微波消解-原子吸收法分析并比较四种贝母中的微量元素 总被引:6,自引:1,他引:6
利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)及石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(GFAAS)测定了浙贝、象贝、东贝、川贝4种贝母中15种微量元素的含量.同时考察了不同微波消解条件对分析结果的影响,确定了原子吸收分光光度法测定的最佳条件,并且以微量元素含量作为指标对其进行了主成分分析.实验结果表明,微波消解法操作简便、快速、样品消解完全,空白值低,选择性好,方法相对标准偏差小于3.96%,回收率在91.0%~108.7%.主成分分析法在反映不同样品微量元素含量的差异程度上具有应用价值. 相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the bulbs of Fritillaria hupehensis resulted in the isolation and structural elucidation of a new highly conjugated alkaloid of veratramine type identified as 3β,23β-dihydroxy-7,12(14)-dien-5α- veratramin-6-one (1), together with two known alkaloids, ebeinine (2) and zhebeinine (3), which were isolated for the first time from F. hupehensis. The structures of alkaloids 1-3 were established by extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectral analyses. 相似文献

A sensitive and reliable HPLC‐diode‐array detector method was developed for the first time to simultaneously determine nine nucleosides and nucleobases including uracil, cytidine, guanine, uridine, thymine, inosine, guanosine, thymidine and adenosine in 13 different Fritillaria species. The analysis was performed on a BaseLine C18 column with a gradient of acetonitrile in water at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The diode‐array detector wavelength was set at 260 nm for the UV detection of nucleosides and nucleobases. Satisfactory separation of these compounds was obtained in less than 40 min. The optimized method provided good linear relation (r2 >0.9995 for all the investigated analytes), satisfactory precision (RSD <1.51%) and good recovery (from 97.64 to 101.16%). The established method was successfully applied to simultaneous determination of nine nucleosides and nucleobases in 61 batches of samples from 13 Fritillaria species collected from different habitats in China, which could be helpful to control the quality of Fritillaria bulbs. 相似文献

利用激光拉曼光谱技术快速、准确鉴定川贝母与其混淆品。根据药材所含的化学成分不同,致使药材的拉曼峰不同,测定多个川贝母样本及混淆品的拉曼图谱。川贝母的拉曼光谱图在442,480,863,941,1 083, 1 129,1 342,1 463,2 910 cm-1处出现强峰,在111,302,360,409,527,579,618,718,767,1 052, 1 083, 1 207,1 261 cm-1处出现了较明显的拉曼峰;构建了川贝母的拉曼指纹图谱,可与其混淆品土贝母、平贝母、光慈姑、草贝母进行区分;采用激光拉曼光谱技术可快速无损分析鉴别川贝母。 相似文献

采用原子吸收光谱(AAS)法测定了10个浙贝母样品中12种无机元素的含量,建立浙贝母无机元素指纹图谱,并用SPSS13.0方差分析和主成分分析对浙贝母中的微量元素进行了分析。结果表明,浙贝母的特征无机元素是Cd,Cu,Pb,Mg,Cr,Fe,Zn。可见主成分分析法是浙贝母无机元素分析的有效方法。 相似文献

近红外漫反射光谱和主成分分析法相结合,选取不同范围内的近红外光谱数据,对川贝、浙贝以及东北平贝共48个样品进行了主成分分析,作二维线性投影图和三维线性投影图,比较了48个样品在红外光谱上的差异程度,发现基于傅里叶变换近红外光谱的主成分分析投影图能够较好的表征48个样品的类别关系.结果表明:应用近红外漫反射光谱法能够鉴别贝母及其近缘物种,具有较好的聚类和鉴别作用,作为一种药材质量检测手段,该方法具有一定的应用价值. 相似文献
