Simulation of 60-GHz microwave photonic filters based on serially coupled silicon microring resonators

The microwave photonic filters (MPFs) based on serially coupled silicon microring resonators (MRRs) are theoretically analyzed for the application of 60-GHz millimeter wave wireless personal area networks. This is achieved by calculating the improvement of bit error ratio (BER). According to the simulation results, the requirement of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the received data can be reduced by 14 dB for the same BER with and without MPFs. The performance of the MPF with five serially coupled microring structures is better than that of the MPF with a single microring, owing to the improvement of the shape factor.     

AlGaInAs/InP coupled-circular microlasers

AlGaInAs/InP coupled-circular microlasers with radius of 10- and 2-μm width middle bus waveguide are fabricated by photolithography and inductively coupled plasma etching techniques. Room-temperature continuous-wave single-mode operation is realized with an output power of 0.17 mW and a side-mode suppression ratio of 23 dB at 45 mA. A longitudinal mode interval of 11 nm is obtained from the lasing spectra, and mode Q factor of 6.2×10 3 is estimated from 3-dB width of a minor peak near the threshold current. The mode characteristics are simulated by finite-difference time-domain technique for coupled- circular resonators. The results show that, in addition to the coupled modes, high-radial-order whispering gallery modes with travelling wave behaviors can also have high Q factors in the coupled-circular resonators with a middle bus waveguide.     

Compact temperature-insensitive modulator based on a silicon microring assistant Mach-Zehnder interferometer

<正>On the silicon-on-insulator platform,an ultra compact temperature-insensitive modulator based on a cascaded microring assistant Mach-Zehnder interferometer is proposed and demonstrated with numerical simulation.According to the calculated results,the tolerated variation of ambient temperature can be as high as 134℃while the footprint of such a silicon modulator is only 340μm~2.     

新型LD泵浦振荡器与多程放大系统联机实验

 新型LD泵浦振荡器采用环形结构，具有单纵模几率高、时间波形和幅度高度稳定等特点，这些特点使其与多程放大器的联机非常方便，没有系统多脉冲注入破坏风险和能量不稳破坏风险。联机实验取得了显著成果，输出能量达1.252kJ，是当前国内固体激光器单束输出最高能量，此时输出脉冲脉宽为1.26ns，光束口径为20cm×20cm，平均功率密度达2.5GW/cm²。     

二阶椭圆问题新的混合元格式

本文基于二阶椭圆问题一种新的混合变分形式,给出同时满足强椭圆性和B-B条件的任意次的求解格式.理论分析表明这些单元论证简单而且用了较少的自由度达到最优误差估计.同时我们还给出了它们在各向异性网格下的误差估计.

二阶Dirichlet问题的三维等参元逼近及其数值积分格式

本文研究了求解三维二阶Drichlet问题的四面体等参元逼近格式.基于对等参变换的细致估计,证明了格式的收敛性,并得到了H~1-误差的最优估计.为简化等参元的复杂计算,本文还构造了一种简单的数值积分格式,并证明了其收敛性.     

南昌市前湖区春季鸟类群落结构

2007年3～5月我们通过调查南昌市前湖区春季鸟类群落结构,结果表明共记录了959只鸟类个体,隶属于11目、26科、54种,其中雀形目和鹳形目鸟类属于绝对的优势目.鸟类居留型组成不管是个体数量还是种数的分布,留鸟占有的比例都最高,分别为45%和41%.前湖地区鸟类群落多样性指数为2.86,均匀度指数为0.72.在划分的7个生境中,洼地群落具有最高的多样性和均匀度,分别为2.93和0.92.总之,前湖地区生境受到人类活动影响深刻,该区分布的优势种主要为一些与人类关系比较密切的伴生种.     

并行算法到并行结构的映射

本文以“匹配”法为基础，给出了新的目标函数，并以此设计映射算法，最后给出试验结果。
