The aqueous and hydroalcoholic extracts of borage (Borago officinalis) leaves from Annaba region (Algeria) were preliminary analyzed for their phenolic profile (total phenolics, total flavonoids, total flavonols, total tannins and total anthocyanins). These extracts were evaluated for their antioxidant properties by different methods such as DPPH radical scavenging, test NBT and total antioxidant activity. The two extracts have exhibited a high antiradical capacity. Indeed, the ethanolic extract showed the lower IC50 values and the highest amount of phenolics (94.09 ± 1.72 mg gallic acid/g dry extract). Using LC-MS/MS analysis, it was possible to identify phenolic acids, flavonoids, sterol and for the first time oleuropein was identified in the aqueous extract of the plant. The obtained results have demonstrated that phenolic compounds are the major contributor to the antioxidant activity of plants. 相似文献

A water-soluble polysaccharide TC-DHPA4 with a molecular weight of 8.0 × 105 Da was isolated from tissue-cultured Dendrobium huoshanense by anion exchange and gel permeation chromatography. Monosaccharide analysis revealed that the homogeneous polysaccharide was made up of rhamnose, arabinose, mannose, glucose, galactose and glucuronic acid with a molar ratio of 1.28:1:1.67:4.71:10.43:1.42. The sugar residue sequence analysis based on the GC-MS files and NMR spectra indicated that the backbone of TC-DHPA4 consisted of the repeated units:→6)-β-Galp-(1→6)-β-Galp-(1→4)-β-GlcpA-(1→6)-β-Glcp-(1→6)-β-Glcp-(→. This article describes the recent progress of optical lattice clocks with neutral strontium (87Sr), ytterbium (171Yb) and mercury (199Hg) atoms. In particular, we present frequency comparison between the clocks locally via an optical frequency comb and between two Sr clocks at remote sites using a phase-stabilized fibre link. We first review cryogenic Sr optical lattice clocks that reduce the room-temperature blackbody radiation shift by two orders of magnitude and serve as a reference in the following clock comparisons. Similar physical properties of Sr and Yb atoms, such as transition wavelengths and vapour pressure, have allowed our development of a compatible clock for both species. A cryogenic Yb clock is evaluated by referencing a Sr clock. We also report on an Hg clock, which shows one order of magnitude less sensitivity to blackbody radiation, while its large nuclear charge makes the clock sensitive to the variation of fine-structure constant. Connecting all three types of clocks by an optical frequency comb, the ratios of the clock frequencies are determined with uncertainties smaller than possible through absolute frequency measurements. Finally, we describe a synchronous frequency comparison between two Sr-based remote clocks over a distance of 15 km between RIKEN and the University of Tokyo, as a step towards relativistic geodesy. 相似文献

目的研究毛冬青总皂苷对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并初步探讨其血液微量元素的影响。方法动物随机分为假手术组、模型组、毛冬青总皂苷(高、中、低)剂量组及阳性药物对照组,运用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞,制作脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,缺血10 min后,给药组及阳性药物组于舌下静脉给予高、中、低剂量的毛冬青总皂苷及假手术组、模型组给予等体积的溶剂。缺血60 min再灌注24 h后,每组取8只大鼠断头取脑,TTC染色,测定脑梗死体积;取血,测定血液中3种微量元素Ca、Zn、Cu的含量。结果毛冬青总皂苷组与模型组相比,毛冬青总皂苷治疗组脑梗死体积减小,病理变化较轻;模型组与假手术组比较血液中Ca、Cu含量增加明显有统计学意义,Zn含量明显降低与假手术组比较有统计学意义(P0.05),毛冬青高、中、低剂量组与模型组比较Ca、Cu含量明显降低,Zn含量明显升高,而且呈明显的量效关系,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论毛冬青总皂苷对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用,其保护机制与毛冬青总皂苷抗氧化作用及增强氧自由基的清除有关。 相似文献

采用阳离子交换树脂和大孔吸附树脂联用的方法,将倒提壶生物碱提取液依次经过阳离子交换树脂和两次大孔吸附树脂,对其中的天芥菜碱和毛果天芥菜碱进行分离纯化。结果表明,倒提壶生物碱溶液采用阳离子交换树脂经过水洗和NaCl洗脱与大孔吸附树脂两次经乙醚和50%乙醇洗脱后,毛果天芥菜碱与天芥菜碱的纯度分别从0.73%和2.2%提高至81.6%和79.2%,提取量分别由4.6 mg/g和10.7 mg/g提高至50.6mg/g和92.7 mg/g。该文所建立的分离纯化方法具有成本低、污染小、周期短、操作简便和分离纯化效率高等特点,适合工业化生产。 相似文献

β‐Adrenergic receptors are important targets for drug discovery. We have developed a new β1‐adrenergic receptor cell membrane chromatography (β1AR‐CMC) with offline ultra‐performance LC (UPLC) and MS method for screening active ingredients from traditional Chinese medicines. In this study, Chinese hamster ovary‐S cells with high β1AR expression levels were established and used to prepare a cell membrane stationary phase in a β1AR‐CMC model. The retention fractions were separated and identified by the UPLC–MS system. The screening results found that isoimperatorin from Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii was the targeted component that could act on β1AR in similar manner of metoprolol as a control drug. In addition, the biological effects of active component were also investigated in order to search for a new type of β1AR antagonist. It will be a useful method for drug discovery as a leading compound resource. 相似文献

This work focuses on the physico-chemical characterization of kernels and oil of Terminalia catappa L. from Benin. The detailed physico-chemical properties are given including the nutritional composition and fatty acid profile, but also the phenolic content, phytochemical screening and antioxidant capacity which were determined for the first time. The kernel (100 g) contained 5.5 g of moisture, a high level of lipids (64.7–140.4 of Recommended Daily Intake (RDI)), proteins (36.0% RDI), sugars (6.0% RDI), and tannins (0.6%). The defatted kernels (100 g) contained high levels of manganese (184.8–236.1% RDI), magnesium (173.6–235.2% RDI), iron (89.7–201.9% RDI), zinc (87.9–120.9% RDI) and calcium (41.5% RDI), and contributed for 98.6% of RDI proteins. The kernel oil showed a high level of unsaturated fatty acids including oleic (27.1%) and linoleic acids (26.6%) and saturated fatty acids such as palmitic acid (40.0%) as well as several phytosterols and triterpenes. These kernels and their unsaturated oil are of interesting nutritional value but could also be used as a biofuel or lubricant. The presence of phenolic and terpenic derivatives may also explain at least in part their use in traditional medicine. 相似文献

We review recent theoretical developments on the stabilization of strongly correlated quantum fluids of light in driven-dissipative photonic devices through novel non-Markovian reservoir engineering techniques. This approach allows one to compensate losses and refill selectively the photonic population so as to sustain a desired steady state. It relies in particular on the use of a frequency-dependent incoherent pump, which can be implemented, e.g., via embedded two-level systems maintained at a strong inversion of population. As specific applications of these methods, we discuss the generation of Mott Insulator (MI) and Fractional Quantum Hall (FQH) states of light. As a first step, we present the case of a narrowband emission spectrum and show how this allows for the stabilization of MI and FQH states under the condition that the photonic states are relatively flat in energy. As soon as the photonic bandbwidth becomes comparable to the emission linewidth, important non-equilibrium signatures and entropy generation appear, and a novel dissipative phase transition from a Mott Insulating state toward a superfluid (SF) phase is unveiled. As a second step, we review a more advanced configuration based on reservoirs with a broadband frequency distribution, and we highlight the potential of this configuration for the quantum simulation of equilibrium quantum phases at zero temperature with tunable chemical potential. As a proof of principle, we establish the applicability of our scheme to the Bose–Hubbard model by confirming the presence of a perfect agreement with the ground-state predictions both in the Mott insulating and superfluid regions, and more generally in all parts of the parameter space. Future prospects towards the quantum simulation of more complex configurations are finally outlined, along with a discussion of our scheme as a concrete realization of quantum annealing. 相似文献

以白藜芦醇苷(POL)为模板分子,分别以丙烯酰胺(AM)、4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用本体聚合法制备白藜芦醇苷分子印迹聚合物。采用静态平衡结合实验研究了印迹聚合物对模板分子及不同底物的识别性能。结果表明,以丙烯酰胺为功能单体的印迹聚合物(MIP1)对模板分子的识别性能最好,其次是以4-VP为功能单体的聚合物(MIP2),以HEMA为功能单体的聚合物(MIP3)以及以MAA为功能单体的聚合物(MIP4)的分子识别性能较差。表明功能单体与模板分子之间相互作用的强弱对MIP的识别能力有较大的影响。静态平衡结合法以及Scatchard分析法表明,MIP1对模板分子呈现较好的结合能力和选择性,该印迹聚合物中形成了2类不同的结合位点,离解常数分别为7.43×10-5、3.70×10-3mol/L。将MIP1用于虎杖提取物中POL的固相萃取分离,效果良好。 相似文献
