Kalman filter relying upon its local symbol-by-symbol hard decisions. In this framework, different particles are left free to take different sequences of decisions. This leaves to the receiver the possibility of exploring different sequences of transmitted modulation symbols. The weight of the particle will be high for those particles that took in the past the correct sequence of decisions, while will be low for those particles that took wrong decisions. In the resampling procedure, particles with high weight will survive, while particles with low weight will be terminated, leaving space to the birth of new particles resampled from the surviving ones.The crucial point in importance sampling is the choice of the importance distribution and the main novelty of the paper is the proposal of an importance distribution such that the particles of the particle filter become decision-directed Kalman filters. One important benefit brought by our proposed method is that, being non-data-aided, it does not need pilot symbols, thus allowing to preserve the transmission rate. A significant application example, presented and developed in the paper, is constituted by MIMO systems affected by phase noise, where the channel state vector consists of many parameters.  相似文献

本文设计了一种梯形的周期极化掺镁铌酸锂(PPMgLN)波导,并通过在传播方向上引入温度梯度来拓宽其倍频(SHG)过程的泵浦光源可接收带宽。通过有限差分的光束传输法,计算波导的有效折射率,并进行波导尺寸的设计。结果表明,通过改变梯形波导不同位置的温度,使其形成一个温度梯度,可拓宽泵浦光源的波长可接收带宽。本文所设计的PPMgLN波导最大泵浦光源可接收带宽为C波段,即1 530~1 565 nm,该波导可倍频C波段,得到输出波段带宽为765~782.5 nm,温度调谐范围为30~150 ℃。  相似文献

CePdAl has been recently recognized as a frustrated antiferromagnetic heavy-fermion compound with a pressure- or field-tuned, extended quantum critical phase at zero temperature. Identifying characteristic signatures of the emerging quantum critical phase, which are expected to be distinct from those near a quantum critical point, remains challenging. In this work, by performing ultrasonic and thermoelectric measurements down to very low temperatures in a 3He-4He dilution refrigerator in the presence of magnetic field, we are able to obtain some crucial thermodynamic and thermal transport features of the quantum critical phase, including a frustration-related elastic softening detected by ultrasound and a Fermi-surface change probed by thermoelectric effect.  相似文献

A general theoretical framework is presented to explain the formation of the phase signal in an x-ray microscope integrated with a grating interferometer, which simultaneously enables the high spatial resolution imaging and the improved image contrast. By using this theory, several key parameters of phase contrast imaging can be predicted, for instance, the fringe visibility and period, and the conversion condition from the differential phase imaging (DPI) to the phase difference imaging (PDI). Additionally, numerical simulations are performed with certain x-ray optical components and imaging geometry. Comparison with the available experimental measurement [Appl. Phys. Lett. 113 063105 (2018)] demonstrates the accuracy of this developed quantitative analysis method of x-ray phase-sensitive microscope imaging.  相似文献

We report a facile phase conversion method that can locally convert n-type SnSe2 into p-type SnSe by direct laser irradiation. Raman spectra of SnSe2 flakes before and after laser irradiation confirm the phase conversion of SnSe2 to SnSe. By performing the laser irradiation on SnSe2 flakes at different temperatures, it is found that laser heating effect induces the removal of Se atoms from SnSe2 and results in the phase conversion of SnSe2 to SnSe. Lattice-revolved transmission electron microscope images of SnSe2 flakes before and after laser irradiation further confirm such conversion. By selective laser irradiation on SnSe2 flakes, a pattern with SnSe2/SnSe heteostructures is created. This indicates that the laser induced phase conversion technique has relatively high spatial resolution and enables the creation of micron-sized in-plane p-n junction at predefined region.  相似文献

相位恢复法利用光波传输中某一(或某些)截面上的光强分布来传感系统波前,其结构简单,不易受震动及环境干扰,被广泛应用于光学遥感和像差检测等领域.传统相位恢复法采用迭代计算,很难满足实时性要求,且在一定程度上依赖于迭代转换或迭代优化初值.为克服上述问题,本文提出了一种基于卷积神经网络的相位恢复方法,该方法采用基于小波变换的图像融合技术对焦面和离焦面图像进行融合处理,可在不损失图像信息的同时简化卷积神经网络的输入.网络模型训练完成后可依据输入的融合图像直接输出表征波前相位的4-9阶Zernike系数,且波前传感精度均方根(root-mean-square,RMS)可达0.015λ,λ=632.8 nm.研究了噪声、离焦量误差和图像采样分辨率等因素对波前传感精度的影响,验证了该方法对噪声具有一定鲁棒性,相对离焦量误差在7.5%内时,波前传感精度RMS仍可达0.05λ,且随着图像采样分辨率的提升,波前传感精度有所改善,但训练时间成本随之增加.此外,分析了实际应用中,当系统像差阶数与网络训练阶数略有差异时,本方法所能实现的传感精度,并给出了解决方案.  相似文献
