建立了粮食中互隔交链孢霉醇，互隔交链孢霉醇单甲醚和玉米赤烯酮三个毒素的ＨＰＬＣ定性定量分析法和粒子束ＬＣ－ＭＳ／ＥＩ＾＋鉴定方法，采用反相色谱，以８０％的甲醇水溶液作流动相，这三个毒素在Ｃ１８色谱柱上彼此间均获得较好的分离，方法对粮食中ＡＯＨ，ＡＭＥ两个毒素的回收率均在７９％以上，ＡＯＨ，ＡＭＥ两个毒素的最低检出限为１×１０＾－９ｇ。用所建立方法对１００多个大骨节病病区，非病区的粮食样品进行了检测

气相色谱（电子捕获检测器）和气相色谱－质谱联用测定血中十种单端孢霉烯族毒素

本文建立了人血中十种单端孢霉烯族毒素的气相色谱（电子捕获检测器）和气相色谱－质谱（气质）联用分析法。该法采用乙酸乙酯萃取血中毒素后，将萃取液浓缩至干，用七氟丁酰咪唑衍生化，用气相色谱和色／质联用分析测定。方法的最低检出限为１～１０ｎｇ／ｍＬ血，回收率为６０．８～１０１．１％。

24种安眠镇静药物的气相色谱及气相色谱－质谱系统分析

建立了２４种安眠镇静药物的气相色谱（ＧＣ）及气相色谱－质谱（ＧＣ－ＭＳ）系统分离分析方法。该法在选定的色谱条件下，能将２４种安眠镇静药物很好地分离，互不干扰。采用内标法定量，其线性范围在０～２４μｇ／ｍＬ血，最小检出浓度为０．１～０．４μｇ／ｍＬ血。用所建的ＧＣ方法对１１例中毒病人的生物样品进行分析鉴定，ＧＣ－ＭＳ法验证。从实际中证明所建方法操作简便，准确性和系统性强，灵敏度较高，能快速、准确地为医院的救治提供依据。
