2D conductive metal–organic frameworks (2D c‐MOFs) feature promising applications as chemiresistive sensors, electrode materials, electrocatalysts, and electronic devices. However, exploration of the spin‐polarized transport in this emerging materials and development of the relevant spintronics have not yet been implemented. In this work, layer‐by‐layer assembly was applied to fabricate highly crystalline and oriented thin films of a 2D c‐MOF, Cu3(HHTP)2, (HHTP: 2,3,6,7,10,11‐hexahydroxytriphenylene), with tunable thicknesses on the La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) ferromagnetic electrode. The magnetoresistance (MR) of the LSMO/Cu3(HHTP)2/Co organic spin valves (OSVs) reaches up to 25 % at 10 K. The MR can be retained with good film thickness adaptability varied from 30 to 100 nm and also at high temperatures (up to 200 K). Neuron cells uptake of biodegradable and synthetic polymeric microcapsules functionalized with aggregates of gold nanoparticles incorporated into their shells is demonstrated in situ. In addition to traditionally used optical microscopy, electron microscopy is used both for higher-resolution imaging and for confirming the uptake by focused ion beam cross-sectioning of specific cells in situ. Subsequently, physical methods of release are compared to chemical methods wherein laser-induced intracellular release of dextran molecules into the cytosol of hippocampal neuron cells is studied in comparison to biodegradation. Implications of this work for neuroscience, bio-medicine and single cell studies are discussed. 相似文献

It is different from the light wave scattered by quasi-homogeneous isotropic medium in that the spectral shift can be produced by the rotation of the anisotropic medium. We investigate the analytical expression of the spectrum that is produced by scattering of a polychromatic plane light wave incident upon a rotational anisotropic particle. It is found that the appearance of extrema in the frequency shift of the scattered field can be exactly predicted by our derived equations of the rotation angle.
