航材备件是保障航空装备日常训练和作战正常使用的重要影响因素,针对部分航材备件样本数据量少,影响因素多且复杂多变,预测结果与装备系统完好性要求偏差较大等问题.建立基于灰色关联分析(GRA)与偏最小二乘(PLS)及最小二乘向量机(LSSVM)相结合的航材备件预测模型,采集某无人机航材备件数据,通过对统计数据进行灰色关联分析,提取航材备件需求的相关因素作为模型训练样本,确定关键因素,利用偏最小二乘对关键因素特征提取,然后将偏最小二乘特征提取后的数据作为最小二乘向量机输入,进行模型构建及分析.通过实验验证了该方法的可行性与适用性,能够满足无人机航材备件预测的实际需要. 相似文献

低维硅锗材料是制备纳米电子器件的重要候选材料,是研发高效率、低能耗和超高速新一代纳米电子器件的基础材料之一,有着潜在的应用价值。采用密度泛函紧束缚方法分别对厚度相同、宽度在0.272 nm~0.554 nm之间的硅纳米线和宽度在0.283 nm~0.567 nm之间的锗纳米线的原子排布和电荷分布进行了计算研究。硅、锗纳米线宽度的改变使原子排布,纳米线的原子间键长和键角发生明显改变。纳米线表层结构的改变对各层内的电荷分布产生重要影响。纳米线中各原子的电荷转移量与该原子在表层内的位置相关。纳米线的尺寸和表层内原子排列结构对体系的稳定性产生重要影响。 相似文献

In the preparation of an Al-Ti-C grain refiner under an ultrasonic field, the mechanism of the wetting behaviour between Al and C was systematically investigated. The results demonstrated that the wetting behaviour was mainly dependent on the wetting of the Al melt on graphite under the ultrasonic field (physical wetting) and the formation and mass transfer of TiC (reactive wetting). The diffusion of Ti atoms and their adsorption around the graphite could contribute to the wetting of Al-C. TiC particles were formed under the high temperature caused by the cavitation effect, and they detached from the interface due to the sound pressure, which resulted in consistently sufficient contact on the wetting interface. Moreover, the wetting and spreading behaviour of the Al melt on graphite under an ultrasonic field were numerically simulated, strongly manifesting that the ultrasonic field could facilitate the wetting of the Al-C interface. 相似文献

本文提出了一种新的能够计及尺度效应的微纳米蜂窝等效模量的计算方法。将一种单参数应变梯度理论引入到本构方程当中,并基于能量等效原理推导了蜂窝面内等效模量地计算公式。算例分析表明,本文方法能够有效地计及尺度效应对蜂窝等效模量的影响。尺度效应与胞壁厚度和长度的值都有关,当胞壁厚度较小时,尺度效应显著,本文方法预测的模量会明显高于传统方法;而当胞壁厚度较大时,尺度效应变得微弱乃至可以忽略不计。但如果胞壁的长度/厚度比很大,则面内等效模量会趋近于0,此时是否考虑尺度效应意义不大。 相似文献

We reveal the electronic structure in Yb Cd2Sb2,a thermoelectric material,by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES)and time-resolved ARPES(tr ARPES).Specifically,three bulk bands at the vicinity of the Fermi level are evidenced near the Brillouin zone center,consistent with the density functional theory(DFT)calculation.It is interesting that the spin-unpolarized bulk bands respond unexpectedly to right-and left-handed circularly polarized probe.In addition,a hole band of surface states,which is not sensitive to the polarization of the probe beam and is not expected from the DFT calculation,is identified.We find that the non-equilibrium quasiparticle recovery rate is much smaller in the surface states than that of the bulk states.Our results demonstrate that the surface states can be distinguished from the bulk ones from a view of time scale in the nonequilibrium physics. 相似文献

In minimal processing industry, chlorine is widely used in the disinfection process and ultrasound (US) increases the disinfection efficacy of chlorine and reduces the cross-contamination incidence during washing. Tap water (TW), which has no disinfection effect, is generally used to rinse off sanitizer residues on the surface of disinfected fresh-cut vegetables. In this study, aqueous ozone (AO), a low-cost and residue-free sanitizer, was used to replace TW rinsing in combination with US (28 kHz)–chlorine (free chlorine [FC] at 10 ppm, a concentration recommended for industrial use) for the disinfection of fresh-cut lettuce as a model. US–chlorine (40 s) + 2.0 ppm AO (60 s) treatment resulted in browning spots on lettuce surface at the end of storage. In contrast, US–chlorine (40 s) + 1.0 ppm AO (60 s) did not lead to deterioration of the sensory quality (sensory crispness, color, and flavor) and a change in total color difference, and the activities of browning-related enzymes were significantly lower. Moreover, US–chlorine (40 s) + 1.0 ppm of AO (60 s) treatment led to significantly lower counts of Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella Typhimurium, aerobic mesophilic (AMC), and molds and yeasts (M&Y) on days 0–7 than US–chlorine (60 s) + TW (60 s) and single 1.0 ppm AO (120 s) treatments, suggesting that AO provided an additional disinfection effect over TW, while reducing the overall processing time by 20 s. Cell membrane permeability analysis (alkaline phosphatase, protein, nucleotide, and adenosine triphosphate leakage) showed that the combination with 1.0 ppm AO caused more severe cell membrane damage in E. coli O157:H7 and S. Typhimurium, explaining the higher disinfection efficacy. 16S rRNA sequencing revealed that following US–chlorine (40 s) + 1.0 ppm of AO (60 s) treatment, Massilia and Acinetobacter had higher relative abundances (RAs) on day 7 than after US–chlorine (60 s) + TW (60 s) treatment, whereas the RAs of Escherichia–Shigella was significantly lower, indicating that the former treatment has a superior capacity in maintaining a stable microbial composition. This explains from an ecological point of view why US–chlorine (40 s) + 1.0 ppm of AO (60 s) led to the lowest AMC and M&Y counts during storage.
