Electrospun fibers of hydrophilic polymers meet challenges in a rapid degradation of fiber matrices and discharge of antibiotics to comply with requirements of infection control as a dermal regeneration template. In the current study, a pH conversion process is initially developed to ensure fluent electrospinning, an efficient in situ cross‐linking of electrospun gelatin fibers with oxidized alginate and simultaneous loading of gentamicin sulfate (GS) and hydrophobic ciprofloxacin into fibers. The dual drug‐loaded fibers indicate a complete release of GS during 6 d and a sustained release of ciprofloxacin for over three weeks, and the antibiotics release indicates significant growth inhibitions on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The wound healing efficacy is evaluated on a deep burn model infected with 108 CFU of P. aeruginosa. Compared with fibers with loaded individual drugs, the concomitant release of GS and ciprofloxacin significantly reduces the bacteria numbers in wound and livers, at around 2.30 × 105 and 1.25 × 103 CFU after 3 d, respectively. The wound re‐epithelization, blood vessel formation, collagen deposition, and tissue remodeling process are accelerated with a complete healing observed after 21 d. This study provides a feasible strategy to design cross‐linked hydrophilic fibers with an extended drug release for biomedical applications.

利用TRMM(热带测雨雷达)搭载的TMI(微波成像仪)反演廓线资料,分析“菲特”台风登陆前、后云团内部水凝物的分布种类,依此选择WRF区域中尺度模式下符合条件的6个云微物理过程参数化方案(Lin,WSM6,Godgce,WDM6,Morrison以及Thompson方案),模拟2013年10月6~8日的台风过程.从降水落区、强度,水凝物及风场垂直分布,台风路径及强度等方面对预报性能进行对比,结果表明,选用的6个云微物理方案都较好地模拟了浙江暴雨的范围和强度.结合Ts评分,降水量级越大,模拟效果对云微物理方案选择越敏感,其中,Lin方案效果最佳,尤其对极端降水的模拟,其次为WSM6、WDM6及Thompson方案,Morrison和Godgce方案相对较差.结合水凝物平均值廓线分布发现,除WDM6方案外,其他方案对暖雨过程的模拟基本一致,而对冰相过程的模拟6个方案差别较大;同时,各方案对风分量的模拟结果较水凝物廓线差别小,说明对于动力因素模拟不敏感.另外,6个方案对于台风强度的模拟整体偏弱,相较之下,Lin方案较好地模拟了强度变化趋势.  相似文献

The novel cationic polyacrylate latex containing fluorine silicon was successfully prepared via soap-free emulsion polymerization of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, vinyltriethoxysilane and hexafluorobutylmethacrylate in water phase, which were initiated with water soluble azo initiator and emulsified with the mixed surfactants polymerizable emulsifier and OP-10. The films of the resultant latex were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and contact angle (CA) determinator, respectively. In comparison with the conventional polyacrylate latex, the thermal stability and water resistance of novel latex film are improved. The conditions of preparing the novel cationic acrylate latexes were optimized. The optimum conditions of preparing the novel latex are as follows: the amount of emulsifiers and the initiator are 6.0% and0.3%, respectively; both the amount of VETS and amount of HFMA are 6.0%. In this case, the conversion is high and the polymerization stability is good.  相似文献

In this paper we report a simple method to fabricate a novel subwavelength structure surface on fused silica substrate using one-step reactive ion etching with two-dimensional polystyrene colloidal crystals as masks. The etching process and the morphologies of the obtained structure are controlled. We show that the period of the obtained fused silica pillar-like arrays were determined by the initial polystyrene nanoparticle size. The height of pillar arrays can be adjusted by controlling the etching duration, which is proved to be of importance in tailoring the antireflection properties of subwavelength structures surface. The novel subwavelength structures surface exhibit excellent broadband antireflection properties, but the size of the pillar affects the antireflective properties in short wavelength region. We anticipate this method would offer a convenient and scalable way for inexpensive and high-efficiency high power laser field designs.  相似文献

Spontaneous mirror symmetry breaking is an efficient way to obtain homogeneously chiral agents, pharmaceutical ingredients and materials. It is also in the focus of the discussion around the emergence of uniform chirality in biological systems. Tremendous progress has been made by symmetry breaking during crystallisation from supercooled melts or supersaturates solutions and by self‐assembly on solid surfaces and in other highly ordered structures. However, recent observations of spontaneous mirror symmetry breaking in liquids and liquid crystals indicate that it is not limited to the well‐ordered solid state. Herein, progress in the understanding of a new dynamic mode of symmetry breaking, based on chirality synchronisation of transiently chiral molecules in isotropic liquids and in bicontinuous cubic, columnar, smectic and nematic liquid crystalline phases is discussed. This process leads to spontaneous deracemisation in the liquid state under thermodynamic control, giving rise to long‐term stable symmetry‐broken fluids, even at high temperatures. These fluids form conglomerates that are capable of extraordinary strong chirality amplification, eventually leading to homochirality and providing a new view on the discussion of emergence of uniform chirality in prebiotic systems.  相似文献

Although germanium performs amazingly well at sites surrounding hetero‐coordinated impurities and under‐coordinated defects or skins with unusual properties, having important impact on electronic and optical devices, understanding the behavior of the local bonds and electrons at such sites remains a great challenge. Here we show that a combination of density functional theory calculations, zone‐resolved X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and bond order length strength correlation mechanism has enabled us to clarify the physical origin of the Ge 3d core‐level shift for the under‐coordinated (111) and (100) skin with and without hetero‐coordinated H2, O2, H2O, H2O2, HF impurities. The Ge 3d level shifts from 27.579 (for an isolated atom) by 1.381 to 28.960 eV upon bulk formation. Atomic under‐coordination shifts the binding energy further to 29.823 eV for the (001) and to 29.713 eV for the (111) monolayer skin. Addition of O2, HF, H2O, H2O2 and Au impurities results in quantum entrapment by different amounts, but H adsorption leads to polarization.  相似文献

Five curvularin macrolides (15) were isolated from the cultured broth of marine actinomycete Pseudonocardia sp. HS7 that was obtained from the cloacal aperture of sea cucumber Holothuria moebii. The structures of these isolates were characterized as (11S,15R)-11-hydroxycurvularin (1), (11R,15R)-11-hydroxycurvularin (2), curvularin-7-O-α-D-glucopyranoside (3), trans-dehydrocurvularin (4) and curvularin (5) based on their NMR and HRESIMS data as well as chemical degradation. Compound 3 is a new macrolide with a rare α-D-glucopyranose substituent. Compounds 14, 5a and 5c (the acyl products of 5), suppressed the proliferation of all six tested cancer cell lines and 4 is the most active compound with IC50 values ranging from 0.59 to 3.39 μM. The 11-hydroxycurvularins 1 and 2 also showed antibacterial activity inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli.  相似文献

Chinese heavy-polluting industrial enterprises, especially petrochemical or chemical industry, labeled low carbon efficiency and high emission load, are facing the tremendous pressure of emission reduction under the background of global shortage of energy supply and constrain of carbon emission. However, due to the limited amount of theoretic and practical research in this field, problems like lacking prediction indicators or models, and the quantified standard of carbon risk remain unsolved. In this paper, the connotation of carbon risk and an assessment index system for Chinese heavy-polluting industrial enterprises (eg. coal enterprise, petrochemical enterprises, chemical enterprises et al.) based on support vector machine are presented. By using several heavy-polluting industrial enterprises’ related data, SVM model is trained to predict the carbon risk level of a specific enterprise, which allows the enterprise to identify and manage its carbon risks. The result shows that this method can predict enterprise’s carbon risk level in an efficient, accurate way with high practical application and generalization value.  相似文献
