Polyimides (PI's) with low-dielectric constant and excellent organic solubility have broad application prospects in the electronic field. Herein, this study designed a series of novel, low dielectric, organic soluble PI films by creatively introducing fluorene and pyridine ring into diamine monomers. Because of the noncoplanar structure of fluorenyl and the polarization of pyridine ring, PI films achieved a low-dielectric constant (2.22–3.09 at 10 MHz) and excellent organic solubility. Even in some organic solvents with low-boiling points, these PI films still exhibited outstanding solubility. In addition, all the films possessed high-tensile strength (≈120 MPa) and excellent optical transparency (>70%, 450 nm). It was worth noting that the glass transition temperature of films was all above 280°C and 5% weight loss temperature (T5%) was at 486–553°C. In general, the novel high-performance low-dielectric PI films are expected to be used in the field of microelectronics.  相似文献

We construct a class of C~*-metric algebras. We prove that for a discrete group Γ with a 2-cocycle σ,the closure of the seminorm ||[M?, ·]|| on Cc(Γ, σ) is a Leibniz Lip-norm on the twisted reduced group C~*-algebra C*r(Γ, σ) for the pointwise multiplication operator M?on ?2(Γ), induced by a proper length function ? on Γ with the property of bounded θ-dilation. Moreover, the compact quantum metric space structures depend only on the cohomology class of 2-cocycles in the Lipschitz isometric sense.  相似文献

Two-dimensional(2D) magnetic materials have been experimentally recognized recently,however,the Curie temperatures(TC) of known 2D systems are quite low.Generally,magnetic systems can be seen as constituent magnetic elements providing spins and the non-magnetic elements providing frameworks to host the magnetic elements.Short bond lengths between the magnetic and non-magnetic elements would be beneficial for strong magnetic interactions and thus high TC.Based on this,we propose to combine the magnetic element Cr and the non-magnetic element boron to design novel 2D magnetic systems.Using our self-developed software package IM2 ODE,we design a series of chromium-boride based 2D magnetic materials.Nine stable magnetic systems are identified.Among them,we find that CrB4-Ⅰ,CrB4-Ⅱ and CrBs-Ⅰ with common structural units [CrB8] are ferromagnetic metals with estimated TC of 270 K,120 K and 110 K,respectively.On the other hand,five CrB3 phases with structural units [Cr2B12] are antiferromagnetic metals.Additionally,we also find one antiferromagnetic semiconductor CrB2-Ⅰ.Our work may open new directions for identifying 2D magnetic systems with high TC.  相似文献

A novel tiled Ti:sapphire(Ti:S)amplifier was experimentally demonstrated with>1 J amplified chirped pulse output.Two Ti:S crystals having dimensions of 14 mm×14 mm×25 mm were tiled as the gain medium in a four-pass amplifier.Maximum output energy of 1.18 J was obtained with 2.75 J pump energy.The energy conversion efficiency of the tiled Ti:S amplifier was comparable with a single Ti:S amplifier.The laser pulse having the maximum peak power of 28 TW was obtained after the compressor.Moreover,the influence of the beam gap on the far field was discussed.This novel tiled Ti:S amplifier technique can provide a potential way for 100 PW or EW lasers in the future.  相似文献

Recently,the nested Mach–Zehnder interferometer[Phys.Rev.Lett.111,240402(2013)]was modified by adding Dove prisms in a paper[Quantum Stud.:Math.Found.2,255(2015)],and an interesting result is that,after the Dove prisms were inserted,a signal at the first mirror of the nested interferometer was obtained.But,according to the former original paper,the photons have never been present near that mirror.In this work,we interpret this result naturally by resorting to the three-path interference method.Moreover,we find that even though the photons have been somewhere,they can hide the trace of being there.  相似文献

Cerebrovascular diseases (CVDs) are among the most serious diseases with high mortality and disability rates. The prevalent diagnosis and treatment methods of CVDs include imaging and interventional therapy. With the development of nanotechnology, large numbers of nanomaterials have been applied to the diagnosis and treatment of CVDs, mainly including carbon nanotubes, quantum dots, fullerenes, and dendrimers. In this review, the applications of nanomaterials in the field of diagnosis and treatment of CVDs, mainly including drug target delivery, imaging, therapy, endovascular treatment, and angiogenesis, are summarized. The applications of nanomaterials in the field of CVD are almost in the laboratory, and more effort is needed for clinical translation. The aim of this review is to provide useful information for future research and equipment development.  相似文献

We define the notion of basic set data for finite groups (building on the notion of basic set, but including an order on the irreducible characters as part of the structure), and we prove that the Springer correspondence provides basic set data for Weyl groups. Then we use this to determine explicitly the modular Springer correspondence for classical types (defined over a base field of odd characteristic p, and with coefficients in a field of odd characteristic ?p): the modular case is obtained as a restriction of the ordinary case to a basic set. In order to do so, we compare the order on bipartitions introduced by Dipper and James with the order induced by the Springer correspondence. We provide a quick proof, by sorting characters according to the dimension of the corresponding Springer fibre, an invariant which is directly computable from symbols.  相似文献

One goal of supramolecular chemistry is the creation of synthetic receptors that have a high affinity for hydrophilic molecules in water. We found that cavitands with upper rims extended by pyridyl groups coax hydrophilic guests into the cavity where they are shielded from the aqueous environment. The ability of Pd(II) to coordinate adjacent pyridyl groups leads to increased selectivity for highly hydrophilic solvent molecules such as acetone, 1,4-dioxane and tetrahydrofuran in water. Analysis of the binding behavior indicated that metal-coordination restricts the container entrance, shrinks the effective cavity volume and increases the energetic barrier to guest exchange.  相似文献
