Syntheses,Structures, and Properties of Three Coordination Polymers: [Cd_2(bpp)_(1.5)(Hbpp)(phen)_2]_n, [Mn_3(Htptc)_2(phen)_2(H_2O)_2]_n,and {[Cu(btc)_(0.5)(1,4-bib)]·2H_2O}_n

Hydrothermal reactions of three aromatic polycarboxylic acids and the transitional metal cations in the presence of phen and 1,4-bib afford three new coordination polymers: [Cd2(bpp)1.5(Hbpp)(phen)2]n(1), [Mn3(Htptc)2(phen)2(H2O)2]n(2), and {[Cu(btc)0.5(1,4- bib)]·2H2O}n(3)(H2bpp = 2,6-bis(4'-carboxyphenyl)-4-phenylpyridine, H4tptc = terphenyl-2,5,2',5'-tetracarboxylic acid, H4btc = biphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, and 1,4-bib = 1,4-bis(1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzene). Their structures have been determined by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction analyses, elemental analyses, IR spectra, and powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) analyses. In compound 1, the CdII cations are linked by bpp2- to form one ladder structure, based on which a 3D network is constructed with the help of non-covalent interactions. The topology of 2 is a 3D(3,4,5)-connected framework with the Point Schl?fli symbol of(42.6)32(4.62.8)(45.64.8)2. Compound 3 shows an unprecedented 3D(4,4)-connected framework with the Point Schl?fli symbol of(64.82)2(65.8). Moreover, the luminescent property of 1 has been investigated.     

三有机锡(4R)-3-[[(2S)-5-氧-2-吡咯烷基]羰基]-4-噻唑烷甲酸酯的合成、结构和体外抗癌活性

利用三有机锡氢氧化物和手性配体(4R)-3-[[(2S)-5-氧-2-吡咯烷基]羰基]-4-噻唑烷甲酸(HL)反应合成了3个三有机锡(4R)-3-[[(2S)-5-氧-2-吡咯烷基]羰基]-4-噻唑烷甲酸酯R3SnL[1,R=c-C6H11(a),C6H5(b),C6H5C(CH3)2CH2(c)],通过元素分析、IR、1H NMR和X-射线单晶衍射表征了其结构。化合物1a属正交晶系,P212121空间群;化合物1b属单斜晶系,P21空间群。二者均为由羧基氧和内酰胺羰基氧桥联配位形成的右螺旋链状有机锡配位聚合物,锡原子具有五配位[SnC3O2]畸变三角双锥构型。化合物1a和1b对体外2种人癌细胞Colo205和Bcap37增殖均有强的抑制作用,其活性为1b1a。     

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Two Diethyltin Complexes of N-Salicylidene-α-amino Acid

Two novel diethyltin（IV） complexes of N-salicylidenevaline （H2L1） and N-Sali- cylidenetryptophan （H2L^2）, Et2SrtL^1 1 and Et2SnL^2 2, were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Complex 1 belongs to the trigonal system, space group R-3 with a = b = 19.2730（5）, c = 23.6890（13）A^°, V= 7620.4（5） A^°^3, Z = 6, Dc= 1.553 g/cm^3,μ= 1.518 mm^-1, F（000） = 3600, R = 0.0238 and wR = 0.0636. Complex 2 is of monoelinie system, space group P21/c with a = 13.7550（8）, b = 11.5425（7）, c = 12.7876（7）A^°, β= 93.585（1）°, V = 2026.3（2） A^°^3, Z = 4, Dc= 1.548 g/cm^3,μ = 1.286 mm^-1, F（000） = 976, R = 0.0298 and wR = 0.0722. Complex 1 is a cyclic trimer with a macrocyclic 12-membered ring structure formed by the bidentate bridging coordination of carboxylate group to tin atoms. The tin atom is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry. In complex 2, the distorted trigonal bipyramidal Et2SnL2 units are linked into polymeric chains by the weak Sn…O interaction involving Sn and the earbonyl O of an adjacent ligand, and the chains are further connected by intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional supramolecular structure.     

2-甲酯基丙基合锡(Ⅳ)配合物的固相合成

利用２－甲酯基丙基三氯化锡与六甲基磷酰三胺（Ｌ＾１）、苯甲醛缩邻氨基苯酚（ＨＬ＾２）及２－甲基－８－羟基喹啉（ＨＬ＾３）的低热固相反应合成了六个新的含２－甲酯基丙基的锡（Ⅳ）配合物ｎＣｌ３｛ＣＨ２ＣＨ（ＣＨ３）ＣＯ２ＣＨ３｝Ｌ＾１ｎ」（ｎ＝１,２）和「ＳｎＣｌ３－ｎ｛ＣＨ２ＣＨ（ＣＨ３）ＣＯ２ＣＨ３｝（民,２：Ｌ＝Ｌ＾２,Ｌ＾３）,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振对其进行了表征。用Ｘ－射线单晶衍射     

β-烷氧羰基乙基三氯化锡配合物的合成、结构表征及酯交换反应

合成了13个标题化合物ROCOCH2CH2SnCl3.L (R=C1-5烷基;L=DBSO, HMPA), 通过元素分析、IR和1H NMR进行了表征。n-PrOCOCH2CH2SnCl3.DBSO的晶体结构分析表明, 该晶体属正交晶系; 空间群P212121; a=1.062, b=1.427, c=1.635; Z=4。该化合物为含有分子内羰基配位和Lewis碱配位的具有畸变八面体构型的单分子有机锡化合物。研究了CH3OCOCH2CH2SnCl3.L和醇的酯交换反应, 提出了分子内Lewis酸催化的反应机理。     

环状化合物合成的新方法：分子内的自由基加成

本文简要介绍了分子内的自由基加成反应及其在环状化合物（包括碳环，杂环和多环天然产物）合成中的应用。     

β-烷氧羰基乙基三氯化锡与单齿配体配合物的合成及酯交换反应

合成了16个β-烷氧羰基乙基三氯化锡与二甲基亚砜、N-氧化吡啶、吡啶等单齿配体的配合物，经过元素分析、IR、^1H NMR、TG-DTA等表征了其结构。报道了β-烷氧羰基乙基三氯化锡配合物和醇的酯交换反应，提出了其可能的反应机理。     

铜(Ⅱ)-氨基酸水杨醛席夫碱-α-氨基酸三元配合物的稳定性研究

在25±0.1℃、I=0.1 mol·L^-1 KNO₃条件下，应用pH法测定了氨基酸水杨醛席夫碱(Sal∶A，A配体)-α-氨基酸(Aa,B配体)三元配合物的稳定常数，实验发现在三元配合物的稳定性与B配体的碱性之间存在良好的线性自由能关系。同时，以稳定性数据为探针，研究了三元配合物分子内存在的配体间疏水缔合作用。
