Mg/Ce-SBA的制备及其苯酚甲醇烷基化性能的研究 《燃料化学学报》2017,45(5):633-640
以Ce-SBA-15为载体,硝酸镁为活性组分前驱体,通过浸渍法制备了Mg/Ce-SBA-15催化剂。利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM、EDS、NH3-TPD、Py-FTIR和TG-DTA手段对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Mg掺杂并未破坏载体结构,催化剂表面弱酸含量有所增加,L酸增加明显。在固定床反应器中评价了Mg/Ce-SBA-15分子筛催化苯酚甲醇烷基化的反应性能。结果表明,Mg负载量为7%、焙烧温度为550℃、焙烧时间为4.5 h制备的Mg/Ce-SBA-15催化剂催化效果最佳。在反应温度460℃,n(苯酚):n(甲醇)为1:4,质量空速为3.0 h-1,常压的条件下,苯酚转化率为80.1%,邻甲酚选择性为86.4%。 相似文献

用两步浸渍法制备了Mg-La-HY-SBA-15复合分子筛,在小型固定床反应器上考察了苯酚甲醇烷基化性能;通过SEM-EDS、Py-FTIR等表征手段分析了Mg-La-HY-SBA-15分子筛的孔结构和酸性。结果表明,Mg负载到HY-SBA-15分子筛上且未改变其微介孔结构; Mg改性后降低了载体的总酸量,增加了总Lewis酸,提高了邻甲酚的选择性和收率。 相似文献

The investigations of cure kinetics and glass transition temperature (Tg) versus reaction conversion (α) of o-cresol novolac epoxy resin with the change of hardener were performed. All kinetic parameters of the curing reaction such as the reaction rate order, activation energy, and frequency factor were calculated. The curing mechanisms were classified into two types. One was an autocatalytic mechanism and the other was a nth order kinetic mechanism. The constants related to the chain mobility of polymer segments were obtained by using the DiBenedetto equation. We have tried to correlate the relationships between curing mechanism and molecular structures of hardeners from these results. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

在固定床加氢微反装置上,考察了邻甲酚对煤焦油组分喹啉加氢脱氮(HDN)反应、二苯并噻吩(DBT)加氢脱硫(HDS)反应以及1-甲基萘加氢饱和(HDA)反应的影响。结果表明,邻甲酚的加入对喹啉的HDN反应、DBT的HDS反应、1-甲基萘的HDA反应有着较强的抑制作用,且邻甲酚的含量越多,这种抑制作用越明显,这是由于邻甲酚与喹啉、DBT、1-甲基萘在活性位点上的竞争吸附造成的。邻甲酚的加入对产物的选择性影响较弱,反应前后产物的选择性变化很小。由于空间位阻效应,1-甲基萘的加氢优先发生在不带侧链的芳环上。 相似文献

The spectral characteristics of various forms (neutral, anionic, and cationic) of o- and p-cresols in water have been investigated by electron-absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence, and quantum-chemistry methods. The presence of a methyl substituent in cresol in the orthostate enhances the acid and base properties of this substance in the excited state as compared to those of cresol in the parastate. The difference between the mechanisms of formation of cationic o- and p-cresols is explained by the inversion of electron levels in the system of electron-excited states. 采用后合成法制备Ce-SBA-15介孔分子筛.通过XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、SEM、EDS、NH_3-TPD、Py-FTIR和TGDTA手段对样品进行表征.结果表明,Ce-SBA-15催化剂具有介孔结构,活性组分CeO_2能够很好地分散在载体表面.在固定床反应装置上,考察了Ce负载量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对Ce-SBA-15催化苯酚甲醇烷基化性能的影响.最佳组成和制备条件为:Ce负载量为15%,焙烧温度为550℃,焙烧时间为4.5 h.在苯酚/甲醇摩尔比1/4,反应温度460℃,质量空速3.0 h~(-1),常压的条件下,Ce-SBA-15分子筛催化苯酚甲醇烷基化性能最好,苯酚转化率达到66.89%,邻甲酚选择性达到55.43%. 相似文献
