以钠基蒙脱石(Na-MMT)为载体,氧化银与氨水反应形成的银氨络合物[Ag(NH3)2OH]为前驱体,通过离子交换和三乙醇胺(TEA)还原两步法制备了载银蒙脱石(Ag-MMT)。 用佛尔哈德法测定了载银蒙脱石(Ag-MMT)的载银量,探讨了反应温度对MMT 载银量及其缓释性能的影响,并用FI-IR、XRD等技术手段对Na-MMT和Ag-MMT的结构进行了表征。 结果表明,在蒙脱石与Ag+的质量比为20:1、离子交换时间为1 h、反应温度50 ℃,然后再加入三乙醇胺和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,50 ℃下反应2 h,MMT的载银量最大,银的利用率达到86.89%,释放时间最持久,并且MMT的层状结构没有被破坏。  相似文献

A well‐defined single‐site titanium‐modified montmorillonite (MMT) with only one geometric construction ((?SiO)3–Ti–NMe2) was obtained in moderate conditions. Reaction of tetrakis(dimethylamido)titanium with hydroxylated MMT was conducted by surface organometallic chemistry technique, and the surface structure was characterized by in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 13C cross polarization magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, extended X‐ray absorption fine structure, and elemental analysis. The catalytic activity in alkene epoxidation was evaluated, and the results revealed that the steric hindrance of the substances is responsible for the catalytic activity of the MMT‐supported titanium complex but to the characteristic restricted layer‐like structure of the MMT. In this paper, three organic intercalating agents containing cations [hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), poly(acrylamide‐co‐diallyldimethylammonium chloride), and quaternized polyethyleneimine] are used to prepare intercalated montmorillonites (MMT) by ion‐exchange method. Then the modified MMTs are doped with vinylbenzyl chloride and styrene copolymer [poly(vinylbenzyl chloride‐co‐styrene)] for fabricating composite anion‐exchange membranes (AEM). Fourier transform infrared, X‐raydiffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and Mastersizer laser particle size analyzer are employed to characterize the structure and morphology of MMTs and AEMs. The successful intercalation of MMTs is approved, and the MMT intercalated by CTAB shows an interlayer distance of 2.31 nm. The properties of the composite membranes including water uptake, mechanical property, and ionic conductivity are investigated. Among all the AEMs, the composite membrane containing MMT sheets with CTAB demonstrates better compositive performances. The solid acid, tin hydroxide-embedded montmorillonite, catalyzes the unprecedented alkylation of various silicon enolates with primary, secondary and tertiary benzylic alcohols as well as secondary allylic alcohols. The acid catalysis of Sn-Mont was not only higher than that of the other ion-exchanged montmorillonites (M-Mont; M = H, Ti, Fe and Al), but also higher than that of the typical homogeneous acid catalysts such as BF3·OEt2, TMSOTf and TfOH.  相似文献

Photoluminescence (PL) of a heterocomposite, consisting of the nematic liquid crystal (LC) 4-pentyl-4´-cyanobiphenyl (5CB) and anisometric nanoparticles of montmorillonite (MMT) clay, modified by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) has been investigated at 4.2 and 300 K. The incorporation of this organoclay (B4) to 5CB decreases the emission intensity by 7–8 times due to efficient resonant quenching of the exciting energy by the organoclay. The spectrum shifts to a long-wave region, with this effect being considerably larger at low temperatures. Graphical separation of complex bands, corresponding to the bulk 5CB and 5СВ?+?В4 heterosystem at both temperatures revealed that the presence of the organoclay resulted in a significant growth of LC dimer quantity, shifting spectra towards longer wavelengths. Changes in the 5CB luminescence under organoclay influence can be explained by quite strong interphase interactions specified earlier by infrared spectroscopy between the MMT surface and LC, and by a realisation of more flat conformations of 5CB molecules. Confinement effects prevent full crystallisation of 5CB in the 5CB?+?B4 composite, and LC dimer structures located in the organoclay near-surface layers on the outer surface of the nanoparticles and inside its galleries remain in a larger amount, at low temperature, when compared to bulk 5CB. The remaining LC crystallises and photoluminescence from the 5CB monomers becomes intense.  相似文献

Montmorillonite K10 was found to catalyze the Michael addition of indoles or pyrrole with nitroalkenes efficiently under solventless condition. The short reaction time, simple workup, and excellent yields were noteworthy. The green catalyst could be reused for three runs without considerable variation in yield.  相似文献

Me/Ti-PILC catalysts (Me: La, Se, Rb) were prepared with 60% in weight of Ti-species and 3% in weight of Me-secondary species added under ultrasounds. All materials were characterized by XRF, XPS, XRD, BET, HR-TEM/EDS, FEG-SEM and UV-vis. Three kinds of Ti-oxide nanoparticles were identified: (1) Ti-pillars within the clay layers, (2) rutile nanoflowers, and (3) anatase. In UV-vis spectra, no significant change in the band-gap was observed. In La and Se samples, small variations of the anatase XRD lines are associated with cationic diffusion after deposition of secondary species and calcination. An O1s XPS-peak (533.5 eV) is attributed to oxygen vacancies generated by this diffusion. Phosphate photo-removal in water was studied using phosphoric acid solution (75.97 g L−1). Dephosphatation is significantly improved in the presence of Me-species as La/Ti-PILC > Se/Ti-PILC > Rb/Ti-PILC > Ti-PILC. Partial dephosphatation by adsorption is possible in the dark but is strongly improved by UV irradiation. With a La catalyst and under UV irradiation, phosphates (6.6 × 10−3 mol L−1) were recovered in less than 70 min. Therefore, Me/Ti-PILC have a great potential as photocatalysts for the treatment of wastewaters and the recovery of phosphates.  相似文献

Abstract

Polyvinyl alcohol and egg white bionanocomposite hydrogels loaded with montmorillonite clay were fabricated by a freezing-thawing technique. The bionanocomposite hydrogels showed an exfoliated morphology and they had a more interconnected and dense network as compared with the clay-free sample. The montmorillonite layers acted as multifunctional crosslinkers and the bionanocomposite hydrogels had nanoscale, slit-shaped pores. The swelling ratios of the bionanocomposite hydrogels were increased either by decreasing the content of incorporated montmorillonite or by increasing the pH of the swelling medium. It was found that the bionanocomposite hydrogels having a higher content of montmorillonite exhibited a slightly slower drying process with a longer drying duration. Using the Ritger-Peppas model, it was shown that the swelling and drying mechanisms for all bionanocomposite hydrogels were non-Fickian diffusion. According to the Peppas-Sahlin model, it was found that the absorption of the swelling agent molecules during the swelling process and also the removal of water molecules during the drying process in the early stages of the processes occurred mostly due to their diffusion. At higher swelling or drying times, the contribution of the relaxation (for swelling) and shrinkage (for drying) of the polyvinyl alcohol polymeric chains and egg white protein chains was increased.  相似文献

Abstract

Solids like layer silicates (kaolinite and montmorillonite) as well as ZnO are in use in pharmacy. They are pressure treated and subsequently analyzed by means of ESR spectroscopy. The structural changes indicated by Fe3+ ions and paramagnetic defects are reponsible for the enhanced chemical activity of the pressurized systems.

Especially active Fe-O-species are formed which can react with intercacalated organic molecules. The most probable first step of such reactions will be a solid state single electron transfer. Spin probes and spin traps were used to prove this statements. The activation of the drug delivery systems by mechanical treatments is of importance for the stability of the drugs incorporated.  相似文献

A dry media procedure has been developed for the synthesis of a series of new class of pyrazolo [4,3-c][1,5]benzothiazepines 6 under microwave irradiation using montmorillonite K10 as solid support. The catalyst can be recovered and reused. Thus, the procedure provides a simple and green synthetic methodology under environmentally friendly conditions. Antifungal screening of synthesized compounds has shown promising activity.
