One of the most common problems in wounds is delayed healing and complications such as infection. Therefore, the need for novel materials accelerates the healing of wounds especially abdominal wounds after surgery besides high efficiency and safety is mandatory. The rate of wound healing, anti-inflammatory and biocompatibility of Zn-Al LDH (Zn-Al layer double hydroxide) alone and loaded with Curcumin (Zn-Al LDH/Curcumin) was screened via in-vivo assays through intramuscular implantation in rat abdominal wall with intact peritoneum cavity. The implanted drugs were formed through Curcumin loaded into LDH of Zn-Al with drug release of 56.78 ± 1.51% within 24 h. The synthesized nanocomposite was characterized by (TGA/DTA) thermal analysis, (XRD) X-ray diffraction, (FESEM) Field emission scanning electron microscopy, (HRTEM) high resolution transmission electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and low-temperature N2 adsorption, pore volume and average pore size distribution. The integrity of blood circulation, inflammatory signs, wound healing rate, capacity of tissue integration, antigenicity and composite biocompatibility, auto fluorescence ability of collagen bundles and the tensile strength of the muscle were assessed histopathologically after 7 and 30 days’ post-implantation. Excellent wound healing ability was achieved with shortest length between the wound gap edges and higher tensile strength of the muscle. Besides emit florescence very well followed by good healing and tensile muscles strength in Curcumin while very low strength with scar formation in Zn-Al LDH/Curcumin in both acute and chronic wound. No signs of inflammation in Curcumin & Zn-Al LDH. No vessels obstruction or bleeding observed in both Zn-Al LDH and Curcumin more than Zn-Al LDH/Curcumin and control which examined through candling. Good healing & infiltrated immune cells in same groups through histopathological examination. This work supports the anti-inflammatory, wound healing and biocompatibility of both LDH and Curcumin with living matter, increasing their biomedical applications in this era with safety and increasing efficacy with prolonged drug release.  相似文献

Paraloid(乳胶粘合剂)是一系列丙烯酸树脂的商品名称,是文物保护领域中最常用的保护材料之一,主要用于文物的加固、封护和粘接,适用文物材质范围非常广泛。其中以Paraloid B-72最具代表性,在国内外的文物保护中被大量使用,相关的应用案例、性能评价及其老化机理研究都有较多报道,而Paraloid系列的其他产品却鲜有关注,在国内应用较少,老化性能研究尚未开展工作。该研究系统评价了Paraloid B-72,Paraloid B-44,Paraloid B-48N和Paraloid B-67的光老化性能,采用红外光谱跟踪紫外辐照3 864 h过程中Paraloid材料分子结构变化,对光老化机理进行了深入解析和半定量评测。结果显示,4种Paraloid系列丙烯酸树脂材料中,B-72老化前后颜色和光泽度均没有发生明显变化,B-48N和B-67老化前后色差较大,B-44光泽度降低最多。丙烯酸树脂老化过程中高分子材料内部发生断链反应以及一定程度的交联反应,表现在主要官能团吸收的减弱和羰基指数(CI)的增加。根据主要官能团吸收峰C═O相对强度的半定量分析结果反映出,B-72的光稳定性最好,B-48N和B-44略优于B-67,但与B-72相比差距较大。B-67可能是由于异丁基上的叔氢键能较低,易吸收光能量后产生自由基氧化反应,因此耐光老化性最差。综合评定4种Paraloid系列丙烯酸树脂的光老化性能,B-72在4种材料中光稳定性最好,其次是B-44和B-48N,最不适宜作为户外文物保护材料的是B-67。研究结论有望为一线文物保护工作者在选择Paraloid丙烯酸树脂作为保护材料时提供一定的科学参考。  相似文献

We report a facile phase conversion method that can locally convert n-type SnSe2 into p-type SnSe by direct laser irradiation. Raman spectra of SnSe2 flakes before and after laser irradiation confirm the phase conversion of SnSe2 to SnSe. By performing the laser irradiation on SnSe2 flakes at different temperatures, it is found that laser heating effect induces the removal of Se atoms from SnSe2 and results in the phase conversion of SnSe2 to SnSe. Lattice-revolved transmission electron microscope images of SnSe2 flakes before and after laser irradiation further confirm such conversion. By selective laser irradiation on SnSe2 flakes, a pattern with SnSe2/SnSe heteostructures is created. This indicates that the laser induced phase conversion technique has relatively high spatial resolution and enables the creation of micron-sized in-plane p-n junction at predefined region.  相似文献

The flexible Ag/TiO2/ITO/PET resistive switching memory is prepared by low-temperature sol-gel method with UV irradiation, and the simple method that combined the advantages of sol-gel method and low temperature can be applied to fabricate high-quality film. The flexible Ag/TiO2/ITO/PET memory device displays good resistive behavior, for instance, the narrow distributions of switching voltages, good cycle endurance, and long retention time. Meanwhile, the multilevel resistance states of the device can be realized by controlling the compliance current or reset voltages, showing the potential of applications in neural networks and high-density storge. In addition, flexibility of the Ag/TiO2/ITO/PET is studied, which exhibit good endurance and retention properties under bending condition. The I–V curves are replotted and fitted for analyzing the conductive mechanism of the device. The fitting results show that SCLC and Ohmic mechanism are main mechanisms of high resistance state and low resistance state respectively. The electrochemical and thermochemical modes are adopted to explain resistive switching behavior. Our results indicate the Ag/TiO2/ITO/PET memory has potential application in wearable and foldable electronics.  相似文献

肾上腺素是一种神经和激素的传送体,研究肾上腺素分子的光谱和能级有助于了解其化学稳定性和药理作用。基于密度泛函理论(DFT),利用Gaussian 09软件在B3LYP/6-311G(d,p)基组水平上对肾上腺素分子进行结构优化,采用含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT)的PBE方法在def2tzvp基组水平上计算肾上腺素分子在气相中的前20个激发态,利用Multiwfn3.7(dev)软件绘制出其紫外光谱图并对激发性质进行分析。肾上腺素分子紫外光谱对应的主要跃迁是从基态分别到第1,2,4,8,15和16激发态的跃迁,其他的激发态的振子强度低于阈值0.03。理论计算得出肾上腺素的紫外光谱有两个吸收峰,分别位于206.23和273.92 nm,206.23 nm峰主要由基态跃迁到第16激发态形成,273.92 nm峰主要是基态跃迁到第2、4激发态形成,主要是由苯环上π→π*跃迁所产生,并与实验光谱吻合较好。对肾上腺素分子的激发态性质分析可知,上述吸收峰都是在最高占据轨道和最低空轨道的临近轨道跃迁产生的。利用密度泛函的PBE方法在6-311G(d, p)的基组水平上计算肾上腺素分子频率并绘制红外光谱,由振动分析可知,3 738和3 662 cm-1峰是由酚羟基O-H伸缩振动产生的特征吸收峰,3 715 cm-1峰是由醇羟基O-H伸缩振动产生的特征吸收峰,2 854 cm-1峰是由甲基的C18-H20键的伸缩振动产生的特征吸收峰,1 516和1 439 cm-1峰是苯环骨架的伸缩振动的特征吸收峰,1 279与1 057 cm-1峰分别是由C6-O10和C12-O23键伸缩振动产生的特征吸收峰,620 cm-1峰是N22-H17键摇摆振动的特征吸收峰。对比肾上腺素的实验红外光谱,发现理论光谱与实验光谱中各基团的特征吸收峰都较为明显且总体吻合较好。由于肾上腺素分子二聚体和多聚体之间形成氢键,分子间氢键的形成削弱了O-H键的强度,降低了能形成分子间氢键的羟基O-H的伸缩振动频率,从而导致实验光谱在3 500~2 500 cm-1之间呈现出一个宽峰。  相似文献

A novel thiazole-based Schiffbase chemosensor SB1 with N- and O- donor atoms was synthesized and characterized by different techniques (UV–vis, 13C NMR, 1H NMR, and FT-IR analysis). The chemosensor SB1 was used for the determination of Cu2+ ions in various samples. The significant spectral changes in absorption spectra of chemosensor SB1 at 220 and 416 nm and the color change from light yellow to yellowish-brown indicate high selectivity and sensitivity towards Cu2+ ions as compared to other cations (Na+, K+, Ag+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Mn2+, Mg2+, Co2+, Cd2+, Sn2+, Hg2+, Cr3+, Fe3+, and Al3+). The sensing mechanism of SB1 was investigated through various techniques such as FT-IR, UV–vis and 1H NMR titration experiment and further confirmed by DFT computational studies. The 2:1 binding mode between SB1 and Cu2+ ions was confirmed by Job‘s plot using UV–vis spectrophotometry. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were found to be 0.015 and 0.0471 µg mL?1, respectively. The percent recovery of Cu2+ from various environmental samples was found to be 95.00–103.33% at various levels. These obtained results demonstrate that chemosensor SB1 is a cost-effective, facile, selective, sensitive, and colorimetric sensing platform to detect trace amounts of Cu2+ ions in variousenvironmental and agricultural samples.  相似文献

从高中化学原子、分子等抽象性的知识教学出发,以防晒霜的防晒效果实验探究为例,探讨了现代分析仪器在高中化学教学中的应用。通过利用现代分析仪器紫外可见分光光度计,结合紫外线变色球实验探究防晒霜的防晒效果,分析并认识防晒霜中化学防晒的机理。结果表明,防晒霜的厚度越大、SPF越高,防晒霜的防晒效果越好,并且防晒霜的防晒效果可以持续一段时间,但是不同类型的防晒产品存在一定差异。在化学教学中渗透现代分析仪器的应用,为学生进一步了解化学学科在改变学习方式、拓宽学科知识领域、推动自身全面与可持续发展方面打下坚实的基础。  相似文献

Grape stilbenes are a well-known family of plant polyphenolics that have been confirmed to have many biological activities in relation to health benefits. In the present study, we investigated the effect of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) elicitor at four different concentrations (25, 50, 100 and 200 μM) in combination or not with high-level light irradiation (10,000 LUX) on a cell line obtained from the pulp of Vitis vinifera cv. Shahani. Our results showed that the stilbene synthesis pathway is inhibited by high-light conditions. A concentration of 50 μM MeJA was optimum for efficient production and high accumulation of total phenolics and total flavonoids as well as total stilbenoids. Furthermore, we showed that there is a significant negative correlation between the production of these metabolites and cell growth. These data provide valuable information for the future scale-up of cell cultures for the production of these very high value compounds in bioreactor system.  相似文献

Adenosine radicals tagged with a fixed-charge group were generated in the gas phase and structurally characterized by tandem mass spectrometry, deuterium labeling, and UV/Vis action spectroscopy. Experimental results in combination with Born–Oppenheimer molecular dynamics, ab initio, and excited-state calculations led to unambiguous assignment of adenosine radicals as N-7 hydrogen atom adducts. The charge-tagged radicals were found to be electronically equivalent to natural DNA nucleoside radicals.  相似文献

Sunscreen agents and in particular UV filters are compounds added in different cosmetic formulations, that has the function of preventing damage caused by sun exposition. Therefore, this paper proposes the development of a simple, fast and reliable electroanalytical method utilizing square wave voltammetry (SWV) to the determination of Benzophenone‐3 (BZ‐3), camphor 4‐methylbenzylidene (MBC) and 2‐ethylhexyl‐4‐methoxycinnamate (OMC) in cosmetic samples. The electrochemical system consisted of a cell with three electrodes: work – gold electrode modified, reference – Ag/AgCl(sat) and auxiliary – platinum, using as supporting electrolyte 4.0 mL of Britton Robinson Buffer 0.04 mol L?1 (pH=4.0), 1.0 mL of methanol and 5.50×10?4 mol L?1 of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The method was validated using three commercial sunscreen samples and the results showed recovery values between 83 and 98 %. The average values found for the analysed samples were 3.49 % m/m (728 mg L?1) to BZ‐3, 0.56 % m/m (113 mg L?1) to MBC and 0.99 % m/m (208 mg L?1) to OMC. The detection (DL) and quantification (QL) limits were 0.47 mg L?1 and 1.56 mg L?1 to BZ‐3, 0.77 mg L?1 and 2.58 mg L?1 to MBC and 0.78 mg L?1 and 2.59 mg L?1 to OMC, respectively. The sunscreen protector samples were also evaluated by high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) demonstrating a good correlation between the results and compared the results with allowed concentration.  相似文献
