研究了超声分散作用和共沉物陈化条件对共沉法制备PbTiO3微粉晶粒大小的影响,结果表明,在超声分散作用下进行共沉反应可使晶粒明显减小,并可降低PbTiO3的晶化温度,共沉物在不同类型的表面活性剂水溶液中陈化效果不同,非离子型表面活性剂及其混合物可使陈化物粒子及PbTiO3晶粒明显减小。  相似文献

电解还原法是近年来国际上逐步使用的一种新的卤化银颗粒尺寸和分布测定的方法.用此方法,我们研制了我国第一台微机化的测量仪。这台仪器可以测量直径从0.1μm至40μm的所有各种卤化银颗粒,而且全部操作,包括信号的提取、识别、数字化转换以及数据处理都是自动进行。与过去常用的测量方法,如电镜图象分析法、离心沉降法以及激光散射法相比,此方法测量快速,测量精度高并且设备投资少,操作方便.此外,我们还对电解法与电镜法的测试结果作了比较。  相似文献

Orientation distribution functions in two recrystallized austenitic stainless steels (AISI types 304 and 316L) with known grain boundary misorientation distributions have been studied. Previously obtained data on grain boundary spectra in these steels have been re-examined and analyzed from the point of view of texture analysis.The results obtained have shown that there is no unambiguous relatonship between grain boundary misorientation distribution and grain orientation distribution (ODF) determined by the X-ray analysis in the materials under study. This ambiguity is due to the following reason. In the grain boundary misorientation statistics only nearest-neighbor grains are taken into account, but in the orientation distribution function orientations are averaged over the entire volume of the specimen independent as to whether the grains are adjacent or not. Two main results were established for the steels under study: (i) Textures of the two steels differ, though their grain boundary misorientation distributions are similar; and (ii) misorientations of the majority of grain boundaries can be described as rotations about the axes close to 110.  相似文献

We present a numerical study of the magnetic structure of nanostructured iron fluoride, using the Monte Carlo Metropolis simulated annealing technique and a classical Heisenberg Hamiltonian with superexchange angle dependent interactions. The parameters are adjusted on experimental results, and the atomic structure and topology taken from a previous atomistic model of grain boundaries in the same system. We find perfect antiferromagnetic crystalline grains and a disordered magnetic configuration (speromagnetic) at the grain boundary, in agreement with experimental features. Both the lowest magnetic energy and the rate of magnetic frustration are found to be dependent on the relative disorientation of crystalline grains, i.e. on the cationic topology. We conclude on possible extensions of the model.  相似文献

采用球差校正扫描透射电子显微镜(STEM)研究化学气相沉积法制备的二维MoS_(2(1-x))Se_(2x)合金材料中Se元素掺杂、取代的微观过程和机理。定量和统计STEM表征结果发现:Se原子晶界处富集显著,晶界处Se元素含量远高于晶畴内部。进一步研究表明晶界中掺杂取代Se原子的浓度和分布与晶界结构密切相关。主要与晶界处的局域畸变及其诱导的反应活性有关。该结果对于二维过渡金属硫族化物合金体系的可控合成及应用拓展具有重要意义。  相似文献

A nano-grained Cu-SiC surface composite was fabricated on a Cu plate precoated with SiC particles at room temperature after 15 min treatment using ball collisions. The composite formation was the result of mechanical mixing of the plasticized Cu and the SiC particles. Ball collisions refined the grains near the surface to the nanometer scale and destroyed the initial rolling texture of the Cu plate. The surface hardness of the composite layer was almost twice that of the initial Cu plate.  相似文献

The quality and safety of agricultural products and people health are inseparable. Using the conventional chemical methods which have so many defects, such as sample pretreatment, complicated operation process and destroying the samples. Raman spectroscopy as a powerful tool of analysing and testing molecular structure, can implement samples quickly without damage, qualitative and quantitative detection analysis. With the continuous improvement and the scope of the application of Raman spectroscopy technology gradually widen, Raman spectroscopy technique plays an important role in agricultural products quality and safety determination, and has wide application prospects. There have been a lot of related research reports based on Raman spectroscopy detection on agricultural product quality safety at present. For the understanding of the principle of detection and the current development situation of Raman spectroscopy, as well as tracking the latest research progress both at home and abroad, the basic principles and the development of Raman spectroscopy as well as the detection device were introduced briefly. The latest research progress of quality and safety determination in fruits and vegetables, livestock and grain by Raman spectroscopy technique were reviewed deeply. Its technical problems for agricultural products quality and safety determination were pointed out. In addition, the text also briefly introduces some information of Raman spectrometer and the application for patent of the portable Raman spectrometer, prospects the future research and application.  相似文献

Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering were annealed in nitrogen atmosphere at different temperatures ranging from 100 to 500 °C with a step of 100 °C; the annealing time was 6 h. In order to study the film’s crystallization kinetic, their structures were monitored by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis each hour. Variation in grain size, calculated from the XRD patterns, with annealing time and temperature, obeys the classical parabolic law of grain growth. Exponent n was found to be dependent on the annealing temperature; it ranged from 5.13 to 3.8 with increase in annealing temperature. From the obtained exponent n values we inferred that the grain growth mechanism is mainly governed by the atom jumping across the grain boundary. We have found that the grain growth is characterized by a low activation energy ranging from 22 to 24 kJ/mol.  相似文献

Defects present in (0 0 0 1) textured polycrystalline AlN grown by the sublimation–recombination method were analyzed using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods. Grains in the polycrystalline boule had either a smooth or a rough surface. The rough surface grains had mainly edge dislocations, whereas the smooth surface grains had some sub-grain boundaries and were mostly free of dislocations. Dislocations at the grain boundaries were pinned and could not be annihilated.  相似文献

In this paper we provide a review and overview of a series of works generated in our laboratory over the last 5 years. These works have described the development and evolution of a new paradigm for exchange bias in polycrystalline thin films with grain sizes in the range 5-15 nm. We have shown that the individual grains in the antiferromagnetic (AF) layer of exchange bias systems contain a single AF domain and reverse over an energy barrier which is grain volume dependent. We show that the AF grains are not coupled to each other and behave independently. Understanding this process and using designed measurement protocols has enabled us to determine unambiguously the blocking temperature distribution of the AF grains, the anisotropy constant (KAF) of the AF, understand the AF grain-setting process, and predict its magnetic viscosity. We can explain and predict the grain size and film thickness dependence of the exchange field Hex. We have also studied interfacial effects and shown that there are processes at the interface, which can occur independently of the bulk of the AF grains. We have seen these effects via studies of trilayers and also via the field dependence of the setting process which does not affect the blocking. From separate experiments we have shown that the disordered interfacial spins exist as spin clusters analogous to a spin glass. These clusters can order spontaneously at low temperatures or can be ordered by the setting field. We believe it is the degree of order of the interfacial spins that gives rise to the coercivity in exchange bias systems. Based on this new understanding of the behaviour of the bulk of the grains in the antiferromagnet and the interfacial spins we believe that we have now a new paradigm for the phenomenon of exchange bias in sputtered polycrystalline thin films. We emphasize that the phenomenological model does not apply to core-shell particles, epitaxial single-crystal films and large grain polycrystalline films.  相似文献
