Homochiral cis,cis-; cis,trans- and trans,trans-spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diols were prepared via diastereoselective reduction of enantiomerically pure spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-dione (1) with the corresponding reducing agents: lithium n-butyldiisobutylaluminium hydride for cis,cis-diol (2) with 88% yield; BH3·THF for cis, trans-diol (3) with 91% yield; LiAlH4 for trans,trans-diol (4) with 15% yield. 相似文献

A C2-symmetrical aryl diphosphite derived from chiral binaphthol was prepared and its rhodium complex was used as catalysts in the asymmetric hydroformylation of olefins. High catalytic activity and good regioselectivity were observed. Up to 31.2% ee and 38.1% ee were achieved for the hydroformylation of 4-fluoro-styrene and vinyl acetate respectively. The influences of ligand-to-metal ratio, reaction temperature and the pressure of syn-gas on the enantioselectivity and regioselectivity were also studied. 相似文献

研究了一系列铜盐催化的氧化环己烯与苯基氯化镁的开环加成反应。发现Cu(OTf)2[三-氟甲磺酸铜(Ⅱ)]为催化剂时,反应能够以95%的产率得到反式-2-苯基环己醇。应用了多种代表性的手性双齿配体与Cu(OTf)2形成的配合物,催化氧化环己烯与苯基氯化镁的开环加成反应,得到很低的对映选择性。根据实验的结果建议了反应的催化循环机理。 相似文献

Chiral sulfonamides derived from( d)-10-camphorsulfonyl chloride and chiral amines were prepared and used in the copper-catalyzed conjugate addition of organometallic reagents to enones. The chiral sulfonamides/CuCN catalysts provided high catalytic activity and moderate enantioselectivity in the conjugate addition of diethylzinc to 2-cyclohexenone and 2-cyclohepteneone, but low enantioselectivity to the 2-cyclopentenone and acyclic enones. 相似文献
