溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe掺杂MgF2催化剂及其催化1，1-二氟乙烷(R152a)脱HF反应的性能

通过助剂掺杂的方法解决MgF2催化剂高温失活的问题。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列Fe^3+掺杂的高比表面MgF2催化剂,并通过N2吸附-脱附测试、X射线衍射(XRD)、能量色散X射线光谱(EDS)和NH3程序升温脱附技术(NH3-TPD)、电子自旋共振(ESR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对FeF3/MgF2催化剂的物化性质进行了表征。结果表明,一定量(物质的量分数小于20%)的Fe^3+掺杂可以有效地减少MgF2晶粒度,且随着Fe^3+掺杂量的增加,催化剂的比表面积、酸性及1,1-二氟乙烷(R152a,C2H4F2)脱HF反应的催化活性均呈现增加趋势,但当Fe^3+掺杂量超过20%时,催化剂明显失活。     

A highly efficient room temperature non-organometallic route for the synthesis of α,β,β-trifluorostyrenes by dehydrohalogenation

Various 1-aryl-1,2,2,2-tetrafluoroethanes (ArCHFCF₃, Ar=phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, heteroaryl) were synthesized by the fluorination of the corresponding alcohols with DAST. Dehydrofluorination of ArCHFCF₃ using lithium hexamethyldisilazide (LHMDS) base in THF at room temperature produced 1,2,2-trifluorostyrenes (ArCF=CF₂) in 61-91% isolated yields. This procedure provides an excellent non-organometallic alternative to the generally used metallation-Pd(0) coupling methods.
