为探讨不同调理剂作用下污泥生物干化过程中的有机质降解情况, 分别使用可循环调理剂(T1组)、负载TiO2的可循环调理剂(T2组)、陶粒(T3组)对污泥进行生物干化, 分析各阶段挥发分、E4/E6等常规理化指标, 探究了水解酶类和过氧化物酶活性, 以及相应降解底物蛋白质、脂肪酶、纤维素和木质素等的含量变化. 结果表明, 各组关键酶活性与相应底物降解率呈正相关, 在生物干化前期水解酶类发挥主导作用, 后期过氧化物酶活性逐渐增强. 经生物干化后, T1组木质素、碳水化合物降解程度最高, T2组蛋白质、纤维素降解程度最高, T3组脂肪降解程度最高. 因此, 可循环调理剂对有机质降解促进效果更好, 可作为污泥生物干化调理剂使用, 以促进污泥减量化.  相似文献

The release of pharmaceutically active compounds to the soils through the application of sewage sludge and the irrigation with wastewater, or even with surface water, is constant. The adsorption of these compounds onto the soil is one of the key factors affecting their fate in the environment and their potential environmental risks. In this work, the adsorption of carbamazepine (CBZ) and its metabolites, 3-hydroxy-carbamazepine (3OH-CBZ), carbamazepine-10,11-dihydro-10,11-epoxide (EP-CBZ), and 10,11-dihydro-10-hydroxycarbamazepine (10OH-CBZ), in three Mediterranean soils was evaluated using single-solute and four-solute experiments. The highest adsorptions were measured for 3OH-CBZ, followed by CBZ, EP-CBZ, and 10OH-CBZ, in that order. A high influence of the physicochemical characteristics of the compounds, pH, and soil characteristics in the adsorption of the studied compounds was observed and corroborated by the statistical analysis of the results. Moreover, a good fit was observed in the three isotherm models evaluated (linear, Freundlich, and Langmuir) in single-solute experiments (R2 > 0.90). However, a decrease of the measured adsorptions and a worse fit to the isotherm models were observed in the case of multiple-solute experiments. This could be mainly due to the competition established between the studied compounds for the active sites of the soils.  相似文献

Sludge dewatering has proven to be an effective method to reduce the volume of sludge. In this study, drinking water treatment sludge (DWTS) was treated by ultra-sonication under variable conditions comparing two sonoreactor types (bath and probe), four frequencies (25, 40, 68, 160 kHz) and four energy density levels (0.03, 1, 3, 5 W/mL). The effects of these conditions were studied using specific resistance to filtration and capillary suction time as measures of dewaterability, and floc size, the Brunauer, Emmett and Teller (BET) specific surface area and Zeta potential to determine treated sludge characteristics. The results indicated that the dewaterability of sonicated sludge improved at relatively low energy densities of 0.03 and 1.0 W/mL, while an optimum for sonication duration (within 10 min) was also identified. Higher frequencies (tested up to 160 kHz) with acoustic energy density of 0.03 W/mL also reduced the dewatering property. At higher energy densities of 3.0 and 5.0 W/mL, dewaterability of sludge deteriorated regardless of ultra-sonication time, with an increase of solubilized organic matter content and severely changed floc characteristics. The deterioration of the dewatering capacity was closely related to the considerably reduced floc sizes, dissolution of proteins and polysaccharides, and to the Zeta potential of sonicated sludge flocs. The dewaterability was not correlated with BET specific surface area. Mechanistic explanations for the observations were discussed by analyzing corrosion patterns of aluminum foil as a measure for cavitation field distribution.  相似文献

建立了微波辅助-微固相在线萃取/气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)测定污泥中19种多氯联苯(PCBs)含量的分析方法。对微波辅助-微固相在线萃取条件进行优化,得出最优萃取条件为:萃取温度60℃,萃取时间25 min,解吸溶剂为乙酸乙酯,解吸剂用量150μL,解吸时间25 min。在优化条件下,方法的检出限为0.2~2.5 ng/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于14%,回收率为81.4%~102.1%。与传统的微波萃取、微固相萃取、超声萃取等方法相比,该方法集萃取、净化和浓缩于一体,极大地缩短了分析时间,适合于复杂环境样品体系中痕量PCBs的分析检测。  相似文献

建立了微波消解–石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定污水处理厂进出水和污泥中重金属Cd,Pb的方法。分别向污水样品中加入5.0 mL硝酸,污泥样品中加入4.0 mL硝酸和2.0 mL双氧水,放入微波消解炉中进行消解。消解好的样品用1%NH_4H_2PO_4作为基体改进剂,在0.5%HNO_3介质中采用塞曼扣除背景,石墨炉程序升温方式进行Cd,Pb的原子化,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定Cd,Pb的含量。Cd,Pb的质量浓度分别在0~2.00μg/L,0~40.0μg/L范围内与其吸收峰高呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.999 1,0.999 6。Cd,Pb检出限分别为0.104 9,0.394 5μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.34%~3.61%,2.12%~2.80%(n=11),加标回收率分别为98.2%~102.6%,94.0%~100.4%。该方法简单,高效,结果准确度高,重现性好,适用于污水处理厂的进出水和污泥中重金属铅和镉的检测。  相似文献

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are flame retardants. As a consequence of their widespread use, they have been released into the environment. PBDEs are lipophilic organic contaminants that enter wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) from urban, agricultural and industrial discharges. Because of their low aqueous solubility and resistance to biodegradation, up to 90% of the PBDEs are accumulated in the sewage sludge during the wastewater treatment. To assess the possibilities for sludge re-use, a reliable determination of the concentrations of these PBDEs is of crucial importance. Six PBDE congeners (BDE 28, BDE 47, BDE 99, BDE 100, BDE 153 and BDE 154) are listed as priority substances under the EU Water Framework Directive. In the present work a simple analytical method with minimal sample-preparation steps was developed for a sensitive and reliable determination of the six PBDEs in sewage sludge by the use of gas chromatography coupled to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (GC-ICP-MS). For this purpose an extraction procedure was optimised. Different extracting agents (methanol (MeOH), acetic acid (AcOH)/MeOH mixture (3:1) and 0.1 mol L−1 hydrochloric acid (HCl) in MeOH) followed by the addition of a Tris-citrate buffer (co-extracting agent) and iso-octane were applied under different modes of extraction (mechanical shaking, microwave- and ultrasound-assisted extraction). Mechanical shaking or the microwave-assisted extraction of sewage sludge with 0.1 mol L−1 HCl in MeOH and the subsequent addition of the Tris-citrate buffer and the iso-octane extracted the PBDEs from the complex sludge matrix most effectively. However, due to easier sample manipulation during the extraction step, mechanical shaking was used. The PBDEs in the organic phase were quantified with GC-ICP-MS by applying a standard addition calibration method. The spike recovery test (recoveries between 95 and 104%) and comparative analyses with the species-specific isotope-dilution (ID) GC-ICP-MS confirmed the accuracy of the developed analytical procedure. The procedure is sensitive (limits of detection (LODs) for PBDEs congeners between 0.2 and 0.3 ng g−1), repeatable and reproducible (RSDs 2.2–5.7%) and was applied for the determination of PBDEs in sewage sludge samples collected three times at the municipal WWTP over a period of 16 years.  相似文献

研究通过发热量值不等的污泥样品干化温度、干化时间、样品称样量以及助燃物添加量等试验因素摸索,优化了污泥发热量测定条件,解决了低发热量值污泥样品测试难题。研究表明:湿污泥样品在105℃条件下干化6h后,使用研磨仪对样品进行研磨40s,称取研磨后的污泥样品1.0g,在充有3.0MPa氧气的氧弹内充分燃烧测试结果准确、稳定;对于发热量值低于7.0 MJ/kg污泥样品,通过添加0.2g苯甲酸标准物质助燃可获得准确的发热量值。  相似文献

The various equations of hydrolysis kinetics included into the generalized simulation model (METHANE) were tested on the anaerobic digestion of cellulose, sludge, and cattle manure. The good agreement between the model simulation results and experimental data was obtained. The Contois equation, taking into account a hydrolytic biomass, and the firstorder equation with respect to the particulate substrate only, were shown to be the approximations of two-phase hydrolysis kinetics.  相似文献

In this current study, we present a modified hydrodynamic cavitation device that combines an electric field to substitute for the chemical addition. A modified HC system is basically an orifice plate and crisscross pipe assembly, in which the crisscross pipe imparts some turbulence, which creates collision events. This study shows that for maximizing disintegration, combining HC system, which called electric field-assisted modified orifice plate hydrodynamic cavitation (EFM-HC) in this study, with an electric field is important. Various HC systems were compared in terms of disintegration of WAS, and, among them, the EFM-HC system exhibited the best performance with the highest disintegration efficiency of 47.0 ± 2.0% as well as the destruction of WAS morphological characteristics. The experimental results clearly show that a conventional HC system was successfully modified. In addition, electric field has a great potential for efficient disintegration of WAS for as a additional option in a combination treatment. This study suggests continued research in this field may lead to an appropriate design for commercial use.  相似文献
