2D Semiconducting Metal–Organic Framework Thin Films for Organic Spin Valves

2D conductive metal–organic frameworks (2D c‐MOFs) feature promising applications as chemiresistive sensors, electrode materials, electrocatalysts, and electronic devices. However, exploration of the spin‐polarized transport in this emerging materials and development of the relevant spintronics have not yet been implemented. In this work, layer‐by‐layer assembly was applied to fabricate highly crystalline and oriented thin films of a 2D c‐MOF, Cu₃(HHTP)₂, (HHTP: 2,3,6,7,10,11‐hexahydroxytriphenylene), with tunable thicknesses on the La_0.67Sr_0.33MnO₃ (LSMO) ferromagnetic electrode. The magnetoresistance (MR) of the LSMO/Cu₃(HHTP)₂/Co organic spin valves (OSVs) reaches up to 25 % at 10 K. The MR can be retained with good film thickness adaptability varied from 30 to 100 nm and also at high temperatures (up to 200 K). This work demonstrates the first potential applications of 2D c‐MOFs in spintronics.     

Neuron cells uptake of polymeric microcapsules and subsequent intracellular release

Neuron cells uptake of biodegradable and synthetic polymeric microcapsules functionalized with aggregates of gold nanoparticles incorporated into their shells is demonstrated in situ. In addition to traditionally used optical microscopy, electron microscopy is used both for higher-resolution imaging and for confirming the uptake by focused ion beam cross-sectioning of specific cells in situ. Subsequently, physical methods of release are compared to chemical methods wherein laser-induced intracellular release of dextran molecules into the cytosol of hippocampal neuron cells is studied in comparison to biodegradation. Implications of this work for neuroscience, bio-medicine and single cell studies are discussed.

本文研究非自共轭椭圆特征值问题有限元插值校正方案.基于插值校正和广义Rayleigh商加速技巧,用三角形线性元二次插值、双二次元双四次插值得到了较好的结果,并用三线性元的三二次捕值将捅值校正推广到三维.     

Spectral shifts produced by scattering from rotational quasi-homogeneous anisotropic media

The scattering of the polychromatic plane light wave incident upon rotational quasi-homogeneous anisotropic media is investigated. It is different from the light wave scattered by quasi-homogeneous isotropic medium in that the spectral shift can be produced by the rotation of the anisotropic medium. We derive the analytical formula for the spectrum of the scattered field and show some numerical examples.

Appearance of extrema in the frequency shift produced by scattering from a rotational anisotropic particle

We investigate the analytical expression of the spectrum that is produced by scattering of a polychromatic plane light wave incident upon a rotational anisotropic particle. It is found that the appearance of extrema in the frequency shift of the scattered field can be exactly predicted by our derived equations of the rotation angle. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the theoretical results and also to show the impact of the effective radius of the scattering potential on the frequency shift.     

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF HYPERSPHERES IN MINKOWSKI SPACE

Y-Riemannian metric gY is an important tool in Finsler geometry, where Y is a smooth non-zero vector field on Finsler manifold. If Y is a geodesic field, it is very effective to study flag curvature using Y-Riemann metric. In this paper, using a special Y-Riemann metric ( that is, so called v-Riemann metric ), we study hyperspheres in a Minkowski space and give some characteristics of hyperspheres in a Minkowski space.
