在2015年版《中国药典》的基础上,采用原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法对黄芪口服液中的铅、砷、镉、汞、铜、锌、镍和铬进行测定,并对所用试剂、器皿,赶酸时间,内标的种类和加入方式进行了优化。结果表明,在样品处理前对器皿采用硝酸(30%)处理,赶酸时间在1.5h以上,以手动方式加入单内标103 Rh溶液,可以得到较准确、稳定的测定结果,8种元素测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,Hg、As、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Ni、Cr的检出限分别为0.089、0.21、0.45、0.15、0.45、0.025、0.35和0.39μg/L,8种元素的加标回收率在92.0%~114%。方法对于黄芪口服液中痕量元素的检测,结果稳定,过程简单,引入污染小。 相似文献

建立了QuEChERS/气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)同时测定黄芪中α-六六六、β+γ-六六六、δ-六六六、五氯硝基苯、p,p′-滴滴伊、o,p′-滴滴涕、p,p′-滴滴滴、p,p′-滴滴涕、甲霜灵、二嗪磷、七氯、嘧菌环胺、腐霉利、顺式氯丹、反式氯丹、咯菌腈16种农药残留的分析方法。样品前处理采用改进的QuEChERS方法,黄芪粉加水浸润后,乙腈涡旋振荡提取,多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)、正丙基乙二胺(PSA)、MgSO_4净化,结合GC-MS检测系统,电子轰击源(EI),HP-5ms毛细管柱分离,程序升温,离子扫描模式(SIM)检测。在优化条件下,16种农药在0.01~5.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数不低于0.974,方法的定量下限(S/N=10)为0.002~0.035 mg/kg,平均回收率为71.9%~115%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~14%。该方法具有操作简单快捷、灵敏度高等优点。 相似文献

提出了微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定黄芪中的八种金属元素含量的方法.实验确定微波消解试样的最佳条件为:HNO_3与HClO_4体积比是4∶1,微波功率为600 W、时间为3 min.实验结果表明:黄芪中含有较丰富Ca、Mg、Fe,Cu、Zn、Mn含量较低,而Pb、Cr未测出.测定的相对标准偏差小于5.4%,加标回收率为93.6%~105.2%. 相似文献

Honey‐processed Astragalus, a widely used Qi‐tonifying and immunomodulating herb in traditional Chinese medicine, has strengthened the tonic effects and achieved fewer side effects compared with astragali radix in clinical application. Here, we focus on Qi‐tonifying biomarkers and pathways of honey‐processed Astragalus using urine metabolomics that provide the basis for building the linkage between metabolites in rat urine and its symptoms. The spleen Qi deficiency model group, normal group, astragali radix group, and honey‐processed Astragalus group were implemented to evaluate Qi‐tonifying effects. Twelve potential biomarkers were screened by multivariate statistical analysis by using ultra high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. Furthermore, pathways activity profiling showed unique pathways that are primarily involved in tryptophan metabolism, tricarboxylic acids cycle, and methionine metabolism. The results demonstrated that metabolomics coupled with pathway activity profiling were promising tools. It might serve as a novel methodological clue to systematically dissect the underlying Qi‐tonifying mechanism of honey‐processed Astragalus. 相似文献

采用微波消解技术处理样品,建立了CTAB增敏-氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(HGICP-AES)测定中药黄芪中痕量铅的分析方法.讨论了微波消解试剂、微波消解参数对消解效果的影响,系统地研究了氢化物发生的最佳条件.采用HNO3 H2O2 H2O为微波消解最佳试剂,在选定的最佳氢化物发生条件下,铅的线性范围为0.23~800 μg·L-1,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限为0.23 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.02%,样品加标回收率为98.8%~100.1%.结果表明,微波消解法处理中草药,具有快速、简便、节省试剂、消解完全等特点,测定结果的精密度和准确度令人满意. 相似文献

The two trisdesmoside cycloartane glycosides astragaloside VII and cyclotrisectoside were isolated from Astragalus dissectus (Leguminosae) and identified. The latter was 20R,25-epoxy-24S-cycloartan-3β,6α,16β,24-tetraol 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside-6,24-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and was a new natural compound.

A method was developed for the simultaneous identification of astragalosides (AGs) and isoflavonoids (IFs) in the roots of Astragalus membranaceus and Astragalus mongholicus by HPLC coupled with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization MS/MS (HPLC-APCI-MS/MS). Diagnostic fragment ions of AGs and different group of IFs were obtained with one AG and eight IF standards analyzed by CID-MS, which were adopted as characteristic MS/MS fingerprints for further identification of these compounds in the two Astragalus species by using HPLC-APCI-MS/MS. A total of 20 IFs and 10 AGs were identified or tentatively identified. Among them, six IFs were detected in A. membranaceus for the first time and five IFs were firstly identified in A. mongholicus. The results indicate that HPLC-APCI-MS/MS is a powerful tool for the simultaneous characterization of IFs and AGs in complex matrix. 相似文献
