对广州市黄埔港区所取土壤中铅的化学形态分析进行了研究。采用含不同组分提取剂的连续提取程序对1 g土壤进行提取,使之分成8种形态的铅,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对每种提取所得的形态中的铅进行了测定。另在一份试样中直接测定其总铅量,对提取剂的组成及其溶液的浓度及提取操作条件进行了研究和优化,对FAAS测定方法的仪器工作条件作了说明。试验结果表明,所取试样中大部分铅以稳定的结合形态存在,以可交换态和碳酸盐结合态存在的铅仅达6%,总铅量随土壤深度的增加而减少。FAAS测定方法的灵敏度和检出限依次为0.007 mg.L-1及0.01 mg.L-1,分析和测定了4个试样中8种形态的铅量,其加和量为147.9 mg.kg-1,与直接测得的总铅量(159.9 mg.kg-1)之间的偏差小于10%。 相似文献

不同温度下,研究了钙试剂羧酸钠与牛血清白蛋白作用的荧光猝灭光谱、同步荧光光谱、三维荧光光谱和紫外可见吸收光谱特征;分别用SternVolmer方程和LineweaverBurk双倒数方程等处理实验数据,得到了26℃时反应的结合常数为7.664×104mol/L,结合位点数为1.522,结合反应的标准焓变、标准熵变和标准吉布斯自由能变分别为-58.36kJ/mol,-101.7J/K和-27.958kJ/mol;分析所得光谱,证实了在实验浓度和温度范围内,CCS与BSA反应可形成具有一定结构的复合物,获得了CCS对BSA构型的影响等重要信息。 相似文献

在模拟人体生理条件下,采用荧光光谱和紫外 可见吸收光谱法研究了双氯芬酸钠与牛血清白蛋白的结合反应.实验结果显示,双氯芬酸钠对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭作用,该猝灭过程主要为静态荧光猝灭过程;二者结合常数KLB=2.167×105mol·L-1;二者的结合位置距212位色氨酸2.13nm;同时,由结合反应的热力学参数得出二者作用力主要是氢键或VanderWall's力. 相似文献

2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉和二溴丁烷在正丁基锂的存在下反应,生成标题化合物(C24H24N2O2, Mr = 372.46)。X-射线单晶结构分析表明此晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c, a = 5.7002(5), b = 12.186(1), c = 14.312(1) , b = 92.503(2), V = 993.2(2) 3, Z = 2, m = 0.080 mm-1, Dc = 1.245 g/cm3, F(000) = 396, R = 0.0505, wR = 0.0705. 结果表明,该化合物的2个配位端基2-甲基-8-羟基-喹啉基处于间隔基团-(CH2)4-的两侧,整个分子呈现中心对称的反式构象。此外,通过分子间的p…p 堆积作用和 CH…p 作用,使分子堆积成三维网络结构。 相似文献

Two tri-n-butylphosphme-participated ( PBu3n) nickel (Ⅱ) complexes of 2-mercaptophenol(H2mp),i.e,Ni2Ru(mp)3(Hmp)(PBu3n)3 3 exhibiting a curved heterotrinuclear metal skeleton and its mononuclear "synthon",[HNEt3] [Ni(mp) (Hmp) (PBu3n)] 1 were synthesized and characterized by X-crystallography and 1H NMR,FAB-MS and cyclic valtammogram measurements.The nickel(Ⅱ) center in 1 has a square-planar geometry For 3,the ruthenium(Ⅲ) atom is in a distorted octahedral environment and the two mckel(Ⅱ) atoms exhibit square-planar and rare triangle-planar geometries,respectively.The Ni (1)-Ru-Ni(2 ) arrangement is severely asymmetric with the distances 0.254 and 0.394 nm,respectively,for Ni(1)-Ru and Ni(2)-Ru.The structural regularities of relevant complexes are summarized in relation to the structural as well as spectra data. 相似文献

The binding of flucytosine to bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by means of fluorescence and absorption spectra under the conditions of simulant clay physiology. It showed a powerful ability to quench the fluorescence launching from BSA. After analyzing the fluorescence quenching data by Stem-Volmer equation and Lineweaver-Burk double-reciprocal equation, it was found that they matched the latter better and so they belonged to static quenching. The binding constant was calculated to be 5.710 × 10^3 L·mol^-1 at 297 K. The binding locality was a distance 2.49 nm away from tryptophan residue-212 based on Foster's non-radiation energy transfer mechanism. The binding power is mainly the hydrogen bond and van der Waals force according to the thermodynamic parameters. The information of BSA conformation was acquired by synchronous fluorescence spectrum and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum. 相似文献
