A series of polyesteramide prepolymers[PrePEA(0/4,8)s] having mixed alternating bisesterdiamide units was synthesized via melt polycondensation from N,N'-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)oxamide(0) and N,N'-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-adipamide(4) with sebacic acid(8) at different molar ratios.Chain extension of them was conducted with 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene)-bis(2-oxazoline) and adipoyl biscaprolactamate as combined chain extenders.The chain extended polyesteramides[ExtPEA(0/4,8)s] were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetry analysis(TGA),wide angle X-ray scattering,tensile test and enzymatic degradation.The results show that ExtPEA(0/4,8)s were crystalline polyesteramides.They had Tm up to 136.5 ℃ and initial decomposition temperature above 297.5 ℃.They crystallized in similar crystallites into Nylon-66 and degraded under the catalysis of protease or lipase.They are thermoplastic materials with tensile strength up to 21.5 MPa and elongation at break above 64.0%. 相似文献

用交替惩罚三线性分解算法(APTLD)结合三维荧光光谱法给出的二维数据对酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸和色氨酸进行了同时定性定量分析,为直接同时测定混合氨基酸中此三种物质提供了一种新的分析方法, 其测定相关系数分别为0.9987,0.9995和0.9993。采用超声波组织细胞破碎法对木槿叶中的氨基酸进行提取,利用APTLD法对提取液中氨基酸进行定量测定,测定相对标准偏差分别为0.84%,0.36%,1.59%, 回收率分别在101.0%~92.7%, 106.5%~93.0%, 103.0%~95.0%之间,方法简洁、快速、准确可靠,结果令人满意。 相似文献

We propose in this paper an alternating A-$\phi$ method for the quasi-magnetostatic eddy current problem by means of finite element approximations. Bounds for continuous and discrete error in finite time are given. Most fermented foods need a natural aging process to enrich desired flavours. This process is normally the bottleneck for cost-effective production. Therefore, it is desirable to accelerate the process and obtain products with the same flavour profile. Here, we used physical interventions (ultrasonic field, alternating magnetic field, or combination of both) to assist the aging process with naturally brewed vinegar as a case example. Flavour profiles of different physical-assisted aging process were compared with that of the naturally aged vinegar by using gas-chromatography mass-spectrometry (GC–MS) and electronic nose. Principal component analysis (PCA) and Pearson correlation analyses show that ultrasonic and alternating magnetic fields treatment could accelerate the aging process of vinegar. The highest accelerating aging effect was combination of ultrasonic and magnetic field followed by individual ultrasonic or magnetic field and natural process (combination of ultrasonic and magnetic field > ultrasonic or magnetic field individual > natural process). These results suggest that physical field intervention could potentially be used for acceleration of aging of fermented products without affecting flavour quality. 相似文献

The development of polymers with on-demand degradability is required to alleviate the current global issues on polymer-waste pollution. Therefore, we designed a vinyl ether monomer with an o-nitrobenzyl (oNBn) group as a photo-deprotectable pendant (oNBnVE) and synthesized an alternating copolymer with an oNBn-capped acetal backbone via cationic copolymerization with p-tolualdehyde (pMeBzA). The resultant alternating copolymer could be rapidly degraded into lower-molecular-weight compounds upon simple exposure to UV irradiation without any reactants or catalysts, while it was sufficiently stable toward heat and ambient light. This degradation proceeds via cleavage of the hemiacetal structure generated upon photo-deprotection of the oNBn pendant. The oNBn-peculiar degradability allowed the exclusive photo-degradation of the oNBnVE/pMeBzA segments in a diblock copolymer composed of oNBnVE/pMeBzA and benzyl vinyl ether (BnVE)/pMeBzA segments. 相似文献

Clustering is a fundamental problem in many scientific applications. Standard methods such as k-means, Gaussian mixture models, and hierarchical clustering, however, are beset by local minima, which are sometimes drastically suboptimal. Recently introduced convex relaxations of k-means and hierarchical clustering shrink cluster centroids toward one another and ensure a unique global minimizer. In this work, we present two splitting methods for solving the convex clustering problem. The first is an instance of the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM); the second is an instance of the alternating minimization algorithm (AMA). In contrast to previously considered algorithms, our ADMM and AMA formulations provide simple and unified frameworks for solving the convex clustering problem under the previously studied norms and open the door to potentially novel norms. We demonstrate the performance of our algorithm on both simulated and real data examples. While the differences between the two algorithms appear to be minor on the surface, complexity analysis and numerical experiments show AMA to be significantly more efficient. The Razumov-Stroganov conjecture relates the ground-state coefficients in the periodic even-length dense O(1) loop model to the enumeration of fully-packed loop configurations on the square, with alternating boundary conditions, refined according to the link pattern for the boundary points.Here we prove this conjecture, by means of purely combinatorial methods.
