Luminescent Ag6Au6 Heterometallic Ethisterone Cluster and Probe for Estrogen Receptor α

A heterometallic cluster [Ag₆Au₆(ethisterone)₁₂] of an unprecedented topology was synthesized and characterized. A sensitive and specific probe for estrogen receptor α (ERα) has been developed for the first time based on the enhancement of the Ag₆Au₆ luminescence.     

Molecular structures of some D-homo-6-oxa-8α analogs of steroidal estrogens

By X-ray crystallographic analysis and NMR spectroscopy it was demonstrated that the conformations of several D-homo-6-oxa-8α analogs of steroidal estrogens are similar in the crystal and in solution. QSAR studies on estrogen receptor binding affinity of 2-phenylindoles using first-order valence molecular connectivity

The estrogen receptor binding affinity of 2-phenylindoles is found to be significantly correlated with Kier’s first-order valence molecular connectivity index. The correlation equations obtained provide a much simple rationale to design more potent compounds and help in predicting the potency of new compounds.     

Recent developments in the synthesis of 11β-aryl-estrone derivatives

An industrial synthesis of 11β-aryl-estrone derivatives is described, based on the 1,4-addition of the aryl side-chain, as a cuprate, on to a mixture of allylic 5(10) alpha and beta epoxides, followed by hydrolysis and subsequent aromatization.     

Crystal and molecular structure of a steroidal spirocyclic lactone, C29H34O4

The X-ray crystal structure of the title compound, as crystallized from methanol–methylene chloride was determined. The asymmetric unit contains two steroid molecules, which differ primarily in the orientation of the aromatic rings of the benzyl ethers. The title compound crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric space group P2(1), with a = 7.558(2), b = 16.673(3), c = 18.735(4) Å, = 97.610(10)°, and D _calc = 1.268 g cm^–1 for Z = 4.     

水产品中多种雌激素残留的质谱分析方法研究

建立了同时测定7种雌激素残留的液相色谱一串联质谱法．在最优条件下,待测物呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0．9957,检测限介于0．5000—50．00ng／mL范围．鱼肉组织经C18小柱净化浓缩,4．0mL乙腈一水（体积比5：95,％）淋洗,2．0mL乙腈－水（体积比95：5,％）洗脱．三类鱼肉样品中（鲷鱼、龙胆鱼、多宝鱼）均检出双酚A和己二烯雌酚,部分样品中检出雌二醇和雌酮,加标回收率为85．70％～120．9％．方法快速、准确,适用于水产品中雌激素多残留的高效测定．     

干燥处理对野生稻愈伤组织绿苗分化率和某些生化指标的影响

对４种野生稻愈伤组织进行了干燥处理，其中３种野生稻绿苗分化率得到不同程度的提高．干燥处理的愈伤组织中吲哚乙酸（ＩＡＡ）、水溶性蛋白（ＷＳＰ）水平明显下降，过氧化物酶同工酶活性升高．干燥处理可能是通过提高愈伤组织中过氧化物酶同工酶活性来降低ＩＡＡ含量，从而促使野生稻绿苗分化率的提高．     

Modification of the Cp′ ring in the ferrocifen precursor and its influence on the recognition by the estrogen receptor

A synthetic pathway giving access to diphenyl ethylene organometallic derivatives possessing the ferrocifen precursor skeleton modified in the Cp′ ring is described. It relies on reaction of the (η⁵-propionylcyclopentadienyl) (η⁶-benzene)iron(II) salt 7 with substituted cyclopentadienyl anions or their heteroanalogs followed by the McMurry coupling reaction with 4,4′-dihydroxybenzophenone. Using this approach pentamethylcyclopentadienyl and 3,4-dimethylphospholyl analogs of ferrocifen precursor (10 and 11) have been synthesized. Even with the presence of the bulky and containing phosphorus η⁵-ligands these compounds are still recognized by the two subtypes of estrogen receptor(ERα and ERβ).     

固相萃取-液相色谱-质谱/质谱法同时测定蜂蜜中的多类药物残留

建立了采用固相萃取-液相色谱-质谱/质谱(SPE-LC-MS/MS)对蜂蜜中磺胺类、硝基咪唑类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类、林可酰胺类和吡喹酮共计6大类54种药物残留同时测定的方法。蜂蜜经磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 8)稀释,Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化后,通过液相色谱-质谱联用技术进行检测(正离子方式,多反应监测模式)。采用同位素稀释内标法或外标法进行定量,线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.992。方法的定量限(LOQ,以信噪比(S/N)大于10计)分别为磺胺类和硝基咪唑类药物1.0 μg/kg,喹诺酮类和林可酰胺类药物2.0 μg/kg,大环内酯类药物3.0 μg/kg,吡喹酮0.3 μg/kg。总体回收率为32.6%～114%,相对标准偏差为1.3%～28.9%。该方法的定量限满足目前国内外药物的最大残留限量要求,可作为蜂蜜中相关药物残留量的筛选检测方法。
