建立了同时测定洋常春藤中绿原酸、隐绿原酸、芦丁、烟花苷、常春藤皂苷C、常春藤皂苷D、常春藤皂苷B和α-常春藤皂苷8种成分的超高效液相色谱法(UHPLC)。以80%甲醇为溶剂,将药材粉末于85℃、料液比1∶100条件下水浴回流1 h,制备供试品溶液;采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus-C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果表明,上述8种成分均获得良好的分离度;仪器精密度、方法重复性的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3.0%;样品溶液在室温条件下24 h内稳定;8种成分在对应质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),检出限为0.40~10.58μg·mL~(-1),定量下限为1.31~34.61μg·mL~(-1),平均回收率为97.3%~108%,RSD(n=6)为0.51%~3.2%。该方法适用于洋常春藤中上述8种化学成分的定量分析。 相似文献

Evaluating the network reliability is an important topic in the planning, designing, and control of systems. The minimal cut (MC, an edge set) set is one of the major and fundamental tools for evaluating the network reliability. In this study, an alternative method is given to define a MC using a node set (called MCV). A very simple algorithm based on some intuitive theorems that characterize the structure of the MCV and the relationship between MC and MCV is developed to find the MCs between two special nodes. The proposed algorithm is then generalized to find all MCs between all pairs of nodes. The proposed algorithm is not only easier to understand and implement, but is also better than the existing best-known algorithm. The correctness of the proposed algorithm will be analyzed and proven. One example is illustrated to show how all MCs are generated and verified in a network using the proposed algorithm. 相似文献

The average structure and microstructure of a lithium-ion conducting perovskite La2/3−xLi3xTiO3 (x = 0.12) were investigated using neutron diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The obtained results were compared with those of previous studies on La2/3−xLi3xTiO3 series compounds, and the relationship between their structures and ionic conduction was discussed. The Rietveld refinement using neutron diffraction data reveals that the average structure (space group: Cmmm) of furnace-cooled Li-rich La2/3−xLi3xTiO3 (x = 0.12) involves alternative ordered arrangement of La along the c-axis and anti-phase-tilt of TiO6 octahedra along the b-axis as with Li-poor La2/3−xLi3xTiO3(x = 0.05). It was found that the strong correlation between structure and percolative diffusion pathways in the perovskites is primarily referred to the ordered arrangement of La ions, and the “bottleneck” square—surrounded by four oxygen ions determined by the distortion and tilt of TiO6 octahedra. In addition, the 90°-oriented micro-domain structure, which also influences the percolative diffusion pathways in La2/3−xLi3xTiO3, was observed by TEM. 相似文献

Eu-doped Y2O3 particles with spherical shape and fine size were prepared by spray pyrolysis. The cathodoluminescence of Y2O3:Eu3+ powder was optimized by substituting small amount of zinc atoms in place of yttrium sites. As a result, the optimized (Y, Zn)2O3:Eu3+ phosphor showed 60% improved cathodoluminescence compared with Y2O3:Eu3+ particles. The prepared (Y, Zn)2O3:Eu3+ phosphor had spherical shape and 0.726 μm in mean size. Using these particles, the thickness of the phosphor film was controlled by varying the phosphor loading. The brightness and luminous efficiency of phosphor films prepared were monitored with varying the accelerating voltage ranges from 4 to 14 kV. The dependency of the luminous efficiency on the accelerating voltage was very sensitive to the phosphor loading. As increasing the accelerating voltage from 4 to 14 kV, the brightness of phosphor films prepared was monotonically increased from 200 to 1085 cd/cm2, but the saturation in the luminous efficiency appeared at 10 kV. The highest efficiency was achieved when the number of phosphor-particles layer was about 3. More details about the luminous efficiency and brightness were discussed with changing the phosphor loading. 相似文献

The morphology evolution of Metropolitan Urban Areas constituted by different Central Business Districts is studied in this paper. For this matter, we propose a stochastic model which combines an initial percolation setting followed by a diffusion-limited aggregation mechanism. Our model mimics better than either case (percolation or diffusion-limited aggregation) the Metropolitan Urban Areas formation progress. We argue that the Metropolitan Urban Areas case introduced in this paper, grows in such a way that undergoes a non-equilibrium second-order phase transition during this process. 据统计,5%以上的人类癌症由人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)导致。HPV疫苗的使用,尤其是多价HPV疫苗的使用,可有效预防HPV感染和肿瘤的发生。例如,9价HPV疫苗可有效预防90%以上HPV相关癌前病变。人乳头瘤病毒样颗粒(VLP)是HPV疫苗的唯一抗原。VLP由360份衣壳蛋白L1组成。VLP的含量测定对HPV原液和HPV疫苗的质量评价至关重要。该文发展了一种以体积排阻色谱(SEC)为基础的9种型别人乳头病毒样颗粒的定量方法。实验优化了包括色谱柱类型、色谱柱孔径、流动相离子强度和流动相pH值在内的色谱条件。经过考察,以SHIMSEN Ankylo SEC-300色谱柱(300 mm×7.8 mm, 3 μm)为固定相,以含有300 mmol/L NaCl和50 mmol/L磷酸盐(pH 7.0)的缓冲溶液为流动相时,VLP的色谱峰更窄,从而可获得更高的响应和更好的灵敏度,因此选择该色谱条件用于VLP与基质的分离。优化所得的方法具有较宽的线性范围,良好的重复性(峰面积的相对标准偏差不大于5.0%)和灵敏度(定量限为4.58~15.24 μg/mL)。将方法用于HPV原液中VLP的含量测定,监测VLP的稳定性。结果显示,HPV原液中VLP颗粒不稳定,于4 ℃放置一周后,VLP含量与生产后立即测得的含量相比存在一定程度的降解。此外,方法还可用于疫苗上清液中游离蛋白质的分析,监测铝佐剂对VLP的吸附情况。被测厂家的铝佐剂可较好的吸附VLP,无明显残余蛋白质检出。与传统的蛋白质定量方法相比,如Folin-酚法(Lowry法),该法具有操作简单、自动化程度高、分析通量高等优点,可实现VLP含量的批量化分析。 相似文献
