Carriers recombination processes in charge trapping memory cell by simulation

We have evaluated the effects of recombination processes in a charge storage layer, either between trapped electrons and trapped holes or between trapped carriers and free carriers, on charge trapping memory cell＇s performances by numerical simulation. Recombination is an indispensable mechanism in charge trapping memory. It helps charge convert process between negative and positive charges in the charge storage layer during charge trapping memory programming/erasing operation. It can affect the speed of programming and erasing operations.

渐变折射率光纤标量近似的微扰修正方法

在弱波导近似下,计及了折射率梯度的影响,把▽ε看作微扰项,应用微扰理论,给出了修正到任一级近似的标量场方程,建立了一级修正解的一般表达式,并给出了相关参量的确定方法。最后,以抛物线折射率剖面单模光纤为例,给出了简要分析结果。     

Xe偶－偶同位素低激发态性质的IBM2描述

通过考虑同类核子相干对Ｓρ、Ｄρ间的四极相互作用，在ＩＢＭＺ中对Ｘｅ偶一偶同位素１１６Ｘｅ—１３２Ｘｅ的低激发态能谱和Ｅ２跃过几率进行了理论分析．计算结果有效地改善了ＩＢＭ中这些核的准γ带能谱的Ｓｔａａｓｅｒｉｎｇ现象，较精确地描述了实验观察到的低激发态的性质．     

发光二极管电视、符号显示

国内外对发光二极管单片式、混合式矩阵显示装置正在进行活跃的研究。成为这种二极管显示装置的基本技术有:制备高效率p-n结;在单一晶体基板上制作多个发光元件的集成化技术;把多个发光二极管组装起来的电气联结技术以及最佳的取光结构等。 近年来,由于GaAsP、GaP发光二极管的效率显著提高;集成化技术、组装技术的进展以及结构上的巧妙设计;用发光二极管显示装置部分地取代阴极射线管显示的可能性日趋增大起来。 本文研究了发光二极管平面显示装置的电视图像显示及文字、数字——符号显示的特性;并论述了作者最近试制的GaP绿色发光二极管平面显示装置的结构、特性及在电视显示、符号显示上的应用。     

非视线紫外通信大气传输特性的蒙特卡罗模拟

基于蒙特卡罗方法建立了紫外光非视线传输多次散射模型,利用单次散射近似法和实验方法验证了模型的有效性,并利用该模型完成了非视线紫外光通信大气传输特性的模拟.模拟时光波长取紫外光通信的最佳工作波段(250 nm附近),分析了不同传输距离下能见度、风、雨、雾等参量对系统能量透射比的影响.结果指出,系统能量透射比随传输距离增大而剧烈减小,在天气较差传输条件下能量衰减得更快；风力大小的变化对通信系统影响不大.较近距离通信传输时(一两百米),通信系统受天气条件的影响较小.     

Structural Stability of CaCuMn6O12 under High Pressure and Low Temperature

In situ high pressure energy-dispersive x-ray synchrotron radiation diffraction and resistance experiments are carried out on CaCuMn6O12. Its crystal structure is stable in the measured pressure range. The equation of state of CaCuMn6O12 is obtained from the V/Vo - P relationship （V and Vo are the volumes at pressure P and at atmosphere）. The bulk modulus Bo is calculated based on the Birch-Murnaghan equation. Low temperature x-ray diffraction shows no phase transition occurring down to 160K.     

Development of the Technique for Fabricating Submicron Moire Gratings on Metal Materials Using Focused Ion Beam Milling

A focused gallium ion （Ga＋） beam is used to fabricate micro/submicron spacing gratings on the surface of porous NiTi shape memory alloy （SMA ）. The crossing type of gratings with double-frequency （25001/mm and 50001/mm） using the focused ion beam （FIB） milling are successfully produced in a combination mode or superposition mode. Based on the double-frequency gratings, high-quality scanning electron microscopy （SEM） Moird patterns are obtained to study the micro-scale deformation of porous NiTi SMA. The grating fabrication technique is discussed in detail. The experimental results verify the feasibility of fabricating high frequency grating on metal surface using FIB milling.     

Local Modulation of Double Electromagnetically Induced Transparency Spectrum

The double electromagnetically induced transparency induced by two coupling fields can be realized in a fourlevel tripod-type atom. Such double transparency spectra can be locally modulated by using the weak coherent fields to perturb the coupling transitions. These investigations within this scheme can be independent of Doppler broadening by properly orienting these fieds.
