采用浓硝酸和高氯酸的混合消解法处理橡子样品,盐酸羟氨将三价铁还原成二价铁,在pH为5-6的条件下,用分光度法测定铁含量,校准曲线回归方程为y=0.0031002+0.2145x(r=0.9999)。用灰化法和微波消解法分别得橡子中铁含量为86.90μg/g和87.6μg/g。回收率为99.8%—102%,RSD为0.78%,该方法操作简单,重现性好,测量方法准确。  相似文献

A new compound [Co(aea)(2,2′-bipy)]Cl·H2O (aea=N-(2-aminoethyl)aspartate, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized, which contains a new quadridentate ligand (aea) came from malic acid and ethylenediamine via in-situ reaction. The asymmetric molecules are interconnected through N-H…O hydrogen bond to form helical chains that are further hold together into a two-dimensional network via the N-H…Cl hydrogen bond. The formation of aea can be considered as the substitution of hydroxyl group in malate by ethylenediamino group, which presents a type of new in-situ ligand reaction. CCDC: 222018.  相似文献
