This paper investigates the collision between two nonlinear waves with arbitrary angle in two-dimensional nonlinear lattice. By using the extended Poincarge-Lighthill-Kuo perturbation method, it obtains two Korteweg-de Vries equations for nonlinear waves in both the ζ and η directions, respectively, and derives the analytical phase shifts after the collision of two nonlinear waves. We investigate the properties of symmetrical triangular quantum wells composed of InGaAs/InAs chirped superlattice, which is grown by gas source molecular beam epitaxy via digital alloy method. In the quantum well structure tensile AlInGaAs are used as barriers to partially compensate for the significant compressive strain in the wells, the strain compensation effects are confirmed by x-ray measurement. The photoluminescence spectra of the sample are dominated by the excitonic recombination peak in the whole temperature range. The thermal quenching, peak energy shift and line-width broadening of the PL spectra are analysed in detail, the mechanisms are discussed. 相似文献

By coupling the non-equilibrium extrapolation scheme for boundary condition with the
multi-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method, this paper finds that the stability
of the multi-relaxation-time model can be improved greatly, especially on
simulating high Reynolds number (Re) flow. As a discovery, the super-stability
analysed by Lallemand and Luo is verified and the complex structure of the cavity
flow is also exhibited in our numerical simulation when Re is high enough. To the
best knowledge of the authors, the maximum of Re which has been investigated by
direct numerical simulation is only around 50,000 in the literature; however,
this paper can readily extend the maximum to 1000,000 with the above combination. 相似文献

We study a two-dimensional lattice of anharmonic oscillators with only quartic nearest-neighbor interactions, in which discrete breathers can be explicitly constructed by an exact separation of their time and space dependence. DBs can stably exist in the two-dimensional Klein-Gordon lattice with hard on-site potential. When a parametric driving term is introduced in the factor multiplying the harmonic part of the on-site potential of the system, we can obtain the stable quasiperiodic discrete breathers and chaotic discrete breathers by changing the amplitude of the driver. 相似文献

InAs/GaSb superlattice (SL) short wavelength infrared photoconduction detectors are grown by molecular beam epitaxy on GaAs(O01) semi-insulating substrates. An interfacal misfit mode AISb quantum dot layer and a thick GaSb layer are grown as buffer layers. The detectors containing a 200-period 2 ML/S ML InAs/GaSb SL active layer are fabricated with a pixel area of 800×800 μm^2 without using passivation or antirefleetion coatings. Corresponding to the 50% cutoff wavelengths of 2.05μm at 77K and 2.25 μm at 300 K, the peak detectivities of the detectors are 4 × 10^9 cm·Hz^1/2/W at 77K and 2 × 10^8 cm·Hz1/2/W at 300K, respectively. 相似文献

We study the phase coherence property of Bose-Einstein condensates confined in a one-dimensional optical lattice formed by a standing-wave laser field. The lattice depth is determined using a method of Kapitza-Dirac scattering between a condensate and a short pulse lattice potential. Condensates are then adiabatically loaded into the optical lattice. The phase coherence property of the confined condensates is reflected by the interference patterns of the expanded atomic cloud released from the optical lattice. For weak lattice, nearly all of the atoms stay in a superfluid state. However, as the lattice depth is increased, the phase coherence of the whole condensate sample is gradually lost, which confirms that the sub-condensates in each lattice well have evolved into number-squeezed states. 相似文献
