Growth and properties of wide spectral white light emitting diodes

Wide spectral white light emitting diodes have been designed and grown on a sapphire substrate by using a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition system. Three quantum wells with blue-light-emitting, green-light-emitting and red-light-emitting structures were grown according to the design. The surface morphology of the film was observed by using atomic force microscopy. The films were characterized by their photoluminescence measurements. X-ray diffraction θ/2θ scan spectroscopy was carried out on the multi-quantum wells. The secondary fringes of the symmetric ω/2θ X-ray diffraction scan peaks indicate that the thicknesses and the alloy compositions of the individual quantum wells are repeatable throughout the active region. The room temperature photoluminescence spectra of the structures indicate that the white light emission of the multi-quantum wells is obtained. The light spectrum covers 400-700 nm, which is almost the whole visible light spectrum.

基于客户资产理论,从客户视角研究微型付款模式影响企业绩效的机制进行研究.采用问卷设计和数据收集方式,研究共回收有效问卷2260份.通过对这2260份有效问卷进行信度和效度检验、描述性统计分析、相关分析和多元回归分析,对关于微型付款模式影响企业绩效的假设进行实证,找出客户视角微型付款模式影响企业绩效的机制.     

3-氨基-1,4,5,6-四氢吡咯[3,4-c]吡唑构筑的钴(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)配合物的晶体结构(英文)

以3-氨基-1,4,5,6-四氢吡咯[3,4-c]吡唑(Athpp)为配体合成了2个金属配合物即CoCl4(Athpp)2·2H2O(1)和CuCl4(Athpp)2(2)。用红外、元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射等手段表征了晶体结构。配合物1结晶在P1空间群而配合物2结晶在P21/n空间群。金属中心均采取扭曲八面体构型。此外,还研究了配合物的固体荧光性质     

椭圆型保偏光纤耦合器的研制

保偏光纤耦合器是干涉仪和光纤陀螺仪的关键器件。介绍了用匹配型椭圆包层保偏光纤制作保偏光纤耦合器的工艺流程、测试结果以及分光比随温度的变化情况。试验结果表明,保偏光纤耦合器的综合性能指标,尤其是附加损耗和温度性能达到了国内领先水平。     

Fibre Optical Parametric Amplification in Defect Bragg Fibres with Zero Dispersion Slow Light Effect

Nonlinearity enhancement by slow light effect and strong light confinement in defect Bragg fibres is demonstrated and anMysed in applications of fibre optical parametric amplifiers. Broadband low group velocity and zero dispersion as well as the strong light confinement by band gap enhances the nonlinear coefficient up to more than one order than the conventional high nonlinear fibres. Moreover, the zero dispersion wavelength of coupled core mode can be designed arbitrarily, under which the phase-matching bandwidth of the nonlinear process can be extended.     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定水中13种有机污染物北大核心CSCD

以地表水环境质量标准严格控制的特定项目为依据,建立了直接进样-高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定水中13种化学性质差异较大的有机污染物的分析方法,这13种有机污染物为乐果、敌敌畏、敌百虫、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、内吸磷、丙烯酰胺、苯胺、联苯胺、甲萘威、微囊藻毒素-LR、阿特拉津。水样经0.22μm 尼龙66滤膜过滤后,采用 Kromasil 100-5 C18柱（150 mm×2.1 mm,5μm）分离,以甲醇-0.01％甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL／min,柱温40℃,电喷雾正离子模式（ESI＋）电离,多反应监测模式（MRM）进行检测,外标法定量。13种化合物的浓度与其峰面积在一定浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性关系（ r≥0.9995）,方法检出限为0.02～0.1μg／L。测定低、中、高浓度的加标样品,13种化合物的相对标准偏差为0.5％～5.0％（ n＝6）,实际样品加标平均回收率为81.2％～112％。此方法灵敏度高、干扰小、分析速度快,可适用于地表水、地下水中这13种有机污染物的同时分析。     

以5-(3-吡啶基)-1H-吡唑-3-羧酸为配体的钴共晶配合物的合成、晶体结构及电化学性质

采用溶剂热法合成了一种新型的钴（Ⅱ）基配合物,即{[Co（Hppc）₂][Co₂（4,4''-bipy）（H₂O）₄]（SO₄）₂·2H₂O}_n （1）,其中H₂ppc=5-（3-吡啶基）-1H-吡唑-3-羧酸,4,4''-bipy=4, 4''-联吡啶。配体H₂ppc是由吡啶环、吡唑环和羧基共同组成,同时兼具了刚性和柔性。通过单晶X射线衍射对配合物1进行了结构测定。结果显示所合成的配合物1结晶在单斜晶系C2/c空间群,包括2个晶体学独立部分：二维层状[Co（Hppc）₂]和一维链状[Co₂（4,4''-bipy）（H₂O）₄]^2-,并形成具有{4⁴·6²}{4}₂拓扑网络结构的共晶化合物。此外,配合物1呈现出良好的电化学发光（ECL）性能以及良好的超级电容器性能。     

基于顾客资产驱动因素与同辈影响的青少年购买行为研究

研究的主要内容围绕着顾客资产驱动因素及同辈影响对青少年消费者购买意向和实际购买行为的影响展开.在文献综述的基础上,以运动品牌为例,分析价值资产、品牌资产、关系资产以及同辈影响对于青少年消费者购买意向的影响.实证研究表明,同辈影响对于青少年消费者购买意向有着非常显著的影响,同辈群体的炫耀、谈论与推荐行为越多,则青少年消费者的购买意向越强烈.与此同时,购买意向对于实际购买行为的影响虽是正向且显著地,但受到购买惯性的影响而减弱.结论一定程度上从统计上论证了青少年消费者的购买特点,同时也为运动品牌的青少年产品营销活动提供了参考依据.     

分散电极的制备及其分散差电池的电动势

New localized excitations in a (2+1)-dimensional Broer—Kaup system

Starting with the extended homogeneous balance method and a variable separation approach, a general variable separation solution of the Broer—Kaup system is derived. In addition to the usual localized coherent soliton excitations like dromions, lumps, rings, breathers, instantons, oscillating soliton excitations, peakon and fractal localized solutions, some new types of localized excitations, such as compacton and folded excitations, are obtained by introducing appropriate lower-dimensional piecewise smooth functions and multiple-valued functions, and some interesting novel features of these structures are revealed.
