Herein we report the development of a photocatalytic strategy for the divergent preparation of functionalized bicyclo[1.1.1]pentylamines. This approach exploits, for the first time, the ability of nitrogen‐radicals to undergo strain‐release reaction with [1.1.1]propellane. This reactivity is facilitated by the electrophilic nature of these open‐shell intermediates and the presence of strong polar effects in the transition‐state for C?N bond formation/ring‐opening. With the aid of a simple reductive quenching photoredox cycle, we have successfully harnessed this novel radical strain‐release amination as part of a multicomponent cascade compatible with several external trapping agents. Overall, this radical strategy enables the rapid construction of novel amino‐functionalized building blocks with potential application in medicinal chemistry programs as p‐substituted aniline bioisosteres.  相似文献

以月桂酸为阴离子表面活性剂,3-胺丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为共结构导向剂,合成了高含量氨基功能化介孔氧化硅材料(AFMS)。以AFMS为吸附剂对溶液中酸性橙7(AO7)进行吸附,对影响AO7吸附效率的相关因素进行了详细研究,结果表明,溶液p H值及温度影响较大。吸附动力学表明,本研究中合成的AFMS对AO7的吸附速率极快。Sips吸附模型对吸附等温线模拟效果最好,从中可知AO7在样品D(由3.0 m L正硅酸乙酯及1.4 m L APTES合成)上的最大吸附量为1.26 mmol·g-1,远远高于相关文献报道的值。此外,通过吸-脱附循环实验证明,样品D具有良好的稳定性。  相似文献

利用新配体5-(3-氨基-吡啶-4-基)-间苯二羧酸(NH2-H2L1),我们成功设计、合成了一例氨基功能化的柱-层型rtl-MOF,SNNU-Bai65。与原型MOF(SYSU)对比,极性官能团氨基对孔表面的功能性修饰和对孔道的分割使得SNNU-Bai65经活化后展现出更好的CO2/N2和CO2/CH4的选择性CO2吸附性能。  相似文献

The force-temperature history of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and nylon 66 monofilaments was explored at annealing temperatures of 100,125, 150,175, and 200°C. Annealing was carried out at constant length with 0, 5, 10, and 15% pre-strain. Unexpected difference in behavior was observed during the cooling stage subsequent to the annealing stage. The PET monofilament behavior is attributed to its very high degree of crystallinity.  相似文献

Selective separation of heavy metal ions from acidic aqueous solutions is of strong interest for certain industrial processes, such as electroplating, as well as environmental protection, for example battery recycling. Amino-functionalized adsorbents are often discussed as suitable material for this purpose. Herein, two silica-based adsorbents functionalized with 3-aminopropyl- and 3-[2-[2-aminoethylamino]-ethylamino]-propyl-ligands resulting in adsorbents MonoA and TriA, respectively, were investigated regarding their separation behavior with focus on nickel(II) and cobalt(II) in batch as well as continuous flow experiments in acidic aqueous solutions. For both adsorbents, pH shifts into the alkaline range were observed in the process solutions, causing precipitation of metal hydroxides mainly in the particle pores in case of adsorbent MonoA and a combination of precipitation and adsorption regarding adsorbent TriA. Contrary to prior studies, our findings evidence that amino-functionalized adsorbents are not applicable for nickel(II) and cobalt(II) in selective adsorption processes and additionally demonstrate that, besides batch investigations, continuous flow experiments are essential for well-founded adsorbent selections in process development.  相似文献

本研究采用溶胶-凝胶法,分别以十二烷基肌氨酸钠、氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APTMS)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为结构导向剂(SDA)、共结构导向剂(CSDA)和硅源合成了氨基功能化的介孔氧化硅预产物。利用乙醇和乙醇胺混合液对预产物进行萃取后获得氨基功能化介孔氧化硅。利用红外光谱、元素分析、N2吸-脱附、透射电镜等手段对材料进行了表征。红外光谱结果证明通过萃取方法可较好地去除表面活性剂;N2吸附结果表明所有样品都具有介孔结构;元素分析和透射电镜结果说明反应陈化温度、pH值等合成条件对材料孔道内表面的氨基含量和材料结构有较大的影响。CO2吸附实验证明在低陈化温度、相对较低的pH值下合成的材料具有较高的CO2吸附量。  相似文献

采用简单的溶剂热法制备金属有机框架化合物MIL-125(Ti)和NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)材料,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅氏转换红外线光谱分析仪和比表面积测试仪对所得样品进行表征。将2种材料修饰构建为石英晶体微天平传感器,测试其在11%~97%RH相对湿度范围内的湿度感测性能。实验结果表明,基于MIL-125(Ti)和NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)构建的传感器对湿度具有灵敏度高、重复性好、响应/恢复快等特点。相对于没有氨基修饰的MIL-125(Ti),NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)材料修饰的传感器对湿度表现出更高的响应性能。在环境湿度约52%时,NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)传感器对11%RH湿度响应值比MIL-125(Ti)湿度传感器的大57 Hz,说明氨基功能化对MIL-125(Ti)的湿敏性能有显著的增强作用。此外,通过Materials Studio模拟计算获得了水分子与MIL-125(Ti)及NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)作用的吸附焓,也证明氨基功能化对MIL-125(Ti)的湿度敏感性能具有增强作用。  相似文献
