Polyacetylene films irradiated by-rays up to 100 MRad were studied by means of TMA, DTG and DSC methods.It is shown that as the irradiation dose increases the concentration of topological branching knots into the polymer chains and theT g values decrease, the total mass loss and the enthalpy of the thermal isomerization reaction also decrease.  相似文献

DSC、TG等技术手段研究了聚氧硫杂蒽树脂 (POSPF)的固化特性及其动力学 .结果表明 ,用六次甲基四胺 间二氯苄作固化剂 ,加热至 10 5~ 2 2 5℃能使POSPF树脂固化 ,在固化过程树脂中的活性羟甲基和固化剂参与反应生成亚甲基桥从而形成网状体型结构 ;动态DSC曲线上出现宽的固化放热峰 ,用T β外推法确定其凝胶温度Ti=10 0 0℃、固化温度Tp=181 5℃、后固化温度Tf=2 2 5 7℃ .固化后树脂具有优良的耐热性 ,失重 5 %时热分解温度高达 4 0 3℃ .  相似文献

TTT Cure Diagram     
Curing reactions of the epoxy system consisting of a diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (BADGE n=0) and m-xylylenediamine (m-XDA) were studied to calculate time-temperature-transformation (TTT) isothermal cure diagram for this system. Gel times were measured as a function of temperature using solubility test. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to calculate the vitrification times. DSC data show a one-to-one relationship between T g and fractional conversion, a independent of cure temperature. As a consequence, T g can be used as a measure of conversion. The activation energy for the polymerization overall reaction was calculated from the gel times obtained using the solubility test (41.5 kJ mol-1). This value is similar to the results obtained for other similar epoxy systems. Isoconversion contours were calculated by numerical integration of the best fitting kinetic model. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

本文用DSC、WAXD及偏光显微镜(PLM)方法,研究了化学反应法催化剂合成的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的结晶性能及其临界序列结晶长度。结果表明,随共聚物中α-烯烃含量增大,共聚物的微晶尺寸、结晶度及熔点均逐渐减小,而晶胞参数增大。变化的辐度戊烯>辛烯。共聚物的临界结晶序列长度(n)和k值均戊烯<辛烯。上述结果表明影响支链进入晶格的主要因素是α-烯烃支链长度和结构。  相似文献

The structure and surface properties of ZrO2 strongly depend on its preparation. In the present work the impact of prolonged aging at basic conditions (pH = 9, T = 100°C, t = 48 h), on the phase composition and textural properties, obtained by calcination of the precipitate, was investigated using several techniques conjointly (DTA/TG, DSC, XRD, porosimetry). The thermal effects accompanying the ZrO2·xH2O gel formation, the coalescence of the particles and crystallization were evaluated and discussed in terms of the structural differences between the aged and non-aged samples. The catalyst used in fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) units of refineries after several recovery cycles in regeneration units, reduces its activity and it is partially substituted by new catalyst in the process. As it has a high silicon and aluminum oxides content, the pozzolanic properties of a Brazilian FCC spent residual catalyst, used in different substitution degrees to cement, were evaluated by three thermal analysis techniques during the early stages of hydration of a type II Portland cement. NCDTA curves show in real time that the residual catalyst, accelerates the stages of cement hydration. TG and DSC curves of respective pastes after 24 h of hydration evidence the pozzolanic activity of the waste, respectively, by the lower water mass loss during the dehydroxylation of the residual calcium hydroxide and by the lower dehydroxylation endothermal effect. Within the analyzed period, the higher is the cement substitution degree, the higher is the pozzolanic activity of the residual catalyst.  相似文献

Hemocompatibility is an essential aspect of blood contacting polymers. Knowledge of the relationship between polymer structure and hemocompatibility is important in designing such polymers. In this work, the effect of swelling behavior and states of water on the hemocompatibility of poly(acrylonitrile-co-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PANCNVP) films was studied. Platelet adhesion and plasma recalcification time tests were used to evaluate the hemocompatibility of the films. Considering the importance of surface properties on the hemocompatibility of polymers, static water contact angles were measured by both sessile drop and captive bubble methods. It was found that, on the film surface of PANCNVP with a higher NVP content, adhered platelets were remarkably suppressed and the recalcification time was longer. The total water content adsorbed on the PANCNVP film was determined through swelling experiments performed at temperatures of interest. Differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis were used to probe the states of water in the films. Based on the results from these experiments, it was hypothesized that the better hemocompatibility of PANCNVP films with higher NVP contents was due to their higher free water content, because water molecule exchange at the polymer/liquid interface, facilitated by a high free water content, is unfavorable for the formation of surface bound water, which causes poor hemocompatibility. The thermal decomposition of zinc acetate dihydrate Zn(CH3CO2)2·2H2O in some humidity-controlled atmospheres has been successfully investigated by novel thermal analyses, which are sample-controlled thermogravimetry (SCTG), thermogravimety combined with evolved gas analysis using mass spectrometry (TG–MS) and simultaneous measurement of differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffractometry (XRD–DSC). The thermal processes of anhydrous zinc acetate in dry gas atmosphere by conventional linear heating experiment initiated with the sublimation around 180 °C, followed by the fusion and the decomposition over 250 °C. SCTG was useful to interpret clearly the successive reaction because the high-temperature parallel decompositions were effectively inhibited. The thermal behavior changed dramatically by introducing water vapor in the atmosphere and the thermal process was quite different from that in dry gas atmosphere. Zinc oxide (ZnO) was formed only in a humidity-controlled atmosphere, and could be easily synthesized at temperatures below 300 °C. XRD–DSC equipped with a humidity generator revealed directly the crystalline change from Zn(CH3CO2)2 to ZnO. A detailed thermal process of Zn(CH3CO2)2·2H2O and the effect of water vapor are discussed.  相似文献
