阴离子配位化合物[ClPt(bpt)4_]Cl(bpt=氮,氮′-双(3-吡啶甲基)-2-硫脲)的制备与研究

本文介绍了阴离子配位化合物[ClPt(bpt)4]Cl(bpt=氮,氮′-双(3-吡啶甲基)-2-硫脲)的合成,采用X-射线单晶衍射、核磁共振和质谱等手段进行了表征,并讨论了相应结果.晶体结构揭示Pt(bpt)4阴离子受体可以形成锥形构型并通过多重氢键和静电作用在形成的空腔内部包结一个Cl-离子,四个硫脲基团中所含的N原子与Cl离子之间形成了四重N—H…Cl-氢键(3.49~3.81).被包裹的Cl-离子与中心Pt原子之间的距离约为3.52.以此配合物为基础,我们进一步研究了基于该阴离子配合物的8个自由吡啶基团与8当量的四苯基锌(Ⅱ)卟啉(ZnPr)之间的二级配位组装行为.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [{Cd(hmbdc)(H_2O)_3}·2H_2O]_n

A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc = 5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 9.599(3), b = 18.699(5), c = 7.557(2) , β = 108.198(4)°, V = 1288.6(6) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 382.60, Dc = 1.972 g/cm3, F(000) = 760, μ = 1.740, the final R = 0.0555 and wR = 0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.     

Cu2(μ-dppb)2(μ-Cl)2的合成、晶体结构及非线性光学性质

The complex Cu₂(μ-dppb)₂(μ-Cl)₂ has been synthesized from the reaction of CuCl， dppb and (n-Bu)₄NCl. The crystal belongs to the triclinic with space group P1. The unit cell parameters are: a=9.939(4)?， b=10.083(6)?， c=14.104(5)?， α=76.46(3)°， β=71.02(2)°， γ=70.87(5)°. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that it has a bi-ring structure with a symmetry center at the middle of two Copper atoms. The outer ring is a 14-membered ring of Cu-dppb-Cu-dppb， and the inner ring is a 4-membered ring composed of two Cl^- and two Cu(Ⅰ). Investigation of third-order optical nonlinearity shows that it exhibits considerable nonlinear absorptive and self-defocusing effect with α₂=1.75×10^-13m·W^-1 and n₂=3.19×10^-18m²·W^-1. 新的含有4-对甲基苯基-3，5-二(2-吡啶基)-1，2，4-三氮唑钴配合物的合成和晶体结构(英)

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex, [CoL₂(NCS)₂]·2CH₂Cl₂, [L=4-(p-methylphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole], was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P2₁/c, a=0.867 40(17), b=1.453 9(3), c=1.781 9(4) nm, β=91.18(3)°, V=2.246 7(8) nm³ and Z=2. The cobalt atom is in a distorted octahedral environment with two bidentate chelating L ligands in the equatorial plane and two NCS^- ions in the axial positions. CCDC: 251658.     

三种马来二腈基二硫烯镍(Ⅲ)离子对配合物的制备和结构表征

合成了3种离子对配合物 [1-benzyl-3-bromopyridium]⁺[Ni(mnt)₂]^- (1)，[1-(4′-flurobenzyl)-3-bromopyridiunm]⁺[Ni(mnt)₂]^- (2)，[1-(4′-cholorobenzyl)-3-bromopyridium]⁺[Ni(mnt)₂]^- (3)，(mnt=马来二腈基二硫烯，maleonitrile dithiolate)获得了单晶并解析了它们的单晶结构。     

吡唑桥联双核钯(Ⅱ)配合物的合成和结构研究

金属引导的多功能杂环配体配位形式的超分子自组装体系的研究已经发展成为一个非常活跃的研究方向[1￣4]。吡唑作为桥联配体用于组装环状超分子结构的报道很多,主要集中在直线型的一价Ag"、Au"、Co"、Cu"等[5,6]以及二价Ni!、Cu!、Co!、Zn!、Cd!、Fe!等[7￣9],但是与二价Pd![10￣12]和Pt![13￣15]的组装的报道较少。由于Pd!和Pt!通过吡唑桥联后,会产生较强的金属-金属相互作用,因而产生一些新颖的物理和化学性能[11,15]。在已知文献报道中[11,14,15],吡唑上的N-H质子都要在强碱的作用下才能去除,然后以桥联形式同金属配位,并且所得环…     

RE（Ⅲ）—ADP,RE（Ⅲ）—AMP配合物的合成及物性研究

首次合成了具有生物活性的系列配合物RE(Ⅲ)-ADP(稀土-腺苷二磷酸)和RE(Ⅲ)-AMP(稀土-腺苷-磷酸)(RE=Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu),根据红外、紫外、荧光、X射线衍射、元素分析、络合滴定等分析结果,研究了[RE(Ⅲ)(ADP)(H_2O)_3]和[RE(Ⅲ)(AMP)_2(H_2O)_4]H两个系列配合物的化学组成和性质。     

[{Zn(3-SBA)(2，2′-bipy)(H2O)2}·H2O]n的合成和晶体结构研究

A novel coordination ploymer [{Zn(3-SBA)(2,2′-bipy)(H₂O)₂}·H₂O]_n was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of 3-Na₂SBA, ZnSO₄·7H₂O and 2,2′-bipy. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title coordination ploymer crystallized in monoclinic with space group P2₁, a=0.803 42(18) nm, b=1.501 8(3) nm, c=0.821 13(19) nm, β=109.350(4)°. The coordination polymer has an infinite chain structure and its luminescent property has also been studied. CCDC: 282746.
