用同伦方法求Picard边值问题的解

This paper deals with the problem of finding solutions to the Picard boundary problem. In our approach, by means of the homotopy method, the equation considered is linked to a simpler equation by introducing a parameter. We first find the solutions of the simpler equation, and give a priori estimates of" the equa tion we considered, and then one can obtain the solutions of Picard boundary problem by following the path of solutions of Cauchy problem.     

Maslov P-Index Theory for a Symplectic Path with Applications

Abstract The Maslov P-index theory for a symplectic path is defined. Various properties of this index theory such as homotopy invariant, symplectic additivity and the relations with other Morse indices are studied. Asymptotic behavior of solutions of a free boundary problem modeling multi-layer tumor growth in presence of inhibitor

In this paper we study well-posedness and asymptotic behavior of solution of a free boundary problem modeling the growth of multi-layer tumors under the action of an external inhibitor. We first prove that this problem is locally well-posed in little Hölder spaces. Next we investigate asymptotic behavior of the solution. By computing the spectrum of the linearized problem and using the linearized stability theorem, we give the rigorous analysis of stability and instability of all stationary flat solutions under the non-flat perturbations. The method used in proving these results is first to reduce the free boundary problem to a differential equation in a Banach space, and next use the abstract well-posedness and geometric theory for parabolic differential equations in Banach spaces to make the analysis.     

Analysis of a Free Boundary Problem Modeling Tumor Growth

In this paper, we study a free boundary problem arising from the modeling of tumor growth. The problem comprises two unknown functions： R = R（t）, the radius of the tumor, and u = u（r, t）, the concentration of nutrient in the tumor. The function u satisfies a nonlinear reaction diffusion equation in the region 0 〈 r 〈 R（t）, t 〉 0, and the function R satisfies a nonlinear integrodifferential equation containing u. Under some general conditions, we establish global existence of transient solutions, unique existence of a stationary solution, and convergence of transient solutions toward the stationary solution as t →∞.

THE EXISTENCE AND THE NON-EXISTENCE OF GLOBAL SOLUTIONS OF A FREE BOUNDARY PROBLEM

We study a free boundary problem of parabolic equations with a positive parameter τ included in the coefficient of the derivative with respect to the time variable t. This problem arises from some reaction-diffusion system. We prove that, if τ is large enough, the solution exists for 0<t<+∞;while, if τ is small enough, the solution exists only in finite time.     

一个肿瘤生长自由边界问题的研究

本文研究一个描述肿瘤生长的自由边界问题.这个自由边界问题是对Byrne和Chaplain相应肿瘤生长模型的一个改进,研究了该问题解当t→∞时的渐近状况,证明了未血管化的肿瘤体积不会无限制地增大,它或者趋于消失,或者趋于一个休眠态,依营养物浓度的大小和抑制物浓度的大小而定.     

关于抑制物对肿瘤生长直接效果模型的数学分析

本文研究一个用于描述抑制物对肿瘤生长直接作用效果的数学模型,该模型是对Byrne和chaplain相应模型的一个改进.我们分别在c_1=c_2=0和c_1>0,c_2>o但很小两种情况下研究了该模型解的存在性和解在t→∞时的渐近状况,证明了未血管化的肿瘤在某些情况下趋于消失,而在另一些情况下趋于一个休眠态,且抑制物总能减小肿瘤的半径.     

EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF POSITIVE SOLUTIONS TO FRACTIONAL BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS

In this paper, using fixed point theorems of general β-concave operators in ordered Banach space, we obtain the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions to a class of fractional boundary problem. In the end, an example is given to illustrate our main result.
