The relaxation of the electron excitations in an insulating matrix such as the Rb0.95Cs0.05Cl solid solution containing CsPbCl3 nanocrystals and single lead centers is studied. Modification of the spectral kinetic parameters of the CsPbCl3 nanocrystals due to the quantum confinement is explored. Mechanism of the energy transfer from matrix to the nanocrystals is established. The luminescence of the Rb0.95Cs0.05C–Pb crystal is characterised by means of measurements with subnanosecond time resolution under synchrotron radiation excitation in the energy range of 3.7–20 eV at T=10 K.  相似文献

Proline (content) is closely with plant anti-drought, especially under soil water deficits. Many reports from crops and other plants have proved this. Wheat is the second important crop on the globe, whose research in this aspect of importance for food quality, safety, and yield in field. The related difference in physiological indicators and proline content for different soil water treatments among wheat with different genotypes is not clear, which has limited deep study of wheat anti-drought molecular biology and related anti-drought biotechnological breeding. Our current study was focused on the physiological relationship of proline and different genotype wheat anti-drought under soil water deficits. Main results showed that different wheat genotype had different soil water stress threshold. Pro content had closed relationship with soil water stress threshold and wheat anti-drought. Developmental course also impacted Pro content for different wheat genotypes.  相似文献

We investigate the unified first law and the generalized second law in a modified holographic dark energy model. The thermodynamical analysis on the apparent horizon can work and the corresponding entropy formula is extracted from the systematic algorithm. The entropy correction term depends on the extra-dimension number of the brane as expected, but the interplay between the correction term and the extra dimensions is more complicated. With the unified first law of thermodynamics well-founded, the generalized second law of thermodynamics is discussed and it is found that the second law can be violated in certain circumstances. Particularly, if the number of the extra dimensions is larger than one, the generalized law of thermodynamics is always satisfied; otherwise, the validity of the second law can only be guaranteed with the Hubble radius greatly smaller than the crossover scale rc of the 5-dimensional DGP model.  相似文献

Applying Clausius relation with energy-supply defined by the unified first law of thermodynamics formalism to the apparent horizon of a massive gravity model in cosmology proposed lately, the corrected entropic formula of the apparent horizon is obtained with the help of the modified Friedmann equations. This entropy-area relation, together with the identified Misner-Sharp internal energy, verifies the first law of thermodynamics for the apparent horizon with a volume change term for consistency. On the other hand, by means of the corrected entropy-area formula and the Clausius relation δQ=T dS, where the heat flow δQ is the energy-supply of pure matter projecting on the vector ζ tangent to the apparent horizon and should be looked on as the amount of energy crossing the apparent horizon during the time interval dt and the temperature of the apparent horizon for energy crossing during the same interval is 1/2πrA, the modified Friedmann equations governing the dynamical evolution of the universe are reproduced with the known energy density and pressure of massive graviton. The integration constant is found to correspond to a cosmological term which could be absorbed into the energy density of matter. Having established the correspondence of massive cosmology with the unified first law of thermodynamics on the apparent horizon, the validity of the generalized second law of thermodynamics is also discussed by assuming the thermal equilibrium between the apparent horizon and the matter field bounded by the apparent horizon. It is found that, in the limit Hc→0, which recovers the Minkowski reference metric solution in the flat case, the generalized second law of thermodynamics holds if α3+4α4<0. Without this condition, even for the simplest model of dRGT massive cosmology with α34=0, the generalized second law of thermodynamics could be violated.  相似文献

Several rocksalt Sr4X3N (X=,O, S, Se, and Te) are predicted to be potential half-metallic ferromagnets free of transition-metal and rare-earth elements by performing the first-principles calculations. Then their magnetic properties, such as the half metallicity and the crystal-cell magnetic moments are investigated. The Sr4X3N possibly have higher Curie temperatures and have more stable half metallicity than the Sr4X3C. Their crystal-cell magnetic moments are all 1.00 μB. The crystal-cell magnetic moments and the half metallicity arise mainly from the N ions. The main mechanism is the strong covalent interaction leading to the sp2 hybridized orbitals in the Sr4X3N. Then two Sr-5s and three N-2p electrons enter into three sp2 hybridized orbitals. Among these five electrons, four electrons are paired and one is unpaired, so there are three spin-up electrons and two spin-down electrons in these sp2 hybridized orbitals.  相似文献

Based on the output saturation of classcial bistable stochastic resonance (CBSR), a new type of piecewise nonlinear bistable stochastic resonance (PNBSR) system is constructed. The mean signal-to-noise ratio gain is regarded as an index to measure the stochastic resonance phenomenon. The laws for the resonant output of piecewise nonlinear bistable system governed by l, c, a, b and D of Levy noise are explored under different characteristic index α and symmetry parameter β of Levy noise. The results show that the output of PNBSR system has increased 4?dB by comparing with the output signal-to-noise ratio of CBSR system. And the stochastic resonance phenomenon can be induced by adjusting the piecewise nonlinear system's parameters under any α or β of Levy noise. The interval of the parameters of system which induces good stochastic resonance is roughly the same. And the output signal waveform of resonance is very similar to the input signal waveform, which has some reference value for the signal recovery. Moreover, we can find the good stochastic resonance interval of the system parameters do not change with D of Levy noise under the different noise intensity D of Levy noise. On the basis of this, adjusting the intensity amplification factor D of Levy noise, which induces good stochastic resonance, and the interval does not change with α or β. At last, the piecewise nonlinear bistable system is applied to detect bearing fault signals, which achieves better performance compared with the classical bistable system.  相似文献

This paper evaluates the performance of a virtual user pairing scheme that efficiently utilizes the spectrum of unpaired users in non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), termed as VP-NOMA. The scheme aims at utilizing the frequency bands of those users which remain unpaired due to the non-uniform distribution of users in a cellular area. We consider a case where the cell edge users are more than the cell center users, so that complete one-to-one correspondence does not exist between all cell center and cell edge users to be accommodated/paired using conventional NOMA (C-NOMA) user pairing. Thus, some cell edge users remain unpaired, and are served using conventional multiple access (OMA) schemes. In such scenario, VP-NOMA pairs a single cell center user with two or more clustered (closely located) cell edge users over non-overlapping frequency bands, thus enabling the cell center user to efficiently use the frequency bands of these previously unpaired cell edge users. Performance of VP-NOMA in terms of ergodic sum capacity (ESC), outage probability (OP), and outage sum capacity (OSC), is analyzed through comprehensive mathematical derivations and simulations for a generalized system model. Moreover, the mathematical analysis is validated through close concordance between analytical and simulation results of ESC, OP, and OSC.  相似文献

在技术标准扩散动机下,为技术标准联盟设计了一种“以公共供应商为结构洞的、由上下游企业共同组成的三元伙伴结构,分析了这种伙伴结构对于技术标准扩散的影响方式以及有效性,并讨论了共赢结果的实现条件以及稳定性,从而从技术标准联盟内部伙伴关系建构的角度,提出了新的内源性技术标准扩散机制。研究结论主要有三个:第一,技术标准联盟中以公共供应商为结构洞的长期性上下游伙伴结构对于加速技术标准扩散具有内源性促进作用,贡献度取决于以结构洞为中介的双向知识流动比率的大小;第二,共赢结果的实现条件为:三方伙伴同时遵守关于双向知识流动比率的临界值;第三,共赢结果的稳定性取决于供应商与生产商之间的技术相似程度以及生产商专有知识的价值性等因素,而且上下游伙伴之间的技术相似度越高,则供应商对于合作均衡稳定性的决定作用就越大于生产商。  相似文献
