ortho-Alkynylarylketone derivatives were employed as key precursors for a one-pot synthesis of arylnaphthalenelactone and furanonaphthol libraries. In this work, we discovered a cost-effective protocol to prepare arylnaphthalenelactones in one-pot using inexpensive starting material, malonate ester, which was conveniently functionalized leading to a variety of structures. Moreover, we also found an unexpected oxy-dearylation reaction which could be used to synthesize furanonaphthol analogs. These novel methods could be applied to a broad range of substrates to give the corresponding products in up to 83% yield. Notably, these classes of compounds exhibited more significant inhibition against protein-tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) enzyme than a standard compound, ursolic acid.  相似文献

We use the machinery of categorified Jones-Wenzl projectors to construct a categorification of a type A Reshetikhin-Turaev invariant of oriented framed tangles where each strand is labelled by an arbitrary finite-dimensional representation. We show that every linear functional on the Dirichlet space that is non-zero on nowhere-vanishing functions is necessarily a multiple of a point evaluation. Continuity of the functional is not assumed. As an application, we obtain a characterization of weighted composition operators on the Dirichlet space as being exactly those linear maps that send nowhere-vanishing functions to nowhere-vanishing functions.We also investigate possible extensions to weighted Dirichlet spaces with superharmonic weights. As part of our investigation, we are led to determine which of these spaces contain functions that map the unit disk onto the whole complex plane.  相似文献

A new concept of an equi-attractor is introduced, and defined by the minimal compact set that attracts bounded sets uniformly in the past, for a non-autonomous dynamical system. It is shown that the compact equi-attraction implies the backward compactness of a pullback attractor. Also, an eventually equi-continuous and strongly bounded process has an equi-attractor if and only if it is strongly point dissipative and strongly asymptotically compact. Those results primely strengthen the known existence result of a backward bounded pullback attractor in the literature. Finally, the theoretical criteria are applied to prove the existence of both equi-attractor and backward compact attractor for a Ginzburg-Landau equation with some varying coefficients and a backward tempered external force.  相似文献

This paper investigates the pullback asymptotic behaviors for the non-autonomous micropolar fluid flows in 2D bounded domains. We use the energy method, combining with some important properties of the generated processes, to prove the existence of pullback exponential attractors and global pullback attractors and show that they both with finite fractal dimension. This paper continues the investigation of isotropy theory for toposes. We develop the theory of isotropy quotients of toposes, culminating in a structure theorem for a class of toposes we call locally anisotropic. The theory has a natural interpretation for inverse semigroups, which clarifies some aspects of how inverse semigroups and toposes are related.  相似文献

Space, as we typically represent it in mathematics and physics, is composed of dimensionless, indivisible points. On an alternative, region-based approach to space, extended regions together with the relations of ‘parthood’ and ‘contact’ are taken as primitive; points are represented as mathematical abstractions from regions.Region-based theories of space have been traditionally modeled in regular closed (or regular open) algebras, in work that goes back to [5] and [21]. Recently, logics for region-based theories of space were developed in [3] and [19]. It was shown that these logics have both a nice topological and relational semantics, and that the minimal logic for contact algebras, Lmincont (defined below), is complete for both.The present paper explores the question of completeness of Lmincont and its extensions for individual topological spaces of interest: the real line, Cantor space, the rationals, and the infinite binary tree. A second aim is to study a different, algebraic model of logics for region-based theories of space, based on the Lebesgue measure algebra (or algebra of Borel subsets of the real line modulo sets of Lebesgue measure zero). As a model for point-free space, the algebra was first discussed in [2]. The main results of the paper are that Lmincont is weakly complete for any zero-dimensional, dense-in-itself metric space (including, e.g., Cantor space and the rationals); the extension Lmincont+(Con) is weakly complete for the real line and the Lebesgue measure contact algebra. We also prove that the logic Lmincont+(Univ) is weakly complete for the infinite binary tree.  相似文献

The first part of this paper considers the controllability for a functional semilinear differential inclusion governed by a family of operators {A(t):t[0,b]} generating an evolution operator in a Banach space in the presence of noninstantaneous impulse effects. In the second part of this paper we study the controllability for a fractional noninstantaneous impulsive semilinear differential inclusion with delay, where the linear part is an infinitesimal generator of a C0?semigroup. Using a weakly convergent criterion in the space of piecewise continuous functions and weak topology theory (for weak sequentially closed graph operators) we establish sufficient conditions to guarantee controllability results. Examples are given to illustrate the abstract results.  相似文献
