Catalytic Asymmetric Bromination of Unfunctionalized Olefins with H2O as a Nucleophile

The dimeric cinchona alkaloid (DHQD)₂PHAL is used to catalyze an effective asymmetric bromohydroxylation of unfunctionalized olefins with H₂O as nucleophile an N‐bromobenzamide as a bromine source. A variety of optically active bromohydrins are formed with up to 88 % ee.     

First total synthesis of isoquinolinone alkaloid marinamide and its methyl ester

The first total synthesis of isoquinolinone alkaloid marinamide 1 and its methyl ester 2 was described. The key steps involved a regioselective Frieclel-Crafts reaction of 1-benzyl-1H-pyrrole to form the intermediate 8.     

Synthesis of the Novel Chiral Catalysts by Click Chemistry and Their Application

Novel cinchonine ammonium salt derivatives have been prepared by 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition. Their chiral catalytic efficacy was investigated in the asymmetric alkylation of N‐diphenylmethyleneglycine t‐butyl ester in the water phase. As the special structure of the catalyst, its asymmetric alkylation catalytic behavior both in organic solvents and in water is satisfactory, which is environmentally friendly.     

New reaction of formation of the fused tricyclic bispyrroloquinone ring system

A one-pot procedure to difunctionalized fused tricyclic bispyrroloquinone derivatives involving the condensation of N-tosylindoledione and α-ketoamines is described.     

Two new terpenes from Tripterygium wilfordii

<正>Two new terpenes,wilfornine H(1) and triptobenzene Q(2) were isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii,as well as 11 terpenes. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Compounds 5,9-13 showed significant immunosuppressive activities.

Synthesis of the stereogenic triad of the halicyclamine A core

We describe herein our progress toward the synthesis of halicyclamine A, which possesses very interesting biological activities and has never been synthesized. For this purpose, we proposed a stereoselective Diels-Alder reaction as a key step for the establishment of the stereogenic triad of the bis(piperidinyl) core of this molecule. A series of NMR studies was then conducted to establish the correct stereochemical assignment subsequent to the Diels-Alder reaction.     

Enantioselective synthesis of chelidonine, a B/C-cis-11-hydroxyhexahydrobenzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloid

Both enantiomers of chelidonine, a B/C-cis-11-hydroxyhexahydrobenzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloid, were synthesized by manipulation of the B/C-dehydro ring juncture of benzo[c]phenanthridine skeleton using Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation and stereospecific catalytic hydrogenation after introduction of oxygen functions on the C ring as key reaction steps for the construction of stereogenic centers.     

Matrix Solid-phase Dispersion Extraction of Alkaloids from the Roots of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb

Matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD) was developed for the extraction of four alkaloids, including aconitine, mesaconitine, hypaconitine and deoxyaconitine, from the roots of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb. The determination of the analyte was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. The alkaline alumina was used as sorbent.
