在传统的基于波前探测的解卷积方法中,由波前探测得到的点扩展函数被认为是精确的,并用维纳滤波进行复原,但是点扩展函数不可避免地存在误差,所以最终的复原目标图像质量不佳.为了解决该难题,提出了基于目标和点扩展函数联合估计的图像近视解卷积算法.它运用了点扩展函数和目标的先验信息,对点扩展函数和目标进行了规整和进一步约束,从而得到更优的恢复图像质量.对该方法的原理和实现过程进行了阐述,并将其运用于室内点源目标数据中.实验结果证明,与维纳滤波方法相比,该方法使图像恢复的效果得到明显改善. 相似文献

For large-scale image deconvolution problems, the iterative regularization methods can be favorable alternatives to the direct methods. We analyze preconditioners for regularizing gradient-type iterations applied to problems with 2D band Toeplitz coefficient matrix. For problems having separable and positive definite matrices, the fit preconditioner we have introduced in a previous paper has been shown to be effective in conjunction with CG. The cost of this preconditioner is of O(n2) operations per iteration, where n2 is the pixels number of the image, whereas the cost of the circulant preconditioners commonly used for this type of problems is of O(n2 log n) operations per iteration. In this paper the extension of the fit preconditioner to more general cases is proposed: namely the nonseparable positive definite case and the symmetric indefinite case. The major difficulty encountered in this extension concerns the factorization phase, where a further approximation is required. Three approximate factorizations are proposed. The preconditioners thus obtained have still a cost of O(n2) operations per iteration. A numerical experimentation shows that the fit preconditioners are competitive with the regularizing Chan preconditioner, both in the regularizing efficiency and the computational cost.

介绍了Fourier变换光谱退卷积技术的原理,通过数学推导从理论上对退卷积光谱的特性进行了分析,分别讨论了退卷积技术的两个重要参量,即退卷积系数和切趾长度,对复原光谱的线宽和信噪比的影响,从而得到三个结论:1) 退卷积技术的分辨率增强能力在实际中由于受到噪音的限制而不能无限提高.2) 对于光谱中宽度不同的谱线,退卷积将导致它们之间的峰高比失真.3) 在选定退卷积系数和切趾长度以满足谱线形状和宽度的要求后,只有通过选择合适的切趾函数来满足信噪比的要求.研究还发现,退卷积过程相当于一个带通滤波器,其中高通滤波器是退卷积函数,低通滤波器是切趾函数,它们共同决定着退卷积技术的滤波特性. 相似文献

The electrochemical reduction of phenolphthalein in dimethylformamide solution containing 0.1 mol dm–3 tetraethylammonium perchlorate at the hanging dropping mercury electrode showed an irreversible two-electron voltammetric peak. It was found that the CV peak is diffusion-controlled at low concentrations (0.4 mmol dm–3). At higher concentration (0.5 mmol dm–3) a postpeak was developed besides the diffusion-controlled one which was assigned to the adsorbed depolarizer. Cyclic voltammetric studies indicate that phenolphthalein follows an ECEC mechanism. Convolution and deconvolution potential sweep voltammetry confirm that mechanism.

Zusammenfassung Die elektrochemische Reduktion von Phenolphthalein an der tropfenden Quecksilberelektrode in Dimethylformamidlösung mit einem Gehalt von 0.1 mol dm–3 an Tetraethylammoniumperchlorat zeigte ein irreversibles voltametrisches Maximum für zwei Elektronen. Es zeigte sich, daß der CV-Peak bei niederen Konzentrationen (0.4 mmol dm–3) diffusionskontrolliert ist. Bei höheren Konzentrationen (0.5 mmol dm–3) entwickelte sich ein nachkommendes Maximum neben dem diffusionskontrollierten, welches dem adsorbierten Depolarisator zugeordnet wurde. Untersuchungen mittels cyclischer Voltametrie zeigten, daß Phenolphthalein einem ECEC-Mechanismus folgt. Konvolutions-und Dekonvolutions-Potential-Sweep-Voltametrie bestätigten diesen Mechanismus.相似文献

研究了使用压力波法测量平板电介质试样的空间电荷分布的数值解法,使用基于Tikhonov正则化方法的反卷积算法得到了真实的空间电荷分布.在反卷积算法中使用了相关的技术处理,如小波包过滤高频噪音,Tikhonov正则化方法处理积分方程等.利用数值实验研究了噪声对反卷积算法的影响,结果表明,在无噪或者低噪环境下,反卷积算法能够非常好地计算出电介质中的空间电荷分布;在处理有噪数据时,反卷积的结果受到明显的影响,但仍然有较高的计算精度.正则化参数α对空间电荷分布的数值解起着明显的光滑作用,但是对于解的积分值却影响不大.对实际测量数据进行处理的结果表明,反卷积算法成功地计算出了固体电介质中的空间电荷分布和电场分布. 相似文献

Deconvolution‐based nonlinear filtering for incompressible flows at moderately large Reynolds numbers 下载免费PDF全文
We consider a Leray model with a deconvolution‐based indicator function for the simulation of incompressible fluid flow at moderately large Reynolds number (in the range of a few thousands) with under‐resolved meshes. For the implementation of the model, we adopt a three‐step algorithm called evolve–filter–relax that requires (i) the solution of a Navier–Stokes problem, (ii) the solution of a Stokes‐like problem to filter the Navier–Stokes velocity field, and (iii) a final relaxation step. We take advantage of a reformulation of the evolve–filter–relax algorithm as an operator‐splitting method to analyze the impact of the filter on the final solution versus a direct simulation of the Navier–Stokes equations. In addition, we provide some direction for tuning the parameters involved in the model based on physical and numerical arguments. Our approach is validated against experimental data for fluid flow in an idealized medical device (consisting of a conical convergent, a narrow throat, and a sudden expansion, as recommended by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration). Numerical results are in good quantitative agreement with the measured axial components of the velocity and pressures for two different flow rates corresponding to turbulent regimes, even for meshes with a mesh size more than 40 times larger than the smallest turbulent scale. Hand shake blurry image is a common phenomenon in our daily life. In this paper, a novel blind deconvolution scheme is proposed to recover a single hand shake blurry image. The algorithm is subdivided into two main stages, kernel estimation stage and non-blind deconvolution stage. In the kernel estimation stage, we propose a cost function taking a selected map into consideration. In the non-blind decovolution stage, another cost function is designed using image derivatives prior. We also present an adaptive kernel size selection method instead of traditional manual selection. The technical and practical aspects of 19F NMR‐based screening against a macromolecular target are analyzed in detail. A novel method utilizing the relaxation of 19F homonuclear double quantum coherence is proposed for performing NMR‐based binding assays in a direct‐ or competition‐mode format. A combined strategy based on 19F NMR chemical shift prediction, 2D 19F NMR DOSY, and 2D 19F–1H NMR long‐range COSY experiments is presented for the deconvolution of complex mixtures of fluorinated molecules generated by either addition of single compounds or by chemical synthesis. The approaches presented here allow the screening of complex mixtures, even in the case where the exact composition is not known, and the rapid identification of the binders contained in the mixtures.
