In this paper, plasma concentration, plasma protein binding rate, body distribution, and excretion of both oral and intravenous administration of rats were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combining with UV detector. The blood drug concentration of oral and intravenous administration was summarized. The bioavailability of T1/2 was approximately 0.75?hr. At the meanwhile, the bioavailability was about 18.84?±?2.21%. The plasma protein binding rate of 1-methyl hydantoin was about 24.36?±?0.93%, belonging to low protein binding drug. The result shows that 1-methyl hydantoin can be rapidly distributed in various organs and tissues and quickly eliminated within 6?hr without accumulation in the organs. Its discharge from the urine and feces was 16.58?±?4.48% and 3.37?±?0.71%, respectively. All of the results showed that the recovery rate, liner relationship, specificity, stability, and precision of the method were good. The study also proved that 1-methyl hydantoin has been eliminated quite faster in rats. 相似文献

Two new alkaloids, named 2,3-methylenedioxy-7,10-dimethyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-benzoquinoline (1) and 2,3-methylenedioxy-7,10-dimethyl-8-carboxyl-benzoquinoline (2), were detected primarily from the fruits of Macleaya cordata by their different fragmentation pathways. And then isolation of the two compounds was performed by column chromatography and preparative HPLC under the guiding of mass spectrometry. The behavior of arsenite, methylarsonic acid, dimethylarsinic acid, trimethylarsine oxide, dimethyl-R-arsine oxides, and trimethyl-R-arsonium compounds (R = carboxymethyl, 2-carboxyethyl, 2-hydroxyethyl) toward sodium borohydride and hot aqueous sodium hydroxide was investigated. The arsines obtained by sodium borohydride reduction of the undigested and digested solutions were collected in a liquid-nitrogen cooled trap, separated with a gas chromatograph, and detected with a mass spectrometer in the selected-ion-monitoring mode. The investigated arsenic compounds were stable in hot 2 mol dm?3 sodium hydroxide except arsenobetaine [trimethyl(carboxymethyl)arsonium zwitterion] that was converted to trimethylarsine oxide, and dimethyl(ribosyl)arsine oxides that were decomposed to dimethylarsinic acid. Hydride generation before and after digestion of extracts from marine organisms allowed inorganic arsenic, methylated arsenic, arsenobetaine, and ribosyl arsenic compounds to be identified and quantified. Eight new polyamides containing azo moieties and hydantoin groups were synthesized under microwave irradiation by using a domestic microwave oven from the polycondensation reactions of 4,4′-azodibenzoyl chloride [4,4′-azobenzenedicarboxylic acid] 3 with eight different derivatives of 5,5-disubstituted hydantoin 4a-h in the presence of a small amount of a polar organic medium such as o-cresol. The polycondensation proceeded rapidly, compared with the bulk polycondensation and the solution polycondensation and was completed between 7-12 min, producing a series of new polyamides 5a-h in high yield, and inherent viscosity between 0.35 and 0.60 dL/g. The resulting polyamides were characterized by elemental analysis, viscosity measurements, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA and DTG), solubility test and FT-IR spectroscopy. All of the polymers were soluble at room temperature in polar solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide, tetrahydrofurane and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. 相似文献

Two protocols for the efficient transformation of aromatic as well as aliphatic primary carboxamides to the corresponding carbamates and aromatic as well as aliphatic cyclic imides to the corresponding anthranilic acid derivatives & amino acid derivatives, respectively, are described. We also developed a novel methodology to the multigram scale synthesis of gabapentin and (S)-pregabalin.
