Cassane diterpenoids were successfully and simultaneously identified in Caesalpinia minax Hance by high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 59 peaks were detected, and among them 51 compounds, including 41 furanocassane diterpenoids, 10 furanolactone cassane diterpenoids were simultaneously identified and characterized on the basis of the protonated molecule, retention behavior, and fragments in MS2. Ten compounds, including seven novel compounds, were identified or tentatively identified for the first time in C. minax. In a positive ion mode, the fragmentation pathways of cassane diterpenoids were also analyzed for the first time. The relative amounts of the five main diterpenoids (caesalpinin L, caesalpinin F2, bondcellpin C, caesalpinin E, and ξ‐caesalmin) were simultaneously quantified by high‐performance liquid chromatography. Results showed that the newly discovered and known components of C. minax can be used to determine the material basis of bioactivity; this method can also be applied to analyze cassane diterpenoids in herbal medicines from the genus Caesalpinia belonging to the family Fabaceae.  相似文献

In this paper, the boundedness for higher order commutators of fractional integrals is obtained on variable exponent Herz–Morrey spaces \( M\dot{K}_{p, q(\cdot )}^{\alpha (\cdot ), \lambda }(\mathbb {R}^{n})\) applying some properties of variable exponent and \(\mathrm {BMO}\) function, where \(\alpha (x)\in L^{\infty }(\mathbb {R}^{n})\) are log-Hölder continuous both at the origin and at infinity, and q(x) satisfies the logarithmic continuity condition.  相似文献

Let M be the Hardy–Littlewood maximal function and b be a locally integrable function. Denote by Mb and [b,M] the maximal commutator and the (nonlinear) commutator of M with b. In this paper, the author considers the boundedness of Mb and [b,M] on Lebesgue spaces and Morrey spaces when b belongs to the Lipschitz space, by which some new characterizations of the Lipschitz spaces are given.  相似文献

采用高温固相反应法合成了不同Tb^3+掺杂浓度的CaLuBO4∶xTb^3+荧光粉,研究了样品的晶体结构和发光性质。在紫外光激发下,样品的发射光谱由Tb3+离子的5D3→7FJ(J=6,5,4)和5D4→7FJ′(J′=6,5,4,3)特征发射组成,其中位于545 nm和554 nm附近的5D4→7F5跃迁发射强度最大。荧光粉的激发光谱是由位于紫外区的Tb3+的4f-5d和f-f跃迁构成的。研究了Tb3+浓度对样品发光性质的影响。测量并分析了CaLuBO4∶xTb^3+荧光粉的5D3能级和5D4能级荧光寿命。结果表明,CaLuBO4∶xTb^3+是一种适于紫外激发的新型黄绿光荧光粉。  相似文献

DNA依赖的蛋白激酶(DNA-PK)是肿瘤治疗的一个潜在靶点,其抑制剂具有增强放化疗敏感性的作用。STL127705是一种有效的DNA-PK抑制剂,本文采用逆合成分析,以2-甲硫醚-4-氯嘧啶-5-基甲酸乙酯为起始原料,先后经过氨化、水解、酰胺缩合、合环、氧化、取代等6步反应制备得到目标化合物,总收率为36.8%,纯度达到95.5%,产物结构通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等表征。  相似文献

采用三能级系统的速率方程和功率传输方程并考虑温度对各项参数的影响,求解在不同的光纤长度和量子点掺杂浓度时,3.3nm PbSe量子点液芯光纤的发射光谱随温度的变化。发现当光纤长度不同时,随着温度的升高,光谱的峰值位置以相近的速率发生红移,光谱的峰值强度下降。对于较长的光纤,其光强随温度升高的衰减速率较大。当掺杂浓度不同时,随着温度的升高,光谱的峰值位置以相近的速率发生红移,峰值强度以相近的速率衰减。  相似文献

Let \(0\le \alpha <n\), \([b,M_{\alpha }]\) and \([b,M^{\sharp }]\) be the nonlinear commutators of the fractional maximal function \(M_{\alpha }\) and the sharp maximal function \(M^{\sharp }\) with a locally integrable function b. In this note, we give necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of \([b,M_{\alpha }]\) and \([b,M^{\sharp }]\) on Orlicz spaces when the symbol b belongs to Lipschitz spaces, by which some new characterizations of non-negative Lipschitz functions (in terms of the Orlicz norm) are obtained.  相似文献

Dynamic fragility of bulk metallic glass (BMG) of Zr64Cu16Ni10Al10 alloy is studied by three-point beam bending methods. The fragility parameter mfor Zr64Cu16Ni10Al10 BMG is calculated to be 24.5 at high temperature, which means that the liquid is a "strong" liquid, while to be 13.4 at low temperature which means that the liquid is a "super-strong" liquid. The dynamical behavior of Zr64Cu16Ni10Al10 BMG in the supercooled region undergoes a strong to super-strong transition. To our knowledge, it is the first time that a strong-to-superstrong transition is found in the metallic glass. Using small angle x-ray scattering experiments, we find that this transition is assumed to be related to a phase separation process in supercooled liquid.  相似文献
