A novel triterpenoid 3α,16β,23,24-tetrahydroxy-28-nor-ursane-12,17,19,21-tetraen (1) was isolated from the fruits of Gardenia jasminoides var. radicans Makino. The structure of the new compounds was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including MS and NMR data. Compound 1 was in vitro tested for cytostatic activity on human throat cancer (Hep-2) cell line by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide method and showed mild anticancer activity with the IC50 of 31.2 μM.  相似文献

One new lactone, cyclopentanepyrone A ( 1 ), and two new monoterpenoids, gardeterpenone A ( 2 ) and jasminoside V ( 3 ), were isolated from the fruits of Gardenia jasminoides var. radicans, along with four known monoterpenoids, 4 – 7 , which were isolated from this plant for the first time. The structures of the isolates were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic studies, including UV, IR, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, ESI‐MS, HR‐ESI‐MS, and CD experiments.  相似文献

The plants in the genus Gardenia (Rubiaceae) have long been used as traditional medicines in China. In this study, two new 3,4-seco-cycloartane triterpenes, sootepin J (1) and sootepin K (2), and a novel nor-3,4-seco-cycloartane triterpenes, sootepin L (3), together with two known compounds (45), were isolated from the methanolic extract of the leaves and twigs of Gardenia sootepensis. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by combinations of 1D, 2D NMR experiments and HR-MS data, while the known compounds were identified by comparison of the NMR data with previously published data.  相似文献

Stir-heating is a common method to process Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. The processing of the G. jasminoides Ellis which do not meet the regulated requirements can result in the unqualified products, finally decreasing the efficacy of the drug. To guarantee the quality of the stir-baked G. jasminoides Ellis, a rapid and efficient method to discriminate the qualified stir-baked G. jasminoides Ellis from the unqualified was developed based on the middle level data fusion. 61 batches of qualified and unqualified stir-baked G. jasminoides Ellis were collected and analyzed using colorimeter and near-infrared spectroscopy, separately. L*, A*, and B* were apparent features that quantitatively described the characteristics of samples. The latent variables of partial least squares discriminant analysis model were extracted as the features of near-infrared spectroscopy. The extracted features from colorimeter and near-infrared spectroscopy were fused and a discriminant model was built using partial least squares discriminant analysis method. Accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity were used to evaluate the ability of classification. As a result, the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the optimal partial least squares discriminant analysis model based on fused data were all equal to 1. It demonstrated that the developed method can be capable of discriminating the qualified stir-baked G. jasminoides Ellis from the unqualified. Compared with classification model results using color parameters or near infrared data alone, this data fusion strategy greatly improved the accuracy of classification.  相似文献

建立了亲水/反相二维制备液相色谱(Pre-2D-HILIC/RPLC)分离纯化络石藤中化学成分的分析方法。络石藤药材经醇提、活性炭脱色后用反相固相萃取柱除去色素和强极性物质,最终得到干燥的浅黄色粉末。一维亲水色谱选择Click XIon色谱柱(250 mm×20 mm,10μm)作为固定相,水和乙腈作为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,以紫外触发模式收集馏分,共得到15个组分。二维反相色谱选择C18色谱柱(250 mm×20 mm,5μm)作为固定相,水和乙腈作为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,最终得到14个高纯度化合物,并通过质谱和核磁共振对其进行确认。实验结果表明,该法具有良好的正交选择性,可以有效提高分离度和峰容量,对于分离络石藤等复杂样品具有重要意义。  相似文献

Eight new monoterpenoids, jasminoside J ( 1 ), jasminoside K ( 2 ), 6′‐O‐trans‐sinapoyljasminoside B ( 3 ), 6′‐O‐trans‐sinapoyljasminoside L ( 4 ), jasminosides M–P ( 5 – 8 ), together with three known analogues, jasminoside C ( 9 ), jasminol E ( 10 ), and sacranoside B ( 11 ), were isolated from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis (Rubiaceae). Three new dammarane triterpenoids, gardaubryones A–C ( 1 – 3 ), were isolated from the gum collected on the aerial parts of Gardenia aubryi Vieill ., together with the known compounds hydroxydammarenone II ( 4 ), ocotillone ( 5 ), cabraleone, and hollongdione. Two new guaiane-type sesquiterpenoid glucosides (1 and 2) were isolated from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Their structures were elucidated to be (1R,7R,10S)-11-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-guaien-3-one (1) and (1R,7R,10S)-7-hydroxy-11-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-guaien-3-one (2) by one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques ((1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY), MS, CD spectrometry and chemical methods.  相似文献
