Crystals of the first sodalite‐type zeolite containing an all‐iron framework, a ferrolite, Ba8(Fe12O24)Nay(OH)6?x H2O, were synthesized using the hydroflux method in nearly quantitative yield. Ba8(Fe12O24)Nay(OH)6?x H2O crystallizes in the cubic space group with a=10.0476(1) Å. Slightly distorted FeO4 tetrahedra are linked to form Fe4O4 and Fe6O6 rings, which in turn yield channels and internal cavities that are characteristic of the sodalite structure. Barium, sodium, and hydroxide ions and water molecules are found in the channels and provide charge balance. Magnetic measurements indicate that the ferrolite exhibits magnetic order up to at least 700 K, with the field‐cooled and zero‐field‐cooled curves diverging. Analysis of the 57Fe Mössbauer spectra revealed two spectral components that have equal spectral areas, indicating the presence of two subsets of iron centers in the structure. Dehydrated versions of the ferrolite were also prepared by heating the sample.  相似文献

Discrete colloidal particles of zeolite ZSM-2 with crystal sizes less than 100 nm, in the form of aqueous suspensions, have been synthesized in tetramethylammonium (TMA)-aluminosilicate solutions in the presence of either lithium or a combination of lithium and sodium hydroxide. The well-crystallized ZSM-2 has a specific surface area of 781 m2/g after purification and removal of the organic base by calcination. Synthesis times (t) are as short as 3 < t < 12 h and in certain cases, less than 3 h, less than those previously reported in the literature. Prolonged hydrothermal treatment of sols in the presence of sodium cations (>12 h) results in the phase transformation of ZSM-2 to the nitrogeneous edingtonite zeolite (Li,Na)-E. The synthesis of nitrogeneous (Li,Na)-E is also favored by a high TMA content in conjunction with sodium, whereas synthesis of zeolite N-A is favored by a high sodium content. Furthermore, it is shown that colloidal suspensions of TMA sodalite with crystal sizes less than 40 nm are synthesized in the absence of alkali cations.  相似文献

用新颖的干粉方法合成系列沸石的研究已从五元环沸石延伸到具有四元环和六元环的方钠石。本研究运用干粉方法在Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3混合物中分别以乙醇胺和乙二胺-氟化物为模板,合成出了方钠石。有机模板剂以吸附态模板方式进入体系。用XRD数据、扫描电镜图及红外光谱测试结果对实验产品做了表征。结果表明,干粉体系制备的方钠石的晶胞参数小于水热体系和非水体系合成的方钠石的相应值。而以乙醇胺为模板制备的方钠石与以乙二胺-氟化物为模板的样品比较,后者具有较快的晶化速度、较小的晶胞体积和晶粒  相似文献

在1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑溴盐离子液体([emim]Br)中合成了球形的方钠石分子筛,分别通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明,在反应物料配比相同的条件下,离子热合成有利于球形方钠石结构的形成。在反应物料中nNa2SiO3·9H2O/nNaAlO2为1.1(即nSiO2/nAl2O3=2.2)和5.0时(即nSiO2/nAl2O3=10)时,离子热合成得到了粒径为0.2和1.4μm的球形方钠石分子筛,而水热合成分别得到了X型分子筛和一种未知结构的产物。  相似文献

将实验室合成的聚苯乙烯乳胶微球(PS)加入制备方钠石(SOD)沸石的前驱体凝胶中,在45℃条件下制得干凝胶,随后采用"蒸汽相转化"法制备了大块状SOD沸石材料。对影响多级SOD沸石形成因素进行了详细讨论。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N_2吸附-脱附和压汞技术等表征手段对制备的材料进行了详细表征。结果表明通过"蒸汽相转化"法制备的大块状SOD沸石由球状多晶聚集体构成,这些球状多晶聚集体又是由粒径为50~100 nm的初级纳米晶粒组成,在初级纳米晶粒上和纳米晶粒之间形成了2~50 nm介孔结构以及由脱除PS微球形成的50~300 nm的大孔结构。  相似文献

A double layered hydroxy sodalite membrane was synthesised directly onto a tubular -alumina support without seeding using a conventional hot-air oven. The effect of different synthesis parameters including the water content, ageing period, synthesis time and temperature, on the purity and continuity of the membrane was investigated. The water content was an important factor in controlling the presence of contaminating zeolite phases in the membrane. The optimised membrane which was contaminant free was characterised by XRD, SEM and single gas permeation using He, N2 and SF6. The permeance of the three gases through the membrane ranged from 0.8 to 8 × 10−8 mol m−2 s−1 Pa−1. The selectivity ( = 2.5–2.7) compared well to the Knudsen diffusion ratio for He/N2.  相似文献

The luminescence properties of aluminate sodalite Ca8[Al12024](WO4)2 (CAW) undoped and doped with Th^3 are reported and discussed. At room temperature the emission of tetrahedral WO4^2- in CAW showed an abnormally small Stokes shift (9060 cm^-1), which is related to the crystal structure of CAW. A strong absorption band in the excitation spectrum of the Th^3 -activated CAW is ascribed to the absorption of the charge transfer state Th^4 -W^5 , into which the excitation resulted in the efficient emission from the ^5D4 level of Tb^3 , but not from the ^5D3 level.  相似文献

High-temperature 23Na MAS NMR experiments up to 873 K for a number of different sodalites (Na8[AlSiO4]6(NO3)2, Na8[AlSiO4]6(NO2)2, Na8[AlSiO4]6I2, Na7.9[AlSiO4]6(SCN)7.9 · 0.5H2O, Na8[AlGeO4]6(NO3)2, and Na7[AlSiO4]6(H3O2) · 4H2O) were carried out. The spectra of the first five sodalites consist of a quadrupolar MAS pattern with different quadrupolar coupling constants. The quadrupolar interaction for the thiocyanate sodalite, the nitrate aluminosilicate, and germanate sodalite decreases strongly passing a coalescence state on heating, while the quadrupolar interaction of the iodide and nitrite sample shows nearly no change. The basic hydrosodalite shows an asymmetric lineshape at room temperature and, between 350 and 370 K, a second line due to the evaporation of cage-water emerges. The linewidth increases with rising temperature. The temperature dependence of the quadrupolar interaction seems to be a function of the sodalite β-cage expansion. Two conceivable jump mechanisms are proposed for a tetrahedral two-site jump between occupied and unoccupied tetrahedral sites.  相似文献
