Experimental liquid–liquid equilibrium (LLE) of the water–acetic acid–sec-butyl acetate ternary system was investigated at 298.15, 303.15, 308.15 and 313.15 K and at atmospheric pressure. Separation factors were also evaluated for the immiscibility region. The NRTL and UNIQUAC models were applied to fit the experimental data for the ternary system. The binary interaction parameters obtained from both models were found to be successfully correlated with the equilibrium compositions. The UNIFAC group contribution method was employed to predict the observed ternary LLE data. It was found that four types of the UNIFAC model (UNIFAC, UNIFAC-LL, UNIFAC-DMD, and UNIFAC-LBY) did not provide a good prediction of the LLE data for this ternary system. 相似文献

The current form of Web provides numerous product resources available to users. Users can rely on intelligent agents for purchase actions. These actions are taken in specific environments such as Electronic Markets (EMs). In this paper, we study the interaction process between buyers and sellers and focus on the buyer side. Each buyer has the opportunity to interact with a number of sellers trying to buy the most appropriate products. This interaction can be modeled as a finite horizon Bargaining Game (BG). In this game, players have opposite goals concerning the product price. We adopt a number of techniques in the buyer side trying to give the appropriate level of efficiency in the buyer decision process. The buyer uses a prediction mechanism in combination with the use of Fuzzy Logic (FL) theory in order to be able to predict the upcoming seller proposal and, thus, understand the seller pricing policy. Based on this, he/she can adapt his/her behavior when trying to purchase products. The buyer adaptation mechanism produces the belief that the buyer has about the seller pricing policy and a parameter that indicates his/her own pricing policy which yields the buyer offers in the upcoming rounds. Moreover, the buyer is based on FL system that derives the appropriate actions at every round of the BG. Our results show that the combination of Fuzzy Logic (FL) with the above-mentioned techniques provides an efficient decision mechanism in the buyer side that in specific scenarios outperforms an optimal stopping model. 相似文献

We study additive function-on-function regression where the mean response at a particular time point depends on the time point itself, as well as the entire covariate trajectory. We develop a computationally efficient estimation methodology based on a novel combination of spline bases with an eigenbasis to represent the trivariate kernel function. We discuss prediction of a new response trajectory, propose an inference procedure that accounts for total variability in the predicted response curves, and construct pointwise prediction intervals. The estimation/inferential procedure accommodates realistic scenarios, such as correlated error structure as well as sparse and/or irregular designs. A novel semi-empirical scattering model of trabecular bone facilitating its characterization and allowing optimization of the interrogating pulse-echo transducer performance was developed. The model accounts for spatial density distribution of the trabeculae and includes measurement conditions such as pressure–time waveform of the probing ultrasound wave, the emitted field structure, and the transfer function and limited bandwidth of the acoustic source operating in pulse-echo mode. These measurement conditions are of importance as they modify the scattered echoes, which in turn are linked to the micro-architecture of the bone. The bone was modeled by a random distribution of long and thin cylindrical scatterers having randomly varying diameters and mechanical properties, and oriented perpendicularly to the ultrasound beam axis. To mimic clinically encountered conditions the relevant empirical data obtained at 1 MHz were input to the model. The data included pulse-echo source pressure field distribution in the focal zone and the above mentioned transfer function. With these data the model allowed frequency dependent backscattering coefficient of the simulated bone structure and its statistical properties to be determined. The results obtained indicated that the computer simulation is of particular relevance in studying scattering properties of the cancellous bone and holds promise as a tool to determine the relationship between the physical dimensions and shape of the scatterers and for monitoring of osteoporosis. The results of simulations also indicated that the new bone model proposed is well suited to mimic clinically relevant conditions. In contrast to the existing bone models, which usually assume scatterers to be randomly distributed as infinitely long identical cylinders with a cross-section much smaller than the probing ultrasound wave, the new model includes two populations of scatterers having different physical dimensions and also allows the mechanical properties of the scatterers to be varied. 相似文献

We consider a class of distribution-free regression models only defined in terms of moments, which can be used to model separate reported but not settled reserves, and incurred but not reported reserves. These regression models can be estimated using standard least squares and method of moments techniques, similar to those used in the distribution-free chain-ladder model. Further, these regression models are closely related to double chain-ladder type models, and the suggested estimation techniques could serve as alternative estimation procedures for these models. Due to the simple structure of the models it is possible to obtain Mack-type mean squared error of prediction estimators. Moreover, the analysed regression models can be used on different levels of detailed data, and by using the least squares estimation techniques it is possible to show that the precision in the reserve predictor is improved by using more detailed data. 土壤有机质是农田肥力评估的重要指标,要实现快速获取大面积土壤有机质的含量需要建立高效、稳健的预测模型。光谱技术能够快速诊断土壤有机质,以水稻土为例,从校正样本选择方法的对比,研究了可见-近红外、中红外和可见-近红外-中红外三种不同波段光谱对土壤有机质的预测能力。可见-近红外和中红外区域的光谱反射率转换成吸收率后通过Savitzky-Golay平滑法去噪,通过三种校正样本选择方法建立相应的偏最小二乘回归预测模型。通过Rank-KS法建立的三种波段的有机质预测模型均优于Rank法和KS法,中红外波段光谱的模型预测能力强于可见-近红外和可见-近红外-中红外波段的预测模型,基于Rank-KS法建立的中红外波段有机质预测模型取得了最好的预测效果,RMSEP仅为3.25 g·kg-1,RPD达到4.24,依据VIP得分筛选出可见-近红外和中红外波段的水稻土有机质重要建模波段。因此,中红外光谱建模技术能够对水稻土有机质进行快速定量分析,Rank-KS法可提高模型的预测能力,为今后农田肥力评价和科学施肥提供技术支持。 相似文献

X射线递变能量成像是依次获取复杂结构件在递变能量下的局部有效信息,并通过多谱融合获取完整结构信息。但是目前的能量选择主要以人工设定管电压步进为主,无法匹配检测对象的有效厚度变化率,成像效率及射线利用率较低。基于递变能量成像规律,提出一种最佳X射线管电压预测算法。该方法通过对检测物体进行变能量预扫描,提取图像序列中有效厚度(高质量区域)和临近厚度(预测区域),建立有效厚度的图像灰度与管电压、X射线光谱之间的物理模型,及临近厚度灰度差与电压的函数模型,进而得到临近厚度最佳成像时的能量预测模型。通过模型求解,实现了能量的自适应预测。以不同厚度钢块为对象,利用该算法逐一预测各个厚度钢块最佳成像时的管电压,并与实际值对比。实验结果显示,在低能时可跨3~4 mm准确预测,高能时可跨7~10 mm预测,精度可以达到95%以上。 相似文献
