The health monitoring has been studied to ensure integrity of design of engine structure by detection, quantification, and prediction of damages. Early detection of faults may allow the downtime of maintenance to be rescheduled, thus preventing sudden shutdown of machines. In cylinder pressure developed, vibrations and noise emissions data provide a rich source of information about condition of engines. Monitoring of vibrations and noise emissions are novel non-intrusive methodologies for which positioning of various transducers are important issue. The presented work shows applicability of these diagnosis methodologies adopted in case of diesel engines. The effects of changing various fuel injection parameters was analyzed. Scope of using non-intrusive technique has been analyzed by changing locations of microphone. Novelty of this worklies in exploring signal processing methods for various locations around the engine test set up. Various frequency ranges of contributing noise and vibration sources were identified. Time-Frequency analysis showed the onset of various cyclic. Based on the identification of various frequency bands, it is possible to device suitable filters in order to extract more information.  相似文献

In this paper, the behaviour of the industrial applied Ti/Zr conversion coating (CC) pretreatment on rolled automotive aluminium samples (AA5182) is analysed. Due to its nanometre lateral and depth resolution, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) is used to analyse the CC distribution at surface cathodic intermetallic particles. As a result of its high surface sensitivity, the AES technique is very susceptible to differences in the top contamination layer thickness. It is demonstrated that AES point measurements performed on aluminium model samples coated with 1.5 and 3 nm of Ti (oxide) layer cannot differentiate the two-layer thicknesses if a difference in the top contamination thickness is not taken into account. A data analysis methodology is introduced, based on the ratio of normalized peak areas (enrichment ratios), to eliminate the effect of the contamination layer thickness. The experimental validation of the methodology is performed on the model samples, demonstrating errors of 2% on the enrichment ratios on similar samples with different contamination layer thicknesses, while the conventional spectra quantification results in errors of 49%. The methodology is also theoretically substantiated within certain constraints. By the use of the AES methodology, an enriched Ti and Zr deposition is confirmed at the cathodic intermetallic particles at the surface of the industrial no-rinse CC sprayed automotive aluminium sheet samples.  相似文献

Air pollution mostly originating from car exhaust and industrial emissions is seriously endangering human health. The study of toxic effects of particulate matter (PM) is a subject of very active research that covers a broad field from biology to chemistry and technology. The main issue of these works is the understanding of the oxidative properties of PM. In this paper, we present a quantitative analytical method based on the resonance Raman spectroscopy of cytocrome c that can be used to monitor the oxidative reactions that may take place between biological samples and PM. The clear coats from a collection of automotive paint samples of 139 vehicles, covering a range of Australian and international vehicle manufacturers and sold in Western Australia, were characterised using FT‐Raman spectroscopy. Principal component analysis (PCA) revealed 19 distinct classes that were associated with the vehicles' manufacturer and model, and in the case of Australian manufacturers, the years of manufacture. Linear discriminant analysis based on the PCA groupings gave excellent discrimination between the groups with 96.9% of the calibration set and 97.6% of the validation set being correctly classified. Although the sample set comprised only vehicles available in Australia, the methodology used is universal and hence applicable in any jurisdiction that is willing and able to generate a statistically significant data set and maintain and update it as new vehicles appear on the market. A FT‐Raman spectroscopy‐based database would rapidly provide information regarding vehicle origin and manufacture and hence generate investigative leads for questioned paint samples found at incident sites. 工艺补充面设计的合理性,是保证覆盖件成形质量的重要条件。工艺补充曲面设计和修改的便利性,是提高设计效率的重要途径。本文提出了建立可修改特征参数的截面线类型库,用双向NURBS蒙皮法分片生成工艺补充面的方法和流程,开发了相应的参数化设计模块。在此基础上可以快速实现基于用户控制的工艺补充面的参数化设计和修改。通过对汽车某些零件等实际覆盖件生成工艺补充面的数值仿真验证了可行性。  相似文献

The recovery of precious metals from automotive shredder residue (ASR) dust/combustion residue is an option that is not usually considered due to the lack of available information. Therefore, before any disposal or recovery application can be considered, it is necessary to determine the significance of the levels and distribution of precious metal in ASR dust/ASR combustion residue. In the present study, quantitative analysis of precious metals (Pt, Pd, Au, Ag and Cu) in the ASR residue samples was performed using energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) fluorescence spectrometer. With the fundamental parameter (FP) method, the X-ray intensity is obtained and the quantitative analysis is performed using theoretical calculation. This method is very effective for quantitative analysis of unknown samples without standard samples. Further, in order to analyse the precious metal distribution within the ASR combustion residues, the microstructural characterisation and elemental mapping were also carried out with the aid of field emission scanning election microscopy combined with electron dispersive spectroscopy (FE-SEM EDS). Significant amount of Pt, Pd, Au, Ag and Cu element concentrations in the ASR residue were identified. Total precious (Pt, Pd, Au, Ag and Cu) metals obtainable values are representing about 12.23 wt% from its initial ASR dust/combustion residues. Considering their relevant concentrations, these metals should be properly recovered for recycling purposes before to dispose or landfill.  相似文献

基于实验室对柴油车用V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂配方以及涂覆成型技术的大量研究,设计了一条产量为6000只/月的NH3选择性催化还原NOx (NH3-SCR)催化剂中试生产线,并对生产的催化剂产品进行了发动机台架测试. 结果表明,实验室制备的V2O5-WO3/TiO2粉体催化剂和生产线产品,在空速为50000 h-1和200-450 ℃条件下NOx转化率均可达80%以上;采用大尺寸堇青石载体涂覆后制备的V2O5-WO3/TiO2整体催化剂经实验室小样测试,在空速为10000-30000 h-1和250-450 ℃条件下NOx转化率也为80%以上. 发动机台架测试结果表明,该催化剂产品可使重型柴油机NOx排放达到国IV标准中欧洲稳态循环(ESC)和欧洲瞬态循环(ETC)排放限值的要求. 该生产线经适当调整后也可用于生产非钒基NH3-SCR整体催化剂,以满足未来钒基NH3-SCR催化剂更新换代的需求.  相似文献

近年来,随着汽车产业对我国经济增长贡献日渐提高,各省市纷纷将汽车产业定位为支柱产业来发展。本文基于汽车产业竞争力分析框架,根据我国各省市、自治区2001-2009年的统计数据,从产业规模、技术能力、经营效率和成长能力四个方面,实证分析汽车产业竞争力区域差异。研究发现,我国汽车产业竞争力区域差距较大,在汽车产业水平领先的地区出现明显两极分化,而一些汽车产业水平落后的地区却具备较强的成长能力,其结论对推动中国汽车产业的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。  相似文献
